用于热管理模块的控制阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制内燃机的冷却介质循环、优选用于控制热管理模块中的不同的冷却水流的控制阀。控制阀具有阀壳体,在所述阀壳体上设置有用于冷却水的输入接口,所述输入接口根据安装在阀壳体中的阀元件的位置可与排出接口连接。为了充分地密封冷却介质流动路径,控制阀具有密封环和密封元件,所述密封环沿着径向方向进行密封,所述密封元件沿着轴向方向进行密封。
背景技术
根据上述类型的控制阀从文献DE 10 2009 014 047 A1中已知。上述文献涉及一种用于控制内燃机的冷却介质循环的控制阀,所述控制阀具有设置在阀壳体上的用于旁路循环的冷却水的第一输入接口以及至少一个用于冷却循环的冷却水的第二输入接口,所述第一输入接口和所述第二输入接口根据安装在阀壳体中的阀元件的位置可与排出接口连接。根据本发明,为了沿着轴向方向和/或径向方向密封冷却介质流动路径,设置至少一个贴靠在阀元件上的可承受动态负荷的密封元件,所述密封元件至少部分地由PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)构成或者以PTFE覆层,并且为了保证在阀元件上的密封的贴靠通过压力弹簧的压力来加载所述密封元件。PTFE(商品名称特氟龙(Teflon))以其良好的摩擦特性是已知的,然而在高温时特氟龙失去其形状稳定性。由于这个原因提出:使用套筒形的支撑元件,所述支撑元件推入到在径向上和在轴向上进行密封的密封元件的内部。在此支撑元件优选由金属制造。
发明内容
本发明基于如下目的:提供一种控制阀,所述控制阀可成本适宜地制造,然而在高负荷应用时可靠地工作。
所述目的根据本发明通过如下方式来实现:密封环和密封元件在轴向上彼此间隔并且经由多件式的支撑元件来定位。在此一个特殊的优点在于:支撑元件能够由与密封件本身不同的材料来制造。由此以便在高温影响的情况下补偿密封材料的可能的损耗。
在本发明的具体形式中提出:多件式的支撑元件具有载体元件和弹簧支撑元件。载体元件一方面将这两个构件即密封环和密封元件彼此连接,另一方面载体元件构造为,使得其实现在阀元件上的密封元件和对弹簧支撑元件起作用的弹簧之间的力流。
在优选的设计方案中,载体元件和弹簧支撑元件由不同的材料制造。密封件大多由PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)制造。PTFE是由氟和碳构成的不分枝的、直链结构的部分结晶的聚合物。日常会话中该塑料通常以商品名称被称为特氟龙。其特征在于非常低的摩擦系数。所述材料在非常高的温度影响下也保持良好的摩擦特性。然而PTFE在高温时失去其形状稳定性。PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)是具有相对平衡的机械性能的高结晶的、热塑性氟塑料。相对于PTFE,PVDF即使在高温影响下也提供明显更好的刚性和抗压强度。然而相对于PTFE,PVDF不具有良好的摩擦特性。密封件(密封环、密封元件)以及弹簧支撑元件上的弹簧接触面由于其动态负荷需要良好的摩擦特性。由此在此处使用材料PTFE是有意义的。然而因为控制阀由于被加热的穿流的冷却水也经受高的温度影响,所以所述控制阀需要如下构件,所述构件即使在这种温度影响下也保持形状稳定。由于这种原因,支撑元件多件式地构成,使得不具有承受动态负荷的接触面的部分由形状稳定的材料如PVDF制造。载体元件作为支撑元件的一部分由PVDF制造从而能够支撑和定位密封元件、密封环和弹簧支撑元件,使得即使在高温影响下也确保控制阀的完整的性能。出于该原因提出:制造具有多件式的由不同的材料制成的支撑元件的控制阀,其中所述材料此外应通过摩擦特性和形状稳定性彼此区别和补充。
此外,本发明提出:载体元件具有轴向的台阶部,由此密封元件和弹簧支撑元件能够至少形状配合地接合到载体元件中。这些台阶部尤其能以塑料材料简单地制造。具有预安装的单元的模块式***同样是可以考虑的。因此由PVDF制造的载体元件能够与由PTFE制造的密封元件形状配合地、力配合地或者材料配合地连接。具有由金属或者优选由PTFE构成的弹簧支撑元件和与其形状配合地、力配合地或者材料配合地连接的密封环的预安装的单元同样是可以考虑的。例如可能的是,将密封件喷射到相应的支撑元件(弹簧支撑元件、载体元件)上。于是这两个构件仅须配合到阀壳体的输入接口中并且借助于压力弹簧抵靠阀元件预紧。通过这种方法途径能够缩短安装时间并且避免因减少零件而引起的安装错误。之前所提到的原因针对有功能的控制阀,所述控制阀可以减少成本的方式制造。
可选地,控制阀能够使用在热管理模块中,因为在那里阀或者阀密封件经受高的温度波动。

图1在横截面中示出控制阀1。控制阀1具有阀壳体2,在阀壳体上设置有用于冷却水的输入接口3,所述输入接口根据安装在阀壳体2中的阀元件12的位置可与排出接口4连接。为了充分地密封冷却介质流动路径,控制阀1具有密封环5和密封元件6,所述密封环沿着径向方向密封,所述密封元件沿着轴向方向密封。
密封元件6借助于其构成为密封面13的端面贴靠在阀元件12的外环周面上,所述端面匹配于阀元件12的外轮廓。以这种方式得到最小的密封间隙。该密封间隙通过如下方式进一步减小:通过弹簧10的压力沿着轴向方向间接地加载密封元件6。弹簧10确保了所需要的按压压力,以便不仅在超压范围中而且在负压范围中确保足够的密封。由此能够禁止或者至少减少冷却水泄漏流。密封元件6在该实施例中由PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)构成,所述PTFE的低的摩擦系数在密封元件6承受动态负荷的情况下引起贴靠在阀元件12上的密封面13的减小的磨损。在此动态负荷能够通过阀元件12的线性运动和/或旋转运动引起。为了相对于阀壳体2进行密封,在密封元件6的背离阀元件12的端侧上设置有相反置的密封环5。密封环5沿着轴向方向与密封元件6间隔并且具有沿着径向方向突出的密封唇14,所述密封唇在预紧的条件下贴靠在阀壳体2上。
在该实施例中该密封环5也由PTFE制造,所述PTFE具有低的摩擦系数。也可以考虑其它的具有低的摩擦系数的密封材料以便减少磨损。然而因为PTFE在如在以冷却介质穿流的控制阀1中所出现的高温中是形状不稳定的,所以必要的是,通过辅助机构来支撑和放置密封元件6和密封环5。根据本发明,为此使用多件式的支撑元件7、8。支撑元件7、8在该实施例中是两件式的并且由弹簧支撑元件8和载体元件7构成。根据本发明,弹簧支撑元件8和载体元件7由不同材料构成,以便一方面实现成本适宜的制造并且另一方面确保在高温时的要求,例如形状稳定性。因此例如能够确保在高温时的形状稳定性。因此弹簧支撑元件8例如能够由金属制造然而载体元件7例如能够由成本适宜的PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)制造,所述PVDF虽然在高温时不具有良好的摩擦特性,然而对此在高温时是形状稳定的。因此更昂贵的材料例如金属的量部分地通过更成本适宜者如PVDF来代替。由此满足如下目的:在保持相同特性的情况下制造在生产中更成本适宜的控制阀。
柱形的弹簧支撑元件8沿着轴向方向超出于密封环5并且此外具有径向向外弯曲的边缘11,弹簧10从上方支撑在所述边缘上。在此既不使用金属也不使用PVDF能够被证实是有利的,所述PVDF虽然在高温时是形状稳定的但是具有差的摩擦特性。金属的弹簧端部会埋入材料中并且引起所不期望的切屑碎落。由此根据本发明提出:对于弹簧支撑元件8而言由于PTFE的良好的摩擦特性而使用PTFE。为了在高温时控制阀1能够按照规定地起作用,由形状稳定的PVDF制造的载体元件7具有根据本发明的结构。载体元件7具有两个台阶部9a、9b。密封元件6借助于相对应的轮廓形状配合地接合到台阶部9b中,所述台阶部9b被引入到载体元件7的外部的环周面16中。弹簧支撑元件8支撑在拉长的台阶部9a的内部,所述拉长的台阶部被引入在载体元件7的内部的环周面15中。在此,弹簧支撑元件8的外部的环周面的部分区段贴靠在载体元件7的内环周面15上从而径向被支撑。与弹簧支撑元件8的边缘11相反置的端部在轴向上支撑在载体元件7的台阶部9a上。经由这种形状配合,弹簧10的压力经由弹簧支撑元件8的边缘11传递到载体元件7上并且最终传递到密封元件6上,所述密封元件因此密封性地贴靠在阀元件12上。由密封件5、6和支撑元件7、8得到紧凑的构造方式,在所述密封件和支撑元件中使用如下材料(PVDF和PTFE),所述材料在高温影响中在其特性方面能够相互补充并且此外能够成本适宜地制造。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于控制内燃机的冷却介质循环的控制阀(1),所述控制阀具有设置在阀壳体(2)上的用于冷却水的输入接口(3),所述输入接口根据安装在所述阀壳体(2)中的阀元件(12)的位置能够与排出接口(4)连接,其中为了密封冷却介质流动路径设有密封环(5)和密封元件(6),所述密封环(5)沿着径向方向进行密封,所述密封元件(6)沿着轴向方向进行密封,
其特征在于,密封环(5)和密封元件(6)在轴向上彼此间隔并且经由多件式的支撑元件(7,8)定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制阀(1),其特征在于,多件式的所述支撑元件(7,8)具有载体元件(7)和弹簧支撑元件(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控制阀(1),其特征在于,所述载体元件(7)和所述弹簧支撑元件(8)由不同的材料制造。
4.根据权利要求3所述的控制阀(1),其特征在于,所述材料在其摩擦特性和其形状稳定性方面是不同的。
5.根据权利要求3所述的控制阀(1),其特征在于,所述材料中的一种是PTFE并且所述材料中的另一种是PVDF。
6.根据权利要求1所述的控制阀(1),其特征在于,所述载体元件(7)具有轴向的台阶部(9a,9b),由此所述密封元件(6)和所述载体元件(8)能够形状配合地接合到其中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的控制阀(1),其特征在于,所述控制阀(1)使用在热管理模块中。
