背景技术
从DE2008021960A1中已知一种具有外环的法兰自由轮,该外环作为角度法兰带有用于构成用于夹紧体、如夹紧滚子的滚动面的环形法兰并且具有用于固定在壳体或壳体构件上的法兰件。该外环以深拉方法由板材制成。用于例如在用于使机动车中的内燃机起动的起动器自由轮中所使用的外环的所要求的刚度需要至少5毫米的板材厚度。由此,在具有相应的节拍时间(Taktzeiten)的、能够加工这类板材厚度的生产机器方面,生产受到限制。此外,试验证实,在提高要求、尤其是由于传递转矩的提高而提高要求的情况下,在环形法兰的自由端侧的区域中可能出现表面断裂、提高的应力集中系数和提高的切向应力。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是提出一种法兰自由轮,在外环的板材厚度降低的情况下,该法兰自由轮在制造成本降低的情况下至少相对于以较大的板材厚度制成的外环的刚度方面而言满足要求。
该任务通过一种法兰自由轮解决,该法兰自由轮具有构造为角度法兰件的外环,所述外环具有在轴向上取向的、构成一用于夹紧体的滚动面的环形法兰和在径向上取向的、用于固定所述法兰自由轮的法兰区域,其中,在所述环形法兰的自由的端侧上设置有径向向内指向的环凸缘。通过在环形法兰的敞开的法兰端部上加工附加的环凸缘,在外环的负载相同或更高的情况下,将壁厚度降低到5毫米以下、优选降低到大约3.5毫米是可能的,由此,能够节省材料成本并且能够使用更简单的、具有高的节拍率的生产机器。在这里,所述环凸缘在自由承载的环形法兰的端部区域中增强该环形法兰的径向支撑。不言而喻地,在另外的、通常成系列使用的壁厚度的情况下能够实现使壁厚度相应地减小例如30%。
为了将滚动面简单地构造在外环上,可以将用于夹紧体的、真正的滚动面设置在一内置件上,该内置件被置入到环形法兰中并且无相对转动地与该环形法兰连接。但是,优选地,将所述滚动面不用刀具地加工在外环的环形法兰上。

Claims (10)

1.法兰自由轮(1),该法兰自由轮具有一构造为角度法兰件的外环(2),该外环具有一在轴向上取向的、构成一用于夹紧体的滚动面(7)的环形法兰(5)和一在径向上取向的、用于固定所述法兰自由轮(1)的法兰区域(3),其特征在于,在所述环形法兰(5)的自由的端侧(12)上设置有径向向内指向的环凸缘(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的法兰自由轮,其特征在于,在所述环形法兰中无相对转动地安装有一包含所述滚动面的内置件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的法兰自由轮(1),其特征在于,所述夹紧体为在所述外环(2)的或一内环的夹紧斜坡(8)上滚动的夹紧滚子(9)。
