一种离心风机壳,包括上蜗壳、活动蜗壳、下蜗壳、端盖,上蜗壳、活动蜗壳、下蜗壳三部分组成蜗壳,蜗壳的左、右两端的端盖与上蜗壳和下蜗壳固定在一起,可以自由开闭的活动蜗壳位于上蜗壳和下蜗壳之间,所述的活动蜗壳打开可以泻出多余风量,用于调节出风口风量。

本发明属于农业机械技术领域,是一种用于稻麦联合收割机的离心风机壳。
背景技术
现有稻麦联合收割机用于清选的离心风机都是通过改变进风口的大小来调节进风量,从而调节出风口风力的强弱。当需要出风口出风量小的时候,是以调小进风口的方式来减少进风量,因为风机较长,易形成出风口的中间风力小、两侧风力大的风力不均匀现象,影响清选效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种离心风机壳,在不改变进风量的情况下,将过多的风量从风机壳的一侧泻出的方式,来调节出风口的风量。用这种方式调小风量,出风口的风力仍能保持均匀,获得很好的清选效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种离心风机壳,包括上蜗壳、活动蜗壳、下蜗壳、端盖;上蜗壳、下蜗壳与端盖固定在一起,上蜗壳和下蜗壳之间是活动蜗壳,活动蜗壳可以打开或关闭。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:当需要调节风力的时候,可以把活动蜗壳打开,让多余的风量泻出,使风机出风口能获得所需要的风力,且调节后出风口风力均匀。

如图所示,本发明的一种离心风机壳,包括上蜗壳(1)、活动蜗壳(2)、下蜗壳(3)、端盖(4),上蜗壳(1)、活动蜗壳(2)、下蜗壳(3)三部分组成蜗壳,蜗壳的左、右两端的端盖(4)与上蜗壳(1)和下蜗壳(3)固定在一起,可以自由开闭的活动蜗壳(2)位于上蜗壳(1)和下蜗壳(3)之间,所述的活动蜗壳(2)打开可以泻出多余风量,用于调节出风口风量。
