坯身加厚式塑料瓶坯,包括瓶口和坯身,瓶口与坯身之间制有连接段,在瓶口外壁制有插接凸环和挡环,坯身底部制有坯底,其特征在于:所述的坯身外壁制有2—8条加厚层,所述加厚层横向截面的中部厚,两侧逐渐变薄,呈弧形向外凸出,加厚层纵向截面的上部厚,下部逐渐变薄。在对瓶坯进行吹塑时,将加厚层与模具内腔的转角处相对应,这样在对饮水桶吹塑成型后,虽然转角处需要拉伸的更长(瓶坯中心到桶壁的拉伸比为1:3.8,瓶坯中心到转角的拉伸比为1:5.5),但加厚层对转角提供足够的壁厚,使拉伸成型的饮水桶桶壁厚薄均匀,从而提高饮水桶转角的厚度和结构强度,提高成品率,保证饮水桶的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料瓶坯,特别是涉及吹饮水桶用的坯身加厚式塑料瓶坯。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,在公司、医院、餐厅等公共场所,以及在家庭中都广泛应用饮水机,已有饮水机上的饮水桶一般制成圆筒形,其外形单一,因此越来越多的企业为了吸引消费者的眼球,把更多的精力投入到饮水桶的外形设计中,有制成方形或者六边形或者八边形等等,但将饮水桶制成方形或者六边形或者八边形,由于多边形桶的转角到饮水桶中心的距离较远,而桶壁到饮水桶中心的距离较近,因此桶角所拉伸的程度更大,若塑料瓶坯仍然采用圆筒形坯身,则会导致吹塑成型的饮水桶转角处的桶壁较薄,使整个饮水桶壁厚薄不均匀,从而影响多边形饮水桶转角处的结构强度和使用寿命,而且转角处桶壁薄容易使瓶子吹破,成品率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种提高吹塑成型后的多边形饮水桶转角处结构强度,保证饮水桶使用寿命的坯身加厚式塑料瓶坯。
本发明坯身加厚式塑料瓶坯的技术方案是:包括瓶口和坯身,瓶口与坯身之间制有连接段,在瓶口外壁制有插接凸环和挡环,坯身底部制有坯底,其特征在于:所述的坯身外壁制有2—8条加厚层,所述加厚层横向截面的中部厚,两侧逐渐变薄,呈弧形向外凸出,加厚层纵向截面的上部厚,下部逐渐变薄。
本发明公开了一种坯身加厚式塑料瓶坯,主要特征是在瓶坯的坯身外壁制有加厚层,其横向截面的中部厚为0.2—0.5mm,两侧逐渐变薄与坯身圆弧过渡连接,其纵向截面的上部厚为0.2—0.5mm,下部逐渐变薄与坯底圆弧过渡连接,在对瓶坯进行吹塑时,将加厚层与模具内腔的转角处相对应,这样在对饮水桶吹塑成型后,虽然转角处需要拉伸的更长(瓶坯中心到桶壁的拉伸比为1:3.8,瓶坯中心到转角的拉伸比为1:5.5),但加厚层对转角提供足够的壁厚,使拉伸成型的饮水桶桶壁厚薄均匀,从而提高饮水桶转角的厚度和结构强度,提高成品率,保证饮水桶的使用寿命。
本发明坯身加厚式塑料瓶坯,所述的挡环上制有2—8条定位直边,定位直边与加厚层相对应。定位直边与吹塑模具配合,使塑料瓶坯放在模具中时,坯身上的加厚层能与模具内腔的转角相对应,从而保证吹塑成型的饮水桶转角的厚度和结构强度。所述的坯身外壁制有2条加厚层。所述的坯身外壁制有3条加厚层。所述的坯身外壁制有4条加厚层。若要将饮水桶截面制成椭圆形,可在坯身外壁制有2条加厚层,要将饮水桶截面制成三角形,可在坯身外壁制有3条加厚层,要将饮水桶截面制成方形,可在坯身外壁制有4条加厚层,以此类推。
