藤条、柳条、竹条、各类秸秆等天然编制材料制作的工艺品具有极高的观赏和实用价值,产品远销国内外,极受消费者喜爱,市场潜力巨大。由于它们的生物特质,存在易燃、易裂、易虫蛀腐烂等缺点,在实际使用过程中需要进行一系列的改性处理,以改善其力学性能和理化性质,使其更易加工和运输储存,提高观赏价值和实用性能,常用的处理手段是采用改性液对材料浸泡处理,因此,改性液的配制尤为重要,理想的改性液需要具备环保无毒、改性效果持久、不影响美观等特点。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种含纳米银的竹条改性用长效浸泡液及其使用方法,以改善竹条的使用性能,增进实用价值,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含纳米银的竹条改性用长效浸泡液及其使用方法,其特征在于,该浸泡液由以下重量份的原料制成:四硼酸钾7-8、微细二氧化硅气凝胶4-5、60%乙醇溶液12-15、紫甘蓝6-8、氯化钠15-18、芳樟醇1-2、钠米银0.01-0.02、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、水250-280、助剂4-5;
助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:二氢月桂烯醇2-3、乌饭子3-4、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠1-3、氯化钠10-12、槲皮素1-2、吐温80 1-2,其制备方法为:先将乌饭子放入10倍其重量份的水中,煎煮1-1.5h,过滤,所得滤液冷却至50-60℃时,加入氯化钠、吐温80、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠,搅拌至混合物料完全溶解后,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌溶解分散1-2h,即得助剂。
所述的一种含纳米银的竹条改性用长效浸泡液及其使用方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将紫甘蓝洗净粉碎后投入60%乙醇溶液中,研磨40-50min,过滤,所得的滤液备用;
(2)将水加热至50-60℃,加入四硼酸钾、氯化钠、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至物料完全溶解后,再加入步骤(1)所得滤液及其它剩余物料,搅拌混合分散1.5-2h,即得浸泡液。
所述的一种含纳米银的竹条改性用长效浸泡液及其使用方法,其使用方法为:将预处理后的竹条完全没入上述浸泡液中,在50-60℃条件下保温密闭浸泡28-34h,取出清水洗净自然晾干或烘干即可。
本发明的浸泡液优点在于:其采用的原料均为环保成分,不含挥发性毒性有机物成分,不污染使用环境,原料中的四硼酸钾、氯化钠等成分能够有效软化竹条,促进浸泡液的渗透,微细二氧化硅气溶胶能够有效的增强纤维质,纳米银具有优良的抗菌能力,紫甘蓝提供了天然的色素,避免有机染料的使用,本发明浸泡液改性后的竹条芳香阻燃,杀菌防腐,色泽独特持久,其力学强度增加,加工过程中不易折断,产品更为经久耐用,美观又实用。

本实施例的浸泡液由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制得:四硼酸钾8、微细二氧化硅气凝胶4、60%乙醇溶液15、紫甘蓝8、氯化钠18、芳樟醇2、钠米银0.01、十二烷基硫酸钠2、水280、助剂5;助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:二氢月桂烯醇2、乌饭子4、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠3、氯化钠12、槲皮素1、吐温80 2,其制备方法为:先将乌饭子放入10倍其重量份的水中,煎煮1.5h,过滤,所得滤液冷却至50-60℃时,加入氯化钠、吐温80、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠,搅拌至混合物料完全溶解后,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌溶解分散2h,即得助剂。
本实施例的浸泡液制备方法为:
(1)先将紫甘蓝洗净粉碎后投入60%乙醇溶液中,研磨50min,过滤,所得的滤液备用;
(2)将水加热至50-60℃,加入四硼酸钾、氯化钠、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至物料完全溶解后,再加入步骤(1)所得滤液及其它剩余物料,搅拌混合分散2h,即得浸泡液。
将预处理后的竹条完全没入上述浸泡液中,加热至50-60℃,保温密闭浸泡32h,取出清水洗净自然晾干或烘干,再进行后续工序。在后续编织过程中,本实施例浸泡液处理后的竹条抗冲击强度较传统方法处理的材料增加19.2%,弯曲强度提高28.9%,燃烧试验表明,改性后的竹条热释放速率降低62.5%,总放热率降低60.6%,产品放置2年以上无变色、腐蛀、裂纹等问题。

1.一种含纳米银的竹条改性用长效浸泡液及其使用方法,其特征在于,该浸泡液由以下重量份的原料制成:四硼酸钾7-8、微细二氧化硅气凝胶4-5、60%乙醇溶液12-15、紫甘蓝6-8、氯化钠15-18、芳樟醇1-2、钠米银0.01-0.02、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、水250-280、助剂4-5;
助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:二氢月桂烯醇2-3、乌饭子3-4、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠1-3、氯化钠10-12、槲皮素1-2、吐温80 1-2,其制备方法为:先将乌饭子放入10倍其重量份的水中,煎煮1-1.5h,过滤,所得滤液冷却至50-60℃时,加入氯化钠、吐温80、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠,搅拌至混合物料完全溶解后,再加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌溶解分散1-2h,即得助剂。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银的竹条改性用长效浸泡液及其使用方法,其使用方法为:将预处理后的竹条完全没入上述浸泡液中,在50-60℃条件下保温密闭浸泡28-34h,取出清水洗净自然晾干或烘干即可。
