本发明涉及一种低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料、低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷及其制作方法,属于陶瓷技术领域。该低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:钾长石20-30份、石英20-30份、堇青石3-7份、陶土15-20份、轻质碳酸钙5-10份、黑棕土5-7份、海泡石8-12份、萤石5-10份、三氧化二硼2-3份、氧化镧0.5-1份、羧甲基纤维素钠2-6份。本发明烧制的陶瓷制品,在破碎后,不受地区限制和季节限制,置于户外自然环境下,在2-3个月后,其降解率可高达25%-30%,自然放置1年后,其降解率可高达90%以上,本发明制得的陶瓷制品可于低温下烧成,环保节能。

技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料、低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷及其制作方法。
背景技术
陶瓷是以粘土和各种矿物为主要原料经过粉碎混炼、成型煅烧而制得的具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、硬度强度佳的性能优异的制品。我国是当今世界陶瓷生产大国,具有惊人的陶瓷产量,而且生产的陶瓷制品的质量也愈来愈佳。但是,陶瓷制品在生产过程中能耗高,需要在极高温度下才能烧制成型,而且在成产过程中不可避免的会出现残次品,而对残次品的回收利用更是难上加难,从而造成废旧陶瓷制品的大量堆积,给环境造成了很大负荷。
因此人们一直在寻找一种有效的解决方法以解决废旧陶瓷制品对环境造成的污染,因此可在自然条件下风化降解的陶瓷也应用而生,如申请号为201010188756.5的中国专利申请公开了一种可降解绿色环保陶瓷制品及其制造方法,将粘土、石英、透辉石、钾长石、石灰石按一定的比例混合、球磨、造粒后,加入适量炭粉均匀混合成型后,在其表面施以普通中温陶瓷釉,并在氧化气氛下以1100~1200℃温度烧成,可制备一种强度、硬度、胎釉结合性能好的新型可降解绿色环保陶瓷。该类可降解环保陶瓷具有较快的风化降解速度,在南方夏季自然环境中历经3个月,由风化降解产生的单位产品重量损失率可达8.6wt%以上。虽然该陶瓷制品具有较好的降解性,但是其仅在南方夏季自然环境中具有较好的降解性,其降解性受到地区和季节的影响,而且其烧成温度较高,能耗仍较高,节能性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料、低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷及其制作方法,采用该泥料烧制的陶瓷制品不仅具有优异的机械性能,而且当陶瓷制品破碎后,可以不受季节和区域的限制,置于自然环境中,自然风化降解,其降解率可高达25%-30%。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:钾长石20-30份、石英20-30份、堇青石3-7份、陶土15-20份、轻质碳酸钙5-10份、黑棕土5-7份、海泡石8-12份、萤石5-10份、三氧化二硼2-3份、氧化镧0.5-1份、羧甲基纤维素钠2-6份。
更进一步的,所述的低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料,其中所述陶土为佛山陶土。
更进一步的,所述的低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:钾长石25份、石英25份、堇青石5份、陶土18份、轻质碳酸钙8份、黑棕土6份、海泡石10份、萤石8份、三氧化二硼2.5份、氧化镧0.8份、羧甲基纤维素钠4份。
所述的低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料的制作方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:按照所述泥料配比,将钾长石、石英、堇青石、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、黑棕土、海泡石、萤石、三氧化二硼、氧化镧和羧甲基纤维素钠依次投入球磨机中,加水、球石,将总原料进行球磨48-50h,其中总原料、水、球石的质量比为1:0.5-0.7:3,筛余量为2.5%-3%;
步骤二:将球磨好的浆料进行除气,除去浆料中的气泡,后于40-45℃下陈腐30-35天,即得所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料。
用所得低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料制作低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷的方法,步骤如下:将所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料压制成型,制得素泥坯,后于1000-1050℃下恒温烧制3-4h,待自然冷却,即得所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷。
由所述的制作低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷的方法制得的低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
本发明的陶瓷泥料适合生产各类日用陶瓷,所得陶瓷制品具有极佳的硬度和强度,最主要的是,利用本发明泥料烧制的陶瓷制品,在破碎后,不受地区限制和季节限制,置于户外自然环境下,在2-3个月后,其降解率可高达25%-30%,自然放置1年后,其降解率可高达90%以上,有效解决了传统陶瓷制品在废弃后因处理困难而造成的环境污染,同时,利用本发明陶瓷泥料烧制陶瓷制品的温度为1000-1050℃,能耗较低,可有效节约能源。总之,本发明制得的陶瓷制品可于低温下烧成,且具有优异的可降解性和机械性能,而且泥料所用原料来源广泛,可有效降低生产成本。

实施例1
低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:钾长石25份、石英25份、堇青石5份、佛山陶土18份、轻质碳酸钙8份、黑棕土6份、海泡石10份、萤石8份、三氧化二硼2.5份、氧化镧0.8份、羧甲基纤维素钠4份。
用所述的低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料制作低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷的方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:按照所述泥料配比,将钾长石、石英、堇青石、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、黑棕土、海泡石、萤石、三氧化二硼、氧化镧和羧甲基纤维素钠依次投入球磨机中,加水、球石,将总原料进行球磨49h,其中总原料、水、球石的质量比为1:0.6:3,筛余量为2.8%;
步骤二:将球磨好的浆料进行除气,除去浆料中的气泡,后于45℃下陈腐32天,即得所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料;将所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料压制成型,制得素泥坯,后于1000℃下恒温烧制3.5h,待自然冷却,即得所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷。
实施例2
低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:钾长石20份、石英20份、堇青石3份、佛山陶土15份、轻质碳酸钙5份、黑棕土5份、海泡石8份、萤石5份、三氧化二硼2份、氧化镧0.5份、羧甲基纤维素钠2份。

步骤二:将球磨好的浆料进行除气,除去浆料中的气泡,后于45℃下陈腐30天,即得所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料;将所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷用泥料压制成型,制得素泥坯,后于1050℃下恒温烧制3h,待自然冷却,即得所述低温烧成环保可降解陶瓷。
将按照实施例1至3烧制的陶瓷制品破碎至块状,置于户外自然环境中1年,称量放置前后的重量,每三个月测试计算其失重降解率,并以现有的日用陶瓷制品作为对照例,结果如下表1所示:

由上表可见,用本发明泥料烧制的陶瓷具有优异的可降解性,而现有的普通日用陶瓷的降解性极差,在自然环境放置1年后的降解率为5.3%。上表中的每个实施例的失重降解率均为各实施例产品测试计算后的平均值;此外,本发明泥料烧制的陶瓷还具有优异的强度和硬度,耐擦洗性和耐高温性较好。
