Abstract
本发明涉及到一种应用甲壳质类纤维制成具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤,包括抗菌保健层、内层、填料层、外层、防侧漏松紧层以及胶贴,其中,抗菌层采用甲壳质纤维面料或无纺布在内层的上面贴近肌肤,填料层在内层与外层之间,防渗漏松紧层在抗菌层外侧,各层之间采用胶粘连接;外层上部两端有胶贴,下部有可粘结胶贴的平膜;填料层采用高吸水树脂;内层、外层、抗菌层、松紧层均采用长方形,这种纸尿裤有消毒灭菌、滋养肌肤、防治皮肤疾病的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于生活用品领域,具体涉及到一种具有抗菌功能的纸尿裤,特别是一种关于应用甲壳质类纤维制成的纸尿裤。
背景技术
目前市场上纸尿裤品种较多,一般分两类,即普通型纸尿裤和有抗菌功能的纸尿裤。普通型纸尿裤,潮湿时适宜细菌滋生繁衍,易引起***细菌感染,导致皮肤红胀、瘙痒等症状。有抗菌功能的纸尿裤一般采用含银纺织物或者添加抗菌剂,能有效抑制细菌生长,减少疾病发生。
本发明采用的甲壳质纤维具有很高的抗菌性,对多种细菌和病毒的生长都有明显的抑制作用。经过检验,甲壳质纤维含量超过2%的棉织物和涤棉混纺织物均具有明显的抗菌效果。以甲壳质类纤维中的壳聚糖纤维为例,壳聚糖纤维含量4%的棉织物和涤棉混纺织物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的平均抑菌率都大于99%,对白色念珠球菌的平均抑菌率大于79%。此外甲壳质纤维吸水能力很強,是纤维素的两倍以上,而且还具有滋润皮肤、止痒、祛除异味等特殊功效,是极好的医疗保健用品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有杀菌消毒、滋润皮肤、止痒、祛除异味、防治红臀等多项功能的纸尿裤。
本发明的纸尿裤:包括抗菌保健层、内层、填料层、外层、防侧漏松紧层以及胶贴,其中,抗菌层在内层的上面贴近肌肤,填料层在内层与外层之间,防渗漏松紧层在抗菌层外侧,各层之间采用胶粘连接;外层上部两端有胶贴,下部有可粘结胶贴的平膜;抗菌层采用甲壳质类纤维无纺布;填料层采用高吸水树脂;内层、外层、抗菌层、松紧层均采用长方形。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、优良的抗菌、灭菌、杀灭螨虫、消毒功能;
2、优异的抗霉变功能,不产生异味;
3、优异的吸附能力,高效吸附婴儿身边甲醛、苯等有害气体,去除异味;
4、滋养皮肤,提高表皮细胞活性;
5、预防及治疗红臀及***瘙痒疗效明显;
6、结构简单,易于加工;
7、纯生物制品,绿色环保,产品可降解、不造成其它污染。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如附图所示,抗菌层用甲壳质类纤维中工艺比较成熟的纯壳聚糖纤维无纺布做抗菌层,内层、外层、松紧层均采用常规无纺布,填料层采用高吸水树脂。抗菌层在内层的上面贴近肌肤,填料层在内层与外层之间,防渗漏松紧层在抗菌层外侧,各层之间采用胶粘连接;外层上部两端有胶贴,下部有可粘结胶贴的树脂平膜。
经国家纺织制品质量监督检验中心检验,此产品对金黄色葡萄球菌的平均抑菌率大于99%,对大肠杆菌的平均抑菌率大于84%,对白色念珠球菌的平均抑菌率大于96%。
实施例2
如附图所示,抗菌层采用壳聚糖纤维含量10%、棉纤含量90%的混纺无纺布,内层、外层、松紧层均采用常规无纺布,填料层采用高吸水树脂。抗菌层在内层的上面贴近肌肤,填料层在内层与外层之间,防渗漏松紧层在抗菌层外侧,各层之间采用胶粘连接;外层上部两端有胶贴,下部有可粘结胶贴的树脂平膜。经工厂测试效果良好,各项功能指标与用纯壳聚糖纤维无纺布制品接近。

1.一种抗菌纸尿裤,其特征在于,用甲壳质类纤维作为基本抗菌保健材质制成纸尿裤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳质类抗菌纸尿裤,其特征是,所述的甲壳质类纤维织物可以是机织物、针织物和无纺织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳质类抗菌纸尿裤,其特征是,所述的甲壳质类纤维可以是纯甲壳质类纤维,也可以是由甲壳质类纤维与棉纤或化纤混纺而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳质类抗菌纸尿裤,其特征是,所述的甲壳质类纤维是以甲壳素、甲壳胺、甲壳质衍生物、甲壳胺衍生物制成的纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳质类抗菌纸尿裤,其特征是,所述的甲壳质类纤维与普通纤维的混纺比例是1∶20~1∶1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳质类抗菌纸尿裤,其特征是,所述的甲壳质类纤维纸尿裤可以做成各种尺寸及形状,适用于婴儿、老人及各种年龄的患者。
