Abstract

本发明为一种防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具。包括金属散热器,近光LED阵列模组,远光LED阵列模组,近光近场光学透镜,远光近场光学透镜,反射挡板,投射透镜,外壳支架;金属散热器安装有安装近光LED阵列模组和远光LED阵列模组;近光LED阵列模组上覆盖近光近场光学透镜,远光LED阵列模组上覆盖远光近场光学透镜;外壳中设有反射挡板,反射挡板与近光近场光学透镜和远光近场光学透镜分割部位于同一水平面,近光和远光的光线分别通过外壳支架上端的投射透镜投射出去。灯具在12V或24V车载直流电直接输入条件下,可实现近光和远光灯功能,并且灯具具有防水密封功能,可直接安装于车辆外部。

一种防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具
技术领域
本发明属于LED领域,更具体的是涉及一种防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具。
背景技术
随着LED技术的进步,LED汽车前照灯已经成为一种趋势。通常LED近光灯和远光灯的驱动电路,光学模组,灯具外壳都是分离的部件,造成体积较大,通用性不强。将散热,驱动电路,配光及远、近光功能集成在一个标准模组中,具有广泛的适用性。且现有的灯具防水功能不强,不能安装在车辆外部单独使用。
发明内容
1、本发明的目的。
本发明为了实现将LED近光灯和远光灯的驱动电路,光学模组,灯具外壳集成,防水效果好并且能够安装在车辆外部或内部使用,提出了一种防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具。
2、本发明所采用的技术方案。
一种防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,包括金属散热器,近光LED阵列模组,远光LED阵列模组,近光近场光学透镜,远光近场光学透镜,反射挡板,投射透镜,外壳支架;金属散热器安装有安装近光LED阵列模组和远光LED阵列模组;近光LED阵列模组上覆盖近光近场光学透镜,远光LED阵列模组上覆盖远光近场光学透镜;外壳中设有反射挡板,反射挡板与近光近场光学透镜和远光近场光学透镜分割部位于同一水平面,近光和远光的光线分别通过外壳支架上端的投射透镜投射出去。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的金属散热器安装近光LED阵列模组和远光LED阵列模组(104),其正面有两个具有一定夹角的安装平面。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的近光近场光学透镜和远光近场光学透镜为圆柱体透镜,其上端为平面或斜平面,其透镜斜平面的倾斜方向按照其所处位置倾斜。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的近光近场光学透镜位于安装平面的上端,上端透镜则斜平面向上,下端透镜中两端透镜位于左侧的透镜倾斜面向左,位于右侧的透镜倾斜面向右。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的远光近场光学透镜位于安装平面的下端,上端透镜中两端透镜位于左侧的透镜倾斜面向左,位于右侧的透镜倾斜面向右,下端透镜中的透镜倾斜面向下。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的外壳支架为顶端小,底端大的空心柱体结构。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的金属散热器背面为散热翅片,散热翅片中间有一个凹槽,用于安装驱动电路板。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的金属散热器上和外壳支架接触的界面上有用于安装密封胶的沟槽。
更进一步具体实施例中,反射挡板安装在外壳支架中,外壳支架上和投射透镜接触的界面上有用于安装密封胶的沟槽。
3、本发明的有益效果。
本发明的灯具在12V或24V车载直流电直接输入条件下,通过将LED近光,LED远光,散热,光学,驱动电路等关键部件集成在一起,形成标准的LED远/近光一体式灯具,可适用于不同的应用需求。另外该灯具具有密封防水的功能,即可安装在车灯的塑料壳里,也可作为独立的灯具安装在车外。

实施例
一种防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,包括金属散热器101,近光LED阵列模组103,远光LED阵列模组104,近光近场光学透镜105,远光近场光学透镜106,反射挡板107,投射透镜108,外壳支架109;所述的金属散热器101安装近光LED阵列模组103和远光LED阵列模组104,其正面有两个具有一定夹角的安装平面1013,分别安装近光LED阵列模组103和远光LED阵列模组104;近光LED阵列模组103上覆盖近光近场光学透镜105,远光LED阵列模组104上覆盖远光近场光学透镜106。
外壳支架109为顶端小,底端大的空心柱体结构,为了能够兼顾近光近场光学透镜105和远光近场光学透镜106在同一标准模组中,近光近场光学透镜105和远光近场光学透镜106为圆柱体透镜,其上端为平面或斜平面,其透镜斜平面的倾斜方向按照其所处位置倾斜,如上端透镜则斜平面向上,两端透镜位于左侧的透镜倾斜面向左,位于右侧的透镜倾斜面向右;其圆柱体透镜既能实现在外壳支架109光线向外延伸一段距离,同时由于斜平面的设置,又可以将光线投射出去;另外在外壳支架109中还设有反射挡板107,反射挡板107与两个具有一定夹角的安装平面1013的中线位于同一水平面,能够实现近光近场光学透镜105和远光近场光学透镜106各自的光线从外壳支架109中投射出去。
所述的金属散热器101背面为散热翅片1011,散热翅片1011中间有一个凹槽1012,用于安装驱动电路板102。所述的金属散热器101上和外壳支架109接触的界面上有用于安装密封胶的沟槽1014。反射挡板107安装在外壳支架109中,外壳支架109上和投射透镜108接触的界面上有用于安装密封胶的沟槽1091。
近光LED阵列模组103及远光LED阵列模组104由多颗单芯片LED阵列1031贴装在PCB板1032上。PCB板1032上具有用于安装其他零部件的定位孔1033和安装孔1034。近光近场光学透镜105通过近光LED阵列模组103上的定位孔1033和安装孔1034安装在近光LED阵列模组103上。

1.一种防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:包括金属散热器(101),近光LED阵列模组(103),远光LED阵列模组(104),近光近场光学透镜(105),远光近场光学透镜(106),反射挡板(107),投射透镜(108),外壳支架(109);金属散热器(101)安装有安装近光LED阵列模组(103)和远光LED阵列模组(104);近光LED阵列模组(103)上覆盖近光近场光学透镜(105),远光LED阵列模组(104)上覆盖远光近场光学透镜(106);外壳中设有反射挡板(107),反射挡板(107)与近光近场光学透镜(105)和远光近场光学透镜(106)分割部位于同一水平面,近光和远光的光线分别通过外壳支架(109)上端的投射透镜(108)投射出去。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:所述的金属散热器(101)安装近光LED阵列模组(103)和远光LED阵列模组(104),其正面有两个具有一定夹角的安装平面(1013)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:所述的近光近场光学透镜(105)和远光近场光学透镜(106)为圆柱体透镜,其上端为平面或斜平面,其透镜斜平面的倾斜方向按照其所处位置倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:所述的近光近场光学透镜(105)位于安装平面(1013)的上端,上端透镜则斜平面向上,下端透镜中两端透镜位于左侧的透镜倾斜面向左,位于右侧的透镜倾斜面向右。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:所述的远光近场光学透镜(106)位于安装平面(1013)的下端,上端透镜中两端透镜位于左侧的透镜倾斜面向左,位于右侧的透镜倾斜面向右,下端透镜中的透镜倾斜面向下。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:所述的外壳支架(109)为顶端小,底端大的空心柱体结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:所述的金属散热器(101)背面为散热翅片(1011),散热翅片(1011)中间有一个凹槽(1012),用于安装驱动电路板(102)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:所述的金属散热器(101)上和外壳支架(109)接触的界面上有用于安装密封胶的沟槽(1014)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防水型集成式LED汽车远近光灯具,其特征在于:反射挡板(107)安装在外壳支架(109)中,外壳支架(109)上和投射透镜(108)接触的界面上有用于安装密封胶的沟槽(1091)。
