Abstract

本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法。将混纺纤维放置于荧光剂中浸泡,浸泡温度为50‑80℃,浸泡时间为3‑5h,浸泡后烘干;将混纺纤维加工成混纺面料;在混纺面料上涂刷一层防水胶;对混纺面料进行塑化处理,塑化时间为5‑10h,塑化温度为150‑200℃。本发明的儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,荧光剂能够最大程度被混纺纤维吸收,使制成的荧光面料可以较为持久的保持荧光特性,特别是在荧光剂中添加了有机膦硅烷偶联剂成分,相对于传统的硅烷偶联剂,它可以显著提升光致储能夜光粉在荧光剂中的持久发光性。

技术领域
本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法。
背景技术
儿童书包是一种能够盛放书本或者文具的包,现在的书包更是五花八门,以普通的布料或者是帆布等制成。主要是双肩的,有利于儿童身体健康。也有单肩的,拉杆的。
将荧光面料应用在箱包产品上,是近年来潮流所向,特别是应用在儿童书包上,可以给行人或车辆警示,保证儿童的人身安全。现有的用于儿童书包的荧光面料,主要存在荧光效果无法持久、浸泡荧光剂对面料造成一定不良气味等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、将混纺纤维放置于荧光剂中浸泡,浸泡温度为50-80℃,浸泡时间为3-5h,浸泡后烘干;
2)、将混纺纤维加工成混纺面料;
3)、在混纺面料上涂刷一层防水胶;
4)、对混纺面料进行塑化处理,塑化时间为5-10h,塑化温度为150-200℃。
优选的,荧光剂由5-16份邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、5-10份石油醚、1-3份成膜助剂、1-3份Al2O3、1-3份有机膦硅烷偶联剂和40-70份光致储能夜光粉混合制成。

本发明的儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,荧光剂能够最大程度被混纺纤维吸收,使制成的荧光面料可以较为持久的保持荧光特性,特别是在荧光剂中添加了有机膦硅烷偶联剂成分,相对于传统的硅烷偶联剂,它可以显著提升光致储能夜光粉在荧光剂中的持久发光性。

实施例1
一种儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、将混纺纤维放置于荧光剂中浸泡,浸泡温度为60℃,浸泡时间为4h,浸泡后烘干。
荧光剂由5份邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、10份石油醚、1份成膜助剂、3份Al2O3、1份有机膦硅烷偶联剂和70份光致储能夜光粉混合制成。
有机膦硅烷偶联剂的结构式为:
2)、将混纺纤维加工成混纺面料(常规方法)。
3)、在混纺面料上涂刷一层防水胶(常规方法)。
4)、对混纺面料进行塑化处理,塑化时间为5h,塑化温度为200℃。
实施例2
一种儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、将混纺纤维放置于荧光剂中浸泡,浸泡温度为70℃,浸泡时间为5h,浸泡后烘干。
荧光剂由16份邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、5份石油醚、3份成膜助剂、1份Al2O3、3份有机膦硅烷偶联剂和40份光致储能夜光粉混合制成。
有机膦硅烷偶联剂的结构式为:
2)、将混纺纤维加工成混纺面料(常规方法)。
3)、在混纺面料上涂刷一层防水胶(常规方法)。
4)、对混纺面料进行塑化处理,塑化时间为10h,塑化温度为150℃。

1.一种儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
1)、将混纺纤维放置于荧光剂中浸泡,浸泡温度为50-80℃,浸泡时间为3-5h,浸泡后烘干;
2)、将混纺纤维加工成混纺面料;
3)、在混纺面料上涂刷一层防水胶;
4)、对混纺面料进行塑化处理,塑化时间为5-10h,塑化温度为150-200℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的儿童书包用荧光面料的制造方法,其特征在于:荧光剂由5-16份邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、5-10份石油醚、1-3份成膜助剂、1-3份Al2O3、1-3份有机膦硅烷偶联剂和40-70份光致储能夜光粉混合制成。
