Abstract

本发明公开了一种木皮复合瓷砖及其制作工艺,木皮复合瓷砖主要是由从下至上依次设置的瓷砖坯材、第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层所形成的一个整体板状块体,木皮材料层密封于透明材料层和瓷砖坯材之间。本发明的木皮材料层密封于透明材料层和瓷砖坯材之间,使得木皮材料层与空气、潮气相隔绝,大幅度延长了木皮材料的使用寿命,从而实现了防潮、防霉、防腐的效果,且平整、光洁、更易清洁、耐用,本发明是真实的木皮复合,其真实感是打印机无法达到的,能够实现更佳的装饰效果的同时还具有环保效果。本发明保持了瓷砖的本身特性,可以任意切割,以适应于不同铺设面积和不同场所,同时也便于运输。

一种木皮复合瓷砖及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰用复合瓷砖,特别涉及一种木皮复合瓷砖,还涉及该木皮复合瓷砖的制作工艺。
背景技术
原木木皮通常是作为一种家具材料而广泛应用于复合家具板行业。复合家具板是使用粘贴工艺将原木木皮与木板贴合制成,这种复合家具板可以实现所需要的木纹装饰效果,能够显著提升家具的品质,增加美感。
但是,木板等木质装饰材料具有易变形、开裂,色差等缺陷,而将木皮直接贴在墙上的方法,使得木皮往往存在面返潮、霉变、虫蛀、积尘、退色、腐蚀等缺点,因此,木板和木皮在装饰领域的应用受到极大的限制。另外,墙纸和墙布是目前普遍使用的装饰材料,它不仅能够装饰墙面、保护墙面,而且还能够提升生活品味,因此得到了广泛的应用。但是,墙纸和墙布通常采用粘胶铺贴在墙面上,如此,往往存在返潮、霉变、易积尘、易变色等缺点,尤其是具有不易清洁的缺陷。而且,由于墙纸和墙布与室内空气直接接触,其材质易氧化,表面色彩会逐渐退色而变得灰暗,严重降低了装饰效果。
目前,由于瓷砖具有现场铺贴施工方便、成本低、防潮、防水、不霉变、不变色、易清洁等诸多优点而被广泛应用于墙面装饰。现有的木纹瓷砖,其质地是瓷砖,它是采用表面着色或者制造出木纹肌理的工艺方式来达到显示木纹的效果。但是,木纹瓷砖与真正的木皮相比,其肌理和质感都有明显的差异。
复合瓷砖是瓷砖行业最近发展较为迅速的一种形式。复合瓷砖主要是玻璃复合瓷砖,即是在双层玻璃之间复合一层夹丝(或者墙纸)材料。然而,这种玻璃复合瓷砖无法广泛应用于墙面装饰,这是因为:
⑴玻璃具有通透性,使其不能广泛应用于墙面装饰。
⑵玻璃具有铺贴施工困难、易碎、不易现场切割开孔开槽、不便运输等诸多缺点,因此,很难广泛应用于墙面装饰,也很难实现工厂化批量生产。
⑶由于瓷砖制作工艺技术的限制,即往往通过打印机来实现木纹肌理和质感的效果,其肌理和质感无法达到木皮的质感和装饰效果。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种能够充分体现木皮质感和纹理、成本低、防潮、防水、不霉变、不变色、易清洁、铺贴施工方便、生产工艺简单、可以任意切割、方便运输且环保的木皮复合瓷砖。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术措施来实现:一种木皮复合瓷砖,其特征在于:它主要是由从下至上依次设置的瓷砖坯材、第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层所形成的一个整体板状块体,所述木皮材料层密封于所述透明材料层和瓷砖坯材之间。
本发明的木皮材料层密封于透明材料层和瓷砖坯材之间,使得木皮材料层与空气、潮气相隔绝,大幅度延长了木皮材料的使用寿命,从而实现了防潮、防霉、防腐的效果,且平整、光洁、更易清洁、耐用,本发明是真实的木皮复合,其真实感是打印机无法达到的,能够实现更佳的装饰效果的同时还具有环保效果。另外,本发明保持了瓷砖的本身特性,可以任意切割,以适应于不同铺设面积和不同场所,同时也便于运输。本发明的结构简单、成本低廉,便于批量化生产及广泛推广和适用。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述第一粘结层和第二粘结层均采用热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层热熔粘封所述木皮材料层。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述热熔胶层为EVA热熔胶片,厚度为0.15~0.50mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述透明材料层为PET透明树脂片,厚度为0.25~0.50mm。
本发明所述瓷砖坯材、第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层的厚度分别是0.2~0.5mm。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种上述木皮复合瓷砖的制作工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术措施来实现:一种上述木皮复合瓷砖的制作工艺,其特征在于具体包括以下步骤:
⑴在瓷砖坯材上依次铺设第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层形成复合瓷砖半成品;
⑵将复合瓷砖半成品置于一真空腔中;
⑶压紧复合瓷砖半成品以固定复合瓷砖半成品并使其各层之间彼此紧贴;
⑷加热由步骤⑶所得的复合瓷砖半成品,直至第一粘结层和第二粘结层呈热熔状态,使木皮材料层密封于瓷砖坯材和透明材料层之间,从而形成一个整体板状块体。
本发明的制作工艺简单、生产成本低廉,便于批量化生产及广泛推广和适用。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,真空腔的真空度大于或等于0.1MPa,加热的温度是105~120度,加热时间是60~120分钟,优选为90分钟。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述第一粘结层和第二粘结层均采用EVA热熔胶片。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述透明材料层为PET透明树脂胶片。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著的效果:
⑴本发明的木皮材料层密封于透明材料层和瓷砖坯材之间,使得木皮材料层与空气、潮气相隔绝,大幅度延长了木皮材料层的使用寿命,从而实现了防潮、防雷、防腐的效果。
⑵本发明的复合瓷砖平整、光洁、更易清洁、耐用,本发明是真实的木皮复合,体现木皮本身表面纹理和色彩,其真实感是打印机无法达到的,能够实现更佳的装饰效果的同时还具有的环保效果。
⑶本发明保持了瓷砖的本身特性,可以任意切割,以适应于不同铺设面积和不同场所,同时也便于运输。
⑷本发明的结构简单、制作工艺简单、成本低廉,便于批量化生产。
⑸本发明的复合瓷砖克服了现有装饰材料的各种缺陷,技术效果十分显著,适于广泛推广和适用。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,是本发明一种木皮复合瓷砖,它主要是由从下至上依次设置的瓷砖坯材1、第一粘结层2、木皮材料层3、第二粘结层4及透明材料层5所形成的一个结实的整体板状块体,木皮材料层3密封于透明材料层5和瓷砖坯材1之间。在本实施例中,第一粘结层2和第二粘结层4均采用热熔胶层,热熔胶层热熔粘封木皮材料层3。热熔胶层采用EVA热熔胶,透明材料层5采用PET透明树脂。
木皮材料密封于透明材料层5和瓷砖坯材1之间,使得木皮材料与空气、潮气相隔绝,大幅度延长了木皮材料的使用寿命,从而实现了防潮、防雷、防腐的效果,且平整、光洁、更易清洁、耐用,在实现更佳的装饰效果的同时还具有环保效果。木皮复合瓷砖保持了瓷砖的本身特性,可以任意切割,以适应于不同铺设面积和不同场所,同时也便于运输。
一种上述木皮复合瓷砖的制作工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
⑴在瓷砖坯材1上依次设置与瓷砖坯材1大小相同的第一粘结层2、木皮材料层3、第二粘结层4及透明材料层5,形成复合瓷砖半成品;其中,第一粘结层2和第二粘结层4分别采用固态透明EVA热熔胶片,透明材料层5为PET透明树脂片。
⑵将复合瓷砖半成品置于一真空腔中,真空腔的真空度为0.1Mpa;
⑶压紧复合瓷砖半成品以固定复合瓷砖半成品并使其各层之间彼此紧贴;
步骤⑵和⑶的真空复合工艺既可以采用真空装置,利用压紧固定装置对复合瓷砖半成品进行固定和压紧,也可以采用将复合瓷砖半成品置于真空袋中,利用负压压紧真空袋,而使真空袋挤压复合瓷砖半成品以固定复合瓷砖半成品并其各层之间彼此紧贴。
⑷加热由步骤⑶所得的复合瓷砖半成品,加热的温度是105度,加热时间是90分钟,直至第一粘结层2和第二粘结层4呈热熔状态,使木皮材料层3密封于瓷砖坯材1和透明材料层5之间,从而形成一个整体板状块体。
在其它实施例中,真空腔的真空度大于0.1MPa,加热温度为105~120度,加热时间为60~120分钟。瓷砖坯材、第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层的厚度分别是0.2~0.5mm。
本发明的实施方式不限于此,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,本发明复合瓷砖的各层还可以选择其它材料制成,且各层的厚度可以选择性调整,其中,第一粘结层和第二粘结层的厚度可以根据木皮材料层的厚度相应调节;而且,对复合瓷砖半成品进行真空复合的方法还有其它实施方式。因此,本发明还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。

1.一种木皮复合瓷砖,其特征在于:它主要是由从下至上依次设置的瓷砖坯材、第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层所形成的一个整体板状块体,所述木皮材料层密封于所述透明材料层和瓷砖坯材之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木皮复合瓷砖,其特征在于:所述第一粘结层和第二粘结层均采用热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层热熔粘封所述木皮材料层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的木皮复合瓷砖,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层为EVA热熔胶片,厚度为0.15~0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的木皮复合瓷砖,其特征在于:所述透明材料层为PET透明树脂片,厚度为0.25~0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的木皮复合瓷砖,其特征在于:所述瓷砖坯材、第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层的厚度分别是0.2~0.5mm。
6.一种权利要求1所述的木皮复合瓷砖的制作工艺,其特征在于具体包括以下步骤:
⑴在瓷砖坯材上依次铺设第一粘结层、木皮材料层、第二粘结层及透明材料层形成复合瓷砖半成品;
⑵将复合瓷砖半成品置于一真空腔中;
⑶压紧复合瓷砖半成品以固定复合瓷砖半成品并使其各层之间彼此紧贴;
⑷加热由步骤⑶所得的复合瓷砖半成品,直至第一粘结层和第二粘结层呈热熔状态,使木皮材料层密封于瓷砖坯材和透明材料层之间,从而形成一个整体板状块体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述第一粘结层和第二粘结层均采用EVA热熔胶片。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制作工艺,其特征在于:真空腔的真空度大于或等于0.1Mpa。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制作工艺,其特征在于:加热的温度是105~120度,加热时间是60~120分钟。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述透明材料层为PET透明树脂胶片。
