本发明涉及一种改性的聚氨酯密封胶,以重量份计包括:聚氨酯20~60份,异氰酸酯1015份,大理石25份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷12份,沥青12份,粉煤灰13份,滑石粉58份,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯510份,三苯基膦11.5份,丁基缩水甘油醚510份,碳酸氢镁13份、茶多酚0.51份,聚丁烯510份,硬脂酸12份,甲基硅油0.51份,环氧树脂58份,促进剂12份,有机溶剂10~20份。本发明配方的密封胶具有较好的耐热性、耐油性,并且在高温高湿环境下仍然能保持良好的性能。

背景技术
密封胶是一种应用在两个基材或两个构件之间,对界面起粘接和嵌缝密封的多功能粘接密封材料,具有不易流淌、无定形的、能承受形变位移应力的特点。密封胶通常以橡胶或树脂等粘稠物为主料,配合炭黑、钛白粉等惰性填料,再加入增塑剂、固化剂、促进剂等制成。随着社会经济和科学的不断发展,密封胶在建筑工程、交通运输、电子通讯等领域的应用越来越广泛。
聚氨酯密封胶作为世界上三大的高性能弹性密封胶(硅酮类密封胶、聚硫类密封胶、聚氨酯类密封胶)之一,以优异的性能,得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。聚氨酯密封胶主要是由多异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇反应而生成的具有很多优异的性能如:组成变化多、结构和性能调节范围大并且对多种基材都有较好的粘接性;具有优良的耐热、耐油和耐化学品等等;当然,聚氨酯密封胶也有一些缺点,如:氨基甲酸酯键在高温下易分解,因此不适合在高温下使用,高温高湿环境下固化容易产生气泡和裂纹等等。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的聚氨酯密封胶存在的问题和不足,本发明提供一种性能优良的改性聚氨酯密封胶,及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种改性的聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:聚氨酯20~60份,异氰酸酯10-15份,大理石2-5份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷1-2份,沥青1-2份,粉煤灰1-3份,滑石粉5-8份,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯5-10份,三苯基膦1-1.5份,丁基缩水甘油醚5-10份,碳酸氢镁1-3份、茶多酚0.5-1份,聚丁烯5-10份,硬脂酸1-2份,甲基硅油0.5-1份,酚醛环氧树脂5-8份,二苯胍1-2份,乙醇10~20份。
上述的密封胶在高温环境下的应用。。
本发明可采用现有技术中常用的密封胶的制备方法制备得到。如先按上述质量份将聚氨酯,异氰酸酯,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷,沥青,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯,三苯基膦,丁基缩水甘油醚、茶多酚份,聚丁烯,硬脂酸,甲基硅油以及环氧树脂进行高温脱水3-5h,然后加入其余原料,温度不超过50℃,在行星搅拌釜中搅拌2-5h,冷却后得到。
本发明配方的密封胶具有较好的耐热性、耐油性,并且适合在120℃以上的温度下使用,高温高湿环境下仍然能保持良好的性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
准备以重量份计的以下物质:聚氨酯60份,异氰酸酯10份,大理石2份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷1份,沥青1份,粉煤灰1份,滑石粉6份,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯5份,三苯基膦1份,丁基缩水甘油醚10份,碳酸氢镁1份、茶多酚1份,聚丁烯5份,硬脂酸1份,甲基硅油1份,酚醛环氧树脂5份,二苯胍1份,乙醇15份。如先按上述质量份将聚氨酯,异氰酸酯,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷,沥青,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯,三苯基膦,丁基缩水甘油醚、茶多酚份,聚丁烯,硬脂酸,甲基硅油以及酚醛环氧树脂进行高温脱水3h,然后加入其余原料,在40℃下,在行星搅拌釜中搅拌3h,冷却后得到。
实施例2
准备以重量份计的以下物质:聚氨酯40份,异氰酸酯15份,大理石4份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷2份,沥青1份,粉煤灰2份,滑石粉8份,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯10份,三苯基膦1份,丁基缩水甘油醚5份,碳酸氢镁2份、茶多酚1份,聚丁烯10份,硬脂酸1份,甲基硅油0.5份,酚醛环氧树脂5份,二苯胍2份,乙醇20份。如先按上述质量份将聚氨酯,异氰酸酯,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷,沥青,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯,三苯基膦,丁基缩水甘油醚、茶多酚份,聚丁烯,硬脂酸,甲基硅油以及酚醛环氧树脂进行高温脱水3h,然后加入其余原料,在45℃下,在行星搅拌釜中搅拌5h,冷却后得到。
将实施例1-2所得的产品在150℃下进行性能测试,结果如下:

从上表中的结果可以看出,本发明提供的密封胶在高温下使用时,具有良好的剪切强度、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度,耐压密封性高,性能相比现有技术的密封胶产品更加优异。

1.一种改性的聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于,以重量份计包括:聚氨酯20~60份,异氰酸酯10-15份,大理石2-5份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷1-2份,沥青1-2份,粉煤灰1-3份,滑石粉5-8份,邻苯二甲酸烷基酯5-10份,三苯基膦1-1.5份,丁基缩水甘油醚5-10份,碳酸氢镁1-3份、茶多酚0.5-1份,聚丁烯5-10份,硬脂酸1-2份,甲基硅油0.5-1份,酚醛环氧树脂5-8份,二苯胍1-2份,乙醇10~20份。
