Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可与洗衣机桶共模制的管状套管。
背景技术
已知的可与洗衣机桶共模制管状套管适于由该洗衣机的驱动轴接合,以通过驱动轴将旋转滚筒支承在桶内。已知的管状套管包括两个滚动轴承以允许驱动轴旋转,以及容纳套筒(containing sleeve),其由塑料制成,通过绕着这两个轴承共模制并且通过管状套管限定在所述管状套管两侧开放的轴向连通管道。
这种已知的管状套管适于与洗衣机桶共模制,以简化所述洗衣机的生产过程。特别地,套管容纳套筒与洗衣机桶一起共模制,从而与所述桶实现成一件,允许在加工时间、处理时间和部件数量方面的显著节省。
在桶与管状套管的共模制过程中,后者在竖直位置位于模具内,轴向连通管道通过合适的挡板至少在上侧封闭,换句话说,在相对于将由洗衣机的驱动轴接合的侧的相对侧。所述挡板位于所述模具内,但既不能确保管道密封,也不能使共模制过程变得更加容易。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于实现一种可与洗衣机桶共模制的管状套管,所述管状套管允许简化模具以与洗衣机桶共模制,既保证共模制过程中套管轴承的完整保护又改进共模制的材料流量,而不需要更昂贵的生产成本。
根据本发明,实现了一种可与洗衣机桶共模制的管状套管,所述管状套管具有如在所附独立权利要求中所述的特征。

具体实施方式
参照图1和2,可与洗衣机桶(已知且未示出)共模制的整体管状套管10示出在这些附图中,以围绕旋转的中心轴线X以可旋转的方式支承所述洗衣机的滚筒(已知且未示出)的驱动轴15(示出为虚线)。
管状套管10沿着轴线X,在靠近所提到的桶的侧面13即所谓的“湿润”侧与靠近洗衣机外面的侧面14即所谓的“干燥”侧之间延伸,并且包括:
-两个滚动轴承20(仅示出其中之一),其沿着轴线X定位且由驱动轴15接合,以允许驱动轴15相对于所提到的桶旋转;以及
-间隔件40,其轴向地介于这两个轴承20之间,限定管状套管10的结构刚性元件。
位于干燥侧面14上的轴承20包括可旋转的内圈21(其由驱动轴15接合)、固定外圈22以及介于所述圈21与22之间的多个滚动体23。圈21和22、滚动体23和驱动轴15由金属材料(导电性能无论如何的材料)制成。
此外,管状套管10包括容纳套筒50,其由塑料材料制成,绕着这两个轴承20和间隔件40共模制并且限定位于干燥侧上的用于容纳轴承20的外圈22的座51。容纳套筒50包括相对于座51沿轴向向外突出的环形边缘52,并且还连同两个轴承20的内圈21一起限定轴向连通管道53,其连接管状套管10的两侧13和14,并且具有由所述环形边缘52限定的其自己的入口54。
为了避免塑料材料通过入口54进入管道53内,以及为了在容纳套筒50共模制过程中保护两个轴承20的完整性,所述管状套管还包括一次性的封闭装置,例如一次性盖60,其接合在环形边缘52中,用于在将管状套管与所述桶的共模制过程中封闭轴向连通管道53,并且优选由塑料材料制成。
盖60包括组装在环形边缘52上的筒状体61以将所述盖60保持在固定位置和稳定地固定至主体61的成形的端壁62,以便完全关闭入口54。筒状体61设置有***在环形边缘52内的筒状边缘63和从边缘63沿径向朝外延伸的环形突出部64,稳定地固定至所述边缘63并且在轴向上位于靠近环形边缘52,以相对于容纳套筒50沿轴向锁定盖60。突出部64由锥形表面65在外部限定,该锥形表面朝向轴线X和干燥侧14呈锥形,并且与锥形表面55共面,在外部限定环形边缘52。
成形的端壁62包括环形平面部分66,其连接至锥形表面65和拱顶状输送部67,该拱顶状输送部包括球形中央壁68、外部凸起、以及连接壁68和壁63的侧壁69。在管状套管与所述桶的共模制过程中,拱顶状部67允许输送并更好地分配注射材料在模具内,朝向盖60的径向周边,换言之朝向容纳套筒50的周边。此外,具有锥形形状的表面65和55有助于改善这种分配,从而改善注射材料流向容纳套筒50的周边。
如图2所示,一次性盖60还包括沿着筒状体61在内部形成的弱化槽70,以便一旦已经进行了共模制就除去盖60。事实上,一旦共模制已经完成,盖60就不再需要,因此必须除去:槽70允许快速除去,因为其沿着筒状体61限定了薄的部分。以非常简单的方式,可以通过施加冲击力抵靠着所述盖60的侧面从而促使沿着槽70明确地分离来进行盖60的除去。拆下的盖60和已经粘附至所述盖60的注射材料的部分可以很容易地被回收和再使用,用于实现进一步的盖60,从而提高环境的可持续性。

Claims (4)

1.可与洗衣机桶共模制的管状套管(10),所述管状套管(10)具有中心轴线(X)并且包括:
-两个滚动轴承(20),其沿着所述轴线(X)布置成彼此相距给定的距离,以便可旋转地支承洗衣机的驱动轴(15);
-容纳套筒(50),其布置围绕两个轴承(20),并且设置有相对于所述两个轴承中的一个轴承(20)突出的环形边缘(52);
所述管状套管(10)的特征在于,所述容纳套筒(50)连同所述两个轴承(20)一起限定轴向连通管道(53)于所述管状套管(10)的两个侧面(13、14)之间,管道(53)的入口(54)由所述环形边缘(52)限定;并且还在于,其包括一次性封闭装置(60),该一次性封闭装置接合在环形边缘(52)中,以便在将管状套管(10)与洗衣机桶一起共模制过程中关闭轴向管道(53)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管状套管,其特征在于,所述封闭装置(60)由塑料制成,并且包括接合在环形边缘(52)中的筒状体(61)和与筒状体(61)成为一体的成形的端壁(62)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管状套管,其特征在于,所述封闭装置(60)优选地设置有沿筒状体(61)在内部形成的弱化槽(70),以便一旦已经进行了共模制就除去封闭装置(60)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的管状套管,其特征在于,所述成形的端壁(62)具有拱顶状输送部(67),用于分配共模制的材料。
