Abstract

本发明涉及一种振动筛，尤其是刮环型振动筛。该振动筛包括筛箱、支架、振动电机、进料口、出料口和筛体，筛箱上端设有进料口，下端设有支架和出料口，筛箱内设有筛体，侧段设有振动电机，筛体套设在刮环内，刮环内设有毛体，刮环侧端设有拉杆，拉杆穿设与筛箱侧端，该振动筛能够在不取出筛体的情况下进行清理，节约了成本，提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种振动筛，尤其是刮环型振动筛。
背景技术
塑料颗粒生产过程中表面往往带有较多粉末，粉末的去除一般通过振动筛来实现，但现有的振动筛内的筛体经常需要清理，否则容易堵塞。但如果需要清理，必须把筛体取出，费时费力。
发明内容
为了克服现有的振动筛的筛体清理费力的不足，本发明提供了刮环型振动筛。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：刮环型振动筛，包括筛箱、支架、振动电机、进料口、出料口和筛体，筛箱上端设有进料口，下端设有支架和出料口，筛箱内设有筛体，侧段设有振动电机，筛体套设在刮环内，刮环内设有毛体，刮环侧端设有拉杆，拉杆穿设与筛箱侧端。
本发明的有益效果是，该振动筛能够在不取出筛体的情况下进行清理，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，刮环型振动筛，包括筛箱1、支架2、振动电机3、进料口4、出料口5和筛体6，筛箱1上端设有进料口4，下端设有支架2和出料口5，筛箱1内设有筛体6，侧段设有振动电机3，筛体6套设在刮环7内，刮环7内设有毛体8，刮环7侧端设有拉杆9，拉杆9穿设与筛箱1侧端。
首先把进料管8***物料之中，让物料通过进料口4进入到筛箱1内，并且铺设在筛体6上。然后启动振动电机3来使得筛体6上的颗粒物进行颤动，从而使得筛体6上的颗粒物振落，并通过筛体6排出筛箱1外。当需要清理筛体6时，只需要在筛箱1侧端拉动拉杆9，这样刮环7上的毛体8就能对筛体进行清理。该振动筛能够在不取出筛体的情况下进行清理，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.刮环型振动筛，包括筛箱（1）、支架（2）、振动电机（3）、进料口（4）、出料口（5）和筛体（6），筛箱（1）上端设有进料口（4），下端设有支架（2）和出料口（5），筛箱（1）内设有筛体（6），侧段设有振动电机（3），其特征是，筛体（6）套设在刮环（7）内，刮环（7）内设有毛体（8），刮环（7）侧端设有拉杆（9），拉杆（9）穿设与筛箱（1）侧端。
