本发明涉及一种新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,其特征在于:包括面料基体(1),所述面料基体(1)采用天然蚕丝和棉纤维混纺交错而成,所述的面料基体(1)上表面设置有记忆面料层(2),所述记忆面料层(3)上表面设置有抗油污层(3),所述的面料基体(1)、记忆面料层(2)、抗油污层(3)之间都是通过粘胶材料复合在一起。本发明一种新型衬衫面料,结构合理,制备工艺简单,抗油污层使得面料具有一定抗油污功能,记忆面料层使该面料在水洗晾干后能自然挺直,免去了熨烫工序,给人们带来许多方面。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别是涉及一种新型防臭衬衫面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,现代人对衣服的要求越来越高,在选择衣物时,除了考虑其颜色和款式外,还会考虑衣物的功能性,例如这种衣物容不容易脏,易不易沾油污等等。
衬衫是一种非常受人们欢迎的衣服款式,不管是冬天还是夏天都可以穿衬衫,但衬衫往往刚买来时比较挺阔,时间久了,就需要经常熨烫来保持外形。但随着人们生活节奏的加快,许多人没有多余的时间来打理自己的衣物,这时候就需要一种免熨烫、形态安定的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防臭防辐射衬衫面料,具有抗油污、免熨烫的特点,通过合理的结构设计和制备方法,充分发挥面料的功能性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,包括面料基体,所述面料基体采用天然蚕丝和棉纤维混纺交错而成,所述的面料基体上表面设置有记忆面料层,所述记忆面料层上表面设置有抗油污层,所述的面料基体、记忆面料层、抗油污层之间都是通过粘胶材料复合在一起,在所述面料基本的下表面设置有防臭层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种新型衬衫面料,结构合理,制备工艺简单,抗油污层使得面料具有一定抗油污功能,记忆面料层使该面料在水洗晾干后能自然挺直,免去了熨烫工序,给人们带来许多方面。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,包括面料基体1,所述面料基体1采用天然蚕丝和棉纤维混纺交错而成,所述的面料基体1上表面设置有记忆面料层2,所述记忆面料层2上表面设置有抗油污层面料3,所述的面料基体1、记忆面料层2、抗油污层3之间都是通过粘胶材料复合在一起,所述的粘胶材料可以是PVC、PU或TPU材料,在所述面料基体1的下表面设置有防臭层4,在所述防臭层4的下表面设置有防辐射层5。
所述的面料基体1采用天然蚕丝和棉纤维混纺交错而成,蚕丝能促进皮肤细胞活力,防止血管硬化,长期使用有保健效果,面料基体是最里面一层,贴身穿着,对人身体有很多益处。
所述的记忆面料层2是采用PTT记忆型长丝和氨纶按一定比例混纺后制得的功能性面料层,所述的PTT记忆型长丝和氨纶的混纺比例为1:5,使得面料具有抗皱能力,水洗晾干后能自然挺直,经久耐用。
所述的抗油污层3为竹炭纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物。其中两种纤维的混纺比例为40%:60%,通过清花、梳棉、井条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、加捻工序制成低捻度混纺纱线条,通过交织混纺而成。所述的抗油污层的厚度为0.08~0.10㎜。

1.一种新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,其特征在于:包括面料基体(1),所述面料基体(1)采用天然蚕丝和棉纤维混纺交错而成,所述的面料基体(1)上表面设置有记忆面料层(2),所述记忆面料层(3)上表面设置有抗油污层(3),所述的面料基体(1)、记忆面料层(2)、抗油污层(3)之间都是通过粘胶材料复合在一起,在所述面料基体(1)的下表面设置有防臭层(4),在所述防臭层(4)的下表面设置有防辐射层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,其特征在于:所述的记忆面料层是采用PTT记忆型长丝与氨纶按一定比例混纺后制得的功能性面料层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,其特征在于:所述的PTT记忆型长丝和氨纶的混纺比例为1:5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,其特征在于:所述的抗油污层为竹炭纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,其特征在于:所述的抗油污层的厚度为0.08~0.10㎜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型防臭防辐射衬衫面料,其特征在于:所述的粘胶材料可以是PVC、PU或TPU材料。
