Abstract

本发明涉及车辆减振领域,具体地,涉及一种悬置以及使用该悬置的车辆。
背景技术
悬置是用于减少并控制发动机振动的传递,并起到支承作用的汽车动力总成件,不仅是一种连接装置,其刚度、阻尼特性也影响整个***的NVH特性,是减少振动冲击的重要部件。
汽车行驶过程中产生的高频振动对乘员舒适性有较大影响,常用的悬置的种类主要有衬套悬置、液压悬置和空气悬置,衬套悬置结构简单、成本小,但减振效果不理想,液压悬置和空气悬置减振效果好,但结构复杂、成本比较高,因此提供一种结构简单并且减振效果较好的悬置是具有积极意义的。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种悬置,该悬置结构简单,具有较好的减振效果。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种车辆,该车辆包括本发明提供的悬置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种悬置,包括上盖板、与该上盖板相对布置的下底板以及固定于所述上盖板和所述下底板之间的弹性侧壁,该弹性侧壁与所述上盖板和下底板相连以围成封闭的液压室,所述液压室中形成有隔板,该隔板将所述液压室分隔成两个腔室,所述隔板上形成有阻尼孔,以使得所述液压室内的阻尼液通过所述阻尼孔在所述两个腔室之间流通。
可选地,所述隔板包括侧板和底板,所述侧板从所述底板的周缘向上延伸并连接到所述上盖板上,所述阻尼孔形成于所述底板上。
可选地,所述上盖板中部向下延伸形成上凸台,所述下底板的中部向上延伸以形成与所述上凸台对应的下凸台,所述弹性侧壁形成为环形,且上下两端分别形成有缩口以固定到所述上凸台和下凸台上。
可选地,所述上凸台的圆周面上形成有上环形凹槽,所述下凸台的圆周面上形成有下环形凹槽,所述弹性侧壁的上下两端分别嵌入到所述上环形凹槽和下环形凹槽中。
可选地,所述弹性侧壁的上下两端分别形成有上环形凸缘和下环形凸缘,该上环形凸缘和下环形凸缘的内周面上分别形成有上卡止筋和下卡止筋,该上卡止筋和下卡止筋分别嵌入到所述上环形凹槽和下环形凹槽中。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种悬置,其中,该悬置包括上盖板1、与上盖板1相对布置的下底板2以及固定于上盖板1和下底板2之间的弹性侧壁3,该弹性侧壁3与上盖板1和下底板2相连以构成封闭的液压室,而进一步地,在该液压室内形成有隔板4,该隔板4将液压室分隔成两个腔室,并且在隔板4上形成有多个阻尼孔6,以使得阻尼液5通过阻尼孔6在两个腔室之间流通。其中,阻尼液5不充满于整个液压室(占据液压室的三分之二容积),以保证悬置受压变形时阻尼液5能够在两个腔室之间流动。当悬置受到低频、大振幅激励时,弹性侧壁3压缩变形使得阻尼液5通过阻尼孔6在两个腔室内流动,流动过程中与弹性侧壁3的内周面、阻尼孔6以及隔板4的壁面产生摩擦,将动能转化为热能,加之弹性侧壁3的弹性变形也可以将部分动能转化消耗,从而实现悬置在低频范围内的减振作用,保证了乘员乘坐的舒适性;当悬置受到高频、小振幅激励时,由于阻尼液5几乎来不及流动,阻尼液5随着一起高速振动,从而提高悬置的高频动刚度,消除动态硬化。需要说明的是,能够实现本发明技术方案的方式有多种,例如隔板4的结构、形状等,为了方便说明本发明,在此只介绍其中的优选实施方式,该优选实施方式只用于说明发明,并不用于限制本发明。
具体地,如图1所示,在本发明提供的优选实施方式中,隔板4大体呈杯状,并且包括侧板41和底板42,侧板41从底板42的周缘向上延伸并连接到上盖板1上,阻尼孔6则形成于底板42上,即,侧板41和底板42与上盖板1围成一个腔室,液压室内的其他空间形成另一个腔室,在底板42上设置阻尼孔6使得悬置在受到低频振动时,阻尼液5可以通过阻尼孔6在两个腔室内流动,在流动过程中与弹性侧壁3的内周面、阻尼孔6以及隔板4的壁面产生摩擦,将动能转化为热能,从而实现悬置在低频范围内的减振作用;当悬置受到高频、小振幅激励时,由于阻尼液5几乎来不及流动,阻尼液5随着一起高速振动,从而提高悬置的高频动刚度,消除动态硬化。
如图1所示,在发明优选实施方式中,上盖板1中部向下延伸以形成上凸台11,下底板2的中部向上延伸以形成与上凸台11对应的下凸台211,弹性侧壁3形成为环形,并且上下两端分别形成有缩口以固定到上凸台11和下凸台211,以使弹性侧壁3与上凸台11和下凸台211围成封闭的液压室。
为了保证弹性侧壁3与上凸台11和下凸台211可靠地连接,优选地,在上凸台11的圆周面上形成有上环形凹槽,在下凸台211的圆周面上形成有下环形凹槽,弹性侧壁3的上下两端分别嵌入到上环形凹槽和下环形凹槽中。更具体地,在弹性侧壁3的上下两端分别形成有上环形凸缘31和下环形凸缘32,上环形凸缘31和下环形凸缘32的内周面上分别形成有上卡止筋301和下卡止筋302,该上卡止筋301和下卡止筋302分别嵌入到上环形凹槽以及下环形凹槽中,以保证弹性侧壁3与上凸台11和下凸台211连接的稳定性与密封性,从而保证液压室的正常工作。
如图1所示,在上盖板1开设有注油孔12以连通到液压室,阻尼液5从该注油孔12注入到液压室中。注油孔12可以具有各种适当的形状或结构,作为一种实施方式,注油孔12形成为螺纹孔并通过密封螺栓8进行密封。
如图1所示,下底板2包括一体成型的主体部21和限位部22,主体部21与上盖板1相对,限位部22由主体部21的周缘朝向上盖板1延伸,可以限制弹性侧壁3的压缩变形,避免弹性侧壁3在受到冲击时压缩变形过大。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,限位部22的上端设置有缓冲部7,该缓冲部7由橡胶制成,在受到较大冲击时,可以利用橡胶的高弹性能起到很好的限位作用,避免下底板2与上盖板1的直接接触造成损坏而影响悬置的工作。
同样地,在本发明的优选实施方式中,弹性侧壁3可以由橡胶制成,弹性侧壁3选择具有高弹性的橡胶,在悬置受到低频、大振幅激励时,利用弹性压缩变形,使得阻尼液5在两个腔室之间流动,将动能转化为热量,同时弹性压缩的过程也可以将部分动能转化,以达到减振的目的,保证乘员乘车的舒适性。
如图1所示,上盖板1和下底板2上形成有多个安装孔9,通过固定件***到该多个安装孔9内以将悬置安装到车架和发动机之间,安装孔9可以为螺纹孔,固定件可以选择螺栓,用以将悬置稳固的安装到车架和发动机之间,当车辆行驶在颠簸路段时,悬置安装到车架和发动机之间,具有很好的隔振作用,可以降低来自对发动机振动以及路面振动的冲击,降低乘员乘坐过程的不适性,并且可以降低其他零部件因为过多振动产生的疲劳破坏。
综上,本发明提供的悬置设计简单,构思巧妙,成本较低,并且易于实现,减振效果较好,保证乘员的乘坐舒适性和车辆操控稳定性,适用范围广。故此具有较高的实用性和推广价值。

4.根据权利要求3所述的悬置,其特征在于,所述上凸台(11)的圆周面上形成有上环形凹槽,所述下凸台(211)的圆周面上形成有下环形凹槽,所述弹性侧壁(3)的上下两端分别嵌入到所述上环形凹槽和下环形凹槽中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的悬置,其特征在于,所述弹性侧壁(3)的上下两端分别形成有上环形凸缘(31)和下环形凸缘(32),该上环形凸缘(31)和下环形凸缘(32)的内周面上分别形成有上卡止筋(301)和下卡止筋(302),该上卡止筋(301)和下卡止筋(302)分别嵌入到所述上环形凹槽和下环形凹槽中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的悬置,其特征在于,所述上盖板(1)开设有注油孔(12)以连通到所述液压室。
7.根据权利要求1所述的悬置,其特征在于,所述下底板(2)包括一体成型的主体部(21)和限位部(22),所述主体部(21)与所述上盖板(1)相对,所述限位部(22)从所述主体部(21)的周缘朝向所述上盖板(1)延伸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的悬置,其特征在于,所述限位部(22)的上端设置有缓冲部(7),该缓冲部(7)为限位橡胶。
9.根据权利要求1所述的悬置,其特征在于,所述上盖板(1)和所述下底板(2)上形成有多个安装孔(9),通过固定件***到该多个安装孔(9)内以将所述悬置安装到车架和发动机之间。
10.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的悬置。
