本发明涉及一种改良的塑料薄膜用增韧填料。
背景技术
塑料包装及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的份额越来越大,特别是复合塑料软包装,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。对于塑料薄膜表面自由能要高、湿张力要大,韧性强,抗撕裂的性能较好。但是现有的塑料填料对于韧性的增强并不能够很好的满足使用需求,造成了塑料薄膜易撕裂的现象。因此,对于塑料薄膜需要增强填料提高塑料薄膜的性能。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种改良的塑料薄膜用增韧填料,增强了塑料薄膜的强度、耐热性,尤其韧性得到很好的提高,改善了塑料薄膜的力学性能。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种改良的塑料薄膜用增韧填料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
PVC颗粒料16-25份,复合稳定剂4-6份,发泡助剂3-7份,小苏打1-4份,聚氯乙烯23-35份,碳酸钙15-18份,轻质氧化镁20-24份,高岭土4-8份,K12发泡剂3-4份,脱模剂1.6-2.0份,硬脂酸钙1.2-2.3份,甘油2.4-3.2份,聚乙烯蜡3-5份,盐酸4-6份,石墨2-4份,陶瓷纤维3-5份。
