Abstract
本发明公开了一种无烟无味的燃料棒及其制备方法,以红木木屑作为主要原料,采用刨花水浸泡后,经干燥、粉碎、制混合料,最后在成型机中压制成型;燃料棒由以下重量份的原料制成:红木木屑75‑80份,羊粪10‑15份,红木刨花5‑10份,薄荷叶1‑2份,侧柏叶1‑2份,藿香叶1‑2份,香白芷0‑1份。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中采用红木木屑为原料,用混合料制成的刨花水处理后,与羊粪制得燃料棒,所含固定碳含量约为15%左右,因此碳排放量低,挥发分高,燃烧特性好,燃烧后灰分含量较低,能达到1.5%以下,每2kg燃料棒可代替1kg燃料油,贮存方便,清洁干净,属于高品质可再生生物质燃料棒。

技术领域
本发明属于新型燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种无烟无味的燃料棒及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前人们使用的大部分燃料为煤、石油、天然气等化石能源,是不可再生能源,人类大规模的开采下将逐渐枯竭,并且在燃烧时会向空气中排放大量的有害气体,对环境造成污染,为此人们逐渐在寻找可代替传统化石能源的可再生清洁燃料,目前通常采用秸秆、生活废料等原料进行加工制造,由于发热量低需要添加较多的添加剂对其进行处理,还会有一定的有毒气体的排放,由于原料较多,导致制造工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种无烟无味的燃料棒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种无烟无味的燃料棒,以红木木屑作为主要原料,采用刨花水浸泡后,经干燥、粉碎、制混合料,最后在成型机中压制成型;
燃料棒由以下重量份的原料制成:红木木屑75-80份,羊粪10-15份,红木刨花5-10份,薄荷叶1-2份,侧柏叶1-2份,藿香叶1-2份,香白芷0-1份。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述红木木屑是指酸枝木、鸡翅木或花梨木中一种或几种木屑的混合物,所述红木刨花是指酸枝木、鸡翅木或花梨木中一种或几种刨花的混合物。
一种无烟无味的燃料棒的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)刨花水的制备:将红木刨花、薄荷叶、侧柏叶、藿香叶和香白芷烘干后按比例混合,放入相当于其总重8-12倍的水中,煎煮2-3小时,过滤,所得滤液即为刨花水,所得滤渣取出后捣烂成泥,得到混合泥备用;
(2)浸泡:将红木木屑粉碎至粒径为3mm以下的碎粒后放入上述步骤所得刨花水中浸泡,保持刨花水水温为35-40℃,浸泡3-5小时,过滤,将所得红木木屑烘干至水分为6-8%时,研磨成粉,过20-30目筛,得到红木粉末备用,滤得的刨花水经喷粉干燥器制得刨花粉;
(3)干燥粉碎:将羊粪放到200-240℃的烘箱内烘烤10-15分钟,取出研磨成粉,过10目筛,得到羊粪干粉备用;
(4)混合制粒:将所得混合泥、红木粉末、刨花粉和羊粪干粉混拌均匀,通过制粒机挤压得到柱型燃料棒,根据需要切割、冷却即得。
本发明中刨花水以红木刨花为主,所得刨花水有一定粘性,还能通过浸泡改善红木木屑的燃烧性能,减少了粘合剂和固化剂的添加,使生物质燃料更加安全环保。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中采用红木木屑为原料,用混合料制成的刨花水处理后,与羊粪制得燃料棒,所含固定碳含量约为15%左右,因此碳排放量低,挥发分高,燃烧特性好,燃烧后灰分含量较低,能达到1.5%以下,每2kg燃料棒可代替1kg燃料油,贮存方便,清洁干净,属于高品质可再生生物质燃料棒。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种无烟无味的燃料棒,由以下重量份的原料制成:红木木屑75份,羊粪15份,红木刨花5份,薄荷叶2份,侧柏叶1份,藿香叶1份,香白芷1份。
一种无烟无味的燃料棒的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)刨花水的制备:将红木刨花、薄荷叶、侧柏叶、藿香叶和香白芷烘干后按比例混合,放入相当于其总重8倍的水中,煎煮2小时,过滤,所得滤液即为刨花水,所得滤渣取出后捣烂成泥,得到混合泥备用;
(2)浸泡:将红木木屑粉碎至粒径为3mm以下的碎粒后放入上述步骤所得刨花水中浸泡,保持刨花水水温为35-40℃,浸泡3-5小时,过滤,将所得红木木屑烘干至水分为6-8%时,研磨成粉,过20-30目筛,得到红木粉末备用,滤得的刨花水经喷粉干燥器制得刨花粉;

其中所得燃料棒成型率为96.8%,耐久性94.5%,灰分含量约为1.36%,含硫量为1.28%,燃烧热值为17.2MJ/Kg,每公斤燃烧时间为128分钟。
实施例2
一种无烟无味的燃料棒,由以下重量份的原料制成:红木木屑80份,羊粪12份,红木刨花5份,薄荷叶1份,侧柏叶1份,藿香叶1份。
其制备方法除步骤(1)与实施例1中相同。
(1)刨花水的制备:将红木刨花、薄荷叶、侧柏叶、藿香叶和香白芷烘干后按比例混合,放入相当于其总重10倍的水中,煎煮2.5小时,过滤,所得滤液即为刨花水,所得滤渣取出后捣烂成泥,得到混合泥备用;
其中所得燃料棒成型率为97.2%,耐久性95.8%,灰分含量约为1.28%,含硫量为1.26%,燃烧热值为17.5MJ/Kg,每公斤燃烧时间为130分钟。
实施例3
一种无烟无味的燃料棒,由以下重量份的原料制成:红木木屑78份,羊粪10份,红木刨花8份,薄荷叶1份,侧柏叶2份,藿香叶2份,香白芷1份。
其制备方法除步骤(1)与实施例1中相同。
(1)刨花水的制备:将红木刨花、薄荷叶、侧柏叶、藿香叶和香白芷烘干后按比例混合,放入相当于其总重12倍的水中,煎煮3小时,过滤,所得滤液即为刨花水,所得滤渣取出后捣烂成泥,得到混合泥备用;
其中所得燃料棒成型率为96.5%,耐久性97.2%,灰分含量约为1.41%,含硫量为1.24%,燃烧热值为17.4MJ/Kg,每公斤燃烧时间为125分钟。
Claims (3)
1.一种无烟无味的燃料棒,其特征在于,以红木木屑作为主要原料,采用刨花水浸泡后,经干燥、粉碎、制混合料,最后在成型机中压制成型;
燃料棒由以下重量份的原料制成:红木木屑75-80份,羊粪10-15份,红木刨花5-10份,薄荷叶1-2份,侧柏叶1-2份,藿香叶1-2份,香白芷0-1份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种无烟无味的燃料棒,其特征在于,所述红木木屑是指酸枝木、鸡翅木或花梨木中一种或几种木屑的混合物,所述红木刨花是指酸枝木、鸡翅木或花梨木中一种或几种刨花的混合物。
3.一种如权利要求1所述无烟无味的燃料棒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)刨花水的制备:将红木刨花、薄荷叶、侧柏叶、藿香叶和香白芷烘干后按比例混合,放入相当于其总重8-12倍的水中,煎煮2-3小时,过滤,所得滤液即为刨花水,所得滤渣取出后捣烂成泥,得到混合泥备用;
(2)浸泡:将红木木屑粉碎至粒径为3mm以下的碎粒后放入上述步骤所得刨花水中浸泡,保持刨花水水温为35-40℃,浸泡3-5小时,过滤,将所得红木木屑烘干至水分为6-8%时,研磨成粉,过20-30目筛,得到红木粉末备用,滤得的刨花水经喷粉干燥器制得刨花粉;
(3)干燥粉碎:将羊粪放到200-240℃的烘箱内烘烤10-15分钟,取出研磨成粉,过10目筛,得到羊粪干粉备用;
(4)混合制粒:将所得混合泥、红木粉末、刨花粉和羊粪干粉混拌均匀,通过制粒机挤压得到柱型燃料棒,根据需要切割、冷却即得。
