Abstract

本发明提出了一种电力线缆接线装置,包括一个高强度铝合金材质制成的圆筒形的套管,套管两端为供金属线缆接入的安装孔,套管的安装孔内设有内螺纹,所述套管外圆表面开有至少三个与安装孔连通的螺纹孔,螺纹孔均垂直于导线安装孔的轴心线且相邻两个互成一夹角并交错排布,每个螺纹孔均有一与其匹配的螺栓。本发明应用范围广,能适应于截面积从300~500mm2范围内导线的连接。既适用于铝材质导线也适用于铜材质导线,能有效解决铜铝过渡连接时电化学作用下电阻增大的问题,减少电能的损耗;导线安装孔的螺纹结构能在导线被压紧时刺破导线表面氧化层,保证良好的电气接触性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电气连接件领域,特别是指一种电力线缆接线装置。
背景技术
目前常见的接线装置多采用压接型铜、铝及铜铝过渡接线装置。不同型号的导线需要配置与之匹配孔径的产品,导致成本增加及灵活性差;只能是铜接线装置与铜导线连接、铝接线装置与铝导线连接,通用性差。铜铝过渡型接线装置时常因焊接质量问题和电化学反应导致焊接部位发生断裂、烧毁,安全性差;另外压接型接线装置安装时需要专用压缩设备,尤其是与大截面积导线连接时需要重型压缩设备,在施工现场安装极为不便,而且通过压缩设备安装时,人为因素造成的压缩力差异导致安装可靠性不稳定,容易出现导线未压紧或接线装置被损坏的情况。
发明内容
本发明提出一种电力线缆接线装置,能够在连接安装一定范围内不同型号的导线,且能使铜铝线之间有效转化。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种电力线缆接线装置,包括一个高强度铝合金材质制成的圆筒形的套管,套管两端为供金属线缆接入的安装孔,套管的安装孔内设有内螺纹,所述套管外圆表面开有至少三个与安装孔连通的螺纹孔,螺纹孔均垂直于导线安装孔的轴心线且相邻两个互成一夹角并交错排布,每个螺纹孔均有一与其匹配的螺栓;所述安装孔内还设有与其匹配的塞片,且每个塞片长度为套管的一半,所述塞片纵截面为扇弧形,塞片内表面沿轴向均匀排布有齿形通槽;所述安装孔的截面积为300~500mm2
作为优选,所述安装孔的端口处均开有一个凹槽,该凹槽位于远离螺纹孔的内侧面上,且塞片的外弧面靠近端部位置设有一与凹槽匹配的凸台。
作为优选,所述螺栓为定力矩螺栓,其上部侧壁上开有一条环形槽。
作为优选,所述接线装置的套管、塞片和定力矩螺栓均为高强度铝合金材质,并且表面均采用镀锡处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:应用范围广,能适应于截面积从300~500mm2范围内导线的连接。既适用于铝材质导线也适用于铜材质导线,能有效解决铜铝过渡连接时电化学作用下电阻增大的问题,减少电能的损耗;导线安装孔的螺纹结构能在导线被压紧时刺破导线表面氧化层,保证良好的电气接触性能;独特结构的定力矩螺栓,保证了在恒定的接触压力下导线与接线装置良好的电气接性能,而且只需用常规的套筒扳手安装即可,不需要专用压缩设备;本发明结构简单、安装方便、生产成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:参见图1和图2,一种电力线缆接线装置,包括一个高强度铝合金材质制成的圆筒形的套管1,套管1两端为供金属线缆接入的安装孔2,套管1的安装孔2内设有内螺纹,所述套管1外圆表面开有至少三个与安装孔2连通的螺纹孔3,螺纹孔3均垂直于导线安装孔2的轴心线且相邻两个互成一夹角并交错排布,每个螺纹孔3均有一与其匹配的螺栓;所述安装孔2内还设有与其匹配的塞片6,且每个塞片6长度为套管1的一半,所述塞片6纵截面为扇弧形,塞片6内表面沿轴向均匀排布有齿形通槽;所述安装孔2的截面积为300~500mm2
作为优选,所述安装孔2的端口处均开有一个凹槽5,该凹槽5位于远离螺纹孔3的内侧面上,且塞片6的外弧面靠近端部位置设有一与凹槽5匹配的凸台7。
作为优选,所述螺栓为定力矩螺栓4,其上部侧壁上开有一条环形槽。
作为优选,所述接线装置的套管1、塞片6和定力矩螺栓4均为高强度铝合金材质,并且表面均采用镀锡处理。
使用过程中,将塞片6放入套管1的安装孔2内,让塞片6上的凸台7与套管1端口位置的凹槽5配合,从而有效防止塞片6在套管1内横向和纵向移动;将两根导线裸露的末端分别塞入套管1两端的塞片6上方,再将定力矩螺栓4分别旋入对应的螺纹孔3内,多个定力矩螺栓4互成一定夹角并交错排列,分别从不同角度对导线进行抵触压紧,定力矩螺栓4和塞片6多道力作用于导线,从而使导线在套管1的安装孔2内更加稳固。
定力矩螺栓4上开有一条较深的环形槽,当扭动定力矩螺栓4的力矩达到规定大小时,定力矩螺栓4将沿环形槽处断裂,从而将导线端锁部死在套管1内;独特结构的定力矩螺栓4,保证了在恒定的接触压力下导线与接线装置良好的电气接性能,而且只需用常规的套筒扳手安装即可,不需要专用压缩设备。
导线安装孔2的内螺纹与塞片6的齿形通槽结构能够让导线在被压紧时刺破导线表面氧化层,保证良好的电气接触性能。
本发明应用范围广,能适应于截面积从300~500mm2范围内导线的连接。既适用于铝材质导线也适用于铜材质导线,能有效解决铜铝过渡连接时电化学作用下电阻增大的问题,减少电能的损耗;导线安装孔2的螺纹结构能在导线被压紧时刺破导线表面氧化层,保证良好的电气接触性能;独特结构的定力矩螺栓4,保证了在恒定的接触压力下导线与接线装置良好的电气接性能,而且只需用常规的套筒扳手安装即可,不需要专用压缩设备;本发明结构简单、安装方便、生产成本较低。

Claims (4)

1.一种电力线缆接线装置,其特征在于:包括一个高强度铝合金材质制成的圆筒形的套管(1),套管(1)两端为供金属线缆接入的安装孔(2),套管(1)的安装孔(2)内设有内螺纹,所述套管(1)外圆表面开有至少三个与安装孔(2)连通的螺纹孔(3),螺纹孔(3)均垂直于导线安装孔(2)的轴心线且相邻两个互成一夹角并交错排布,每个螺纹孔(3)均有一与其匹配的螺栓;所述安装孔(2)内还设有与其匹配的塞片(6),且每个塞片(6)长度为套管(1)的一半,所述塞片(6)纵截面为扇弧形,塞片(6)内表面沿轴向均匀排布有齿形通槽;所述安装孔(2)的截面积为300~500mm2
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力线缆接线装置,其特征在于:所述安装孔(2)的端口处均开有一个凹槽(5),该凹槽(5)位于远离螺纹孔(3)的内侧面上,且塞片(6)的外弧面靠近端部位置设有一与凹槽(5)匹配的凸台(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电力线缆接线装置,其特征在于:所述螺栓为定力矩螺栓(4),其上部侧壁上开有一条环形槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电力线缆接线装置,其特征在于:所述接线装置的套管(1)、塞片(6)和定力矩螺栓(4)均为高强度铝合金材质,并且表面均采用镀锡处理。
