Abstract

本发明涉及输配电线路中的电力金具领域,特别涉及一种快速接续耐张线夹。该快速接续耐张线夹其两端对称,内圆台形套和外圆台形套是由螺纹连接,在螺纹连接中间安装有固定螺钉,线夹内腔中间有一圆挡板,圆挡板两边分别装有两块对称的半圆锥夹块,两半圆锥夹块一端装有拉杆,拉杆的另一端安装在弹簧套内由螺钉连接,弹簧套内装有弹簧。本发明的有益效果是:圆台形套由高强度铝合金制造,连接后可成为导线的一部分导电。当导线遭遇意外断开或长度不够需要接续时,快速接续耐张线夹只需剥开导线端部的绝缘层,不需要其它工具的情况下能快速连接导线,并迅速恢复通电。快速接续耐张线夹可承受导线拉力。快速接续耐张线夹可拆卸并可重复使用。

本发明涉及输配电线路中的电力金具领域,特别涉及一种快速接续耐张线夹。
背景技术
在输配电线路中耐张线夹及接续线夹被广泛采用,一般螺栓型耐张线夹安装时先在导线合适的位置剥开绝缘层,将导线包缠铝包带,放入耐张线夹中夹紧,找一固定杆桩用紧线器拉紧导线,然后将耐张线夹固定在电线杆上,安装较为复杂。而一般接续线夹是在两端固定的情况下进行接连,一般不能承受导线拉力。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种快速接续耐张线夹,它既可接续主导线同时也可成为导线的一部分,还可以承受导线拉力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种快速接续耐张线夹,该快速接续耐张线夹其两端对称,内圆台形套和外圆台形套是由螺纹连接,在螺纹连接中间安装有固定螺钉,线夹内腔中间有一圆挡板,圆挡板两边分别装有两块对称的半圆锥夹块,两半圆锥夹块一端装有拉杆,拉杆的另一端安装在弹簧套内由螺钉连接,弹簧套内装有弹簧。
进一步的,内圆台形套其一端有外螺纹,外螺纹圆周上开有若干螺纹孔,中间是圆台形空腔,另一端有一段圆柱形,在圆柱形一端开有通槽。
进一步的,外圆台形套其一端有内螺纹,内螺纹圆周上开有若干孔,中间是圆台形空腔,另一端有一段圆柱形,在圆柱形一端开有通槽。
进一步的,半圆锥夹块外面是半圆锥形与圆台形套内表面配合,里面是半圆柱面与导线配合,在其小端连接有拉杆。
进一步的,弹簧套是圆柱形,弹簧套一端有封盖,另一端敞开;弹簧套封盖通过螺钉连接两拉杆。
进一步的,弹簧安装在弹簧套内表面,弹簧一端顶住弹簧套封盖,另一端顶住圆台形套的台阶上,弹簧套及弹簧在圆台形套圆柱形外表面做升缩滑动。
进一步的,半圆锥夹块与拉杆通过螺纹连接。
进一步的,内圆台形套与外圆台形套的材质为铝合金。
安装导线时先将线夹一端的弹簧套往里压紧,再将剥离绝缘层后的导线***线夹一端,松开弹簧套,导线被两块半圆锥夹块夹紧,另一端同样操作。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.圆台形套由高强度铝合金制造,连接后可成为导线的一部分导电。
2.当导线遭遇意外断开或长度不够长需要接续时,快速接续耐张线夹只需剥开导线端部的绝缘层,不需要其它工具的情况下能快速连接导线,并迅速恢复通电。
3.快速接续耐张线夹可承受导线拉力。
4.快速接续耐张线夹可拆卸并可反复使用。

具体实施方式
一种快速接续耐张线夹,它包括有内圆台形套1、固定螺钉2、圆档板3、外圆台形套4、半圆锥夹块5、拉杆6、弹簧套7、弹簧8、拉杆螺钉9、导线10。其特征在于:所述的快速接续耐张线夹其两端基本对称,内圆台形套1和外圆台形套4是由螺纹连接,在螺纹连接中间安装有固定螺钉2,线夹内腔中间有一圆挡板3,圆挡板3两边分别装有两块对称的半圆锥夹块5,两半圆锥夹块5一端分别装有拉杆6(螺纹连接),拉杆6的另一端安装在弹簧套7内由螺钉2连接,弹簧套7内装有弹簧8。安装导线10时先将线夹一端的弹簧套7往里压紧,再将剥离绝缘层后的导线10***线夹一端,松开弹簧套7,导线10被两块半圆锥夹块5夹紧,另一端同样操作。
所述的内圆台形套1其一端有外螺纹,外螺纹圆周上开有若干螺纹孔,中间是圆台形空腔,另一端有一段圆柱形,在圆柱形一端开有通槽,材料采用高强度铝合金压铸而成。
所述的外圆台形套4其一端有内螺纹,内螺纹圆周上开有若干孔,中间是圆台形空腔,另一端有一段圆柱形,在圆柱形一端开有通槽,材料采用高强度铝合金压铸而成。
所述的在内外圆台形套空腔中间放置有圆档板3并被夹紧。
所述的半圆锥夹块5外面是半圆锥形与圆台形套内表面配合,里面是半圆柱面与导线10配合,在其小端连接有拉杆。
所述的弹簧套7是圆柱形,弹簧套7一端有封盖,另一端畅开。弹簧套7封盖通过螺钉9连接两拉杆6。
所述的弹簧8安装在弹簧套7内表面,弹簧8一端顶住弹簧套7封盖,另一端顶住圆台形套的台阶上,弹簧套7及弹簧8可以在圆台形套圆柱形外表面做升缩滑动。
本发明一种快速接续耐张线夹工作过程如下:
实施时,先将快速接续耐张线夹一端的弹簧套往里压紧,再将剥离绝缘层后的导线***快速接续耐张线夹一端,松开弹簧套,弹簧套在弹簧的作用下带动拉杆再带动半圆锥夹紧块将导线夹紧,另一端同样操作。由于半圆锥夹块成圆锥形。当两端导线被拉紧时,导线将越拉越紧。
