本发明涉及一种浮动合装台，具体的说是用于工件的定位安装，属于合装台技术领域。其包括升降台，升降台上设有水平滑轨，升降支架通过底部的水平滑动块滑动安装在水平滑轨中。升降支架内设有浮动气缸，浮动气缸的活塞杆前端连接浮动推板，浮动推板中部铰接连接升降支架，浮动推板上端铰接设置在升降支架内的浮动支架。浮动支架一侧固定驱动电机支架，驱动电机支架上固定驱动电机，驱动电机通过驱动链条连接驱动轴。浮动支架内两侧设有多个辊轴，驱动轴两端通过传动链条连接辊轴。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，在定位安装过程中，能够准确定位，自动纠偏，避免工装的磨损。

本发明涉及一种浮动合装台，具体的说是用于工件的定位安装，属于合装台技术领域。
背景技术
传统的合装台在工作台面上设置多个滚珠装置，用于工件的定位安装。经过长期使用后，滚珠装置容易被磨损，导致定位不准确。同时，在工件进行定位的过程中，无法进行调节，对于位置不准确的工件无法进行纠偏，容易造成安装出错。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种浮动合装台，在定位安装过程中，能够准确定位，自动纠偏，避免工装的磨损。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，浮动合装台包括升降台，其特征是：升降台上设有水平滑轨，升降支架通过底部的水平滑动块滑动安装在水平滑轨中。升降支架内设有浮动气缸，浮动气缸的活塞杆前端连接浮动推板，浮动推板中部铰接连接升降支架，浮动推板上端铰接设置在升降支架内的浮动支架。浮动支架一侧固定驱动电机支架，驱动电机支架上固定驱动电机，驱动电机通过驱动链条连接驱动轴。浮动支架内两侧设有多个辊轴，驱动轴两端通过传动链条连接辊轴。
进一步的，升降支架底部两侧设有升降导轮座，升降导轮座上通过升降导轮轴安装升降导轮，升降导轮滑动安装在垂直设置的升降导轨中。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点：
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，在定位安装过程中，能够准确定位，自动纠偏，避免工装的磨损。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1~2所示，本发明主要包括升降台1，升降台1上设有水平滑轨7，升降支架8通过底部的水平滑动块6滑动安装在水平滑轨7中。
升降支架8内设有浮动气缸10，浮动气缸10的活塞杆前端连接浮动推板11，浮动推板11中部铰接连接升降支架8，浮动推板11上端铰接设置在升降支架8内的浮动支架9。工作时，浮动气缸10的活塞杆推动浮动推板11转动，浮动推板11推动浮动支架9相对升降支架8向上运动。
浮动支架9一侧固定驱动电机支架12，驱动电机支架12上固定驱动电机14，驱动电机14通过驱动链条13连接驱动轴17。
浮动支架9内两侧设有多个辊轴15，驱动轴17两端通过传动链条16连接辊轴15。
升降支架8底部两侧设有升降导轮座3，升降导轮座3上通过升降导轮轴5安装升降导轮4，升降导轮4滑动安装在垂直设置的升降导轨2中。
本发明的工作原理是：工作时，工件进入水平滑轨7，然后升降台1带动水平滑轨7上升。浮动气缸10的活塞杆推动浮动推板11转动，浮动推板11推动浮动支架9相对升降支架8向上运动，从而实现浮动动作。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，在定位安装过程中，能够准确定位，自动纠偏，避免工装的磨损。

1.一种浮动合装台，包括升降台（1），其特征是：升降台（1）上设有水平滑轨（7），升降支架（8）通过底部的水平滑动块（6）滑动安装在水平滑轨(7)中；升降支架(8)内设有浮动气缸(10)，浮动气缸(10)的活塞杆前端连接浮动推板(11)，浮动推板(11)中部铰接连接升降支架(8)，浮动推板(11)上端铰接设置在升降支架(8)内的浮动支架(9)；浮动支架(9)一侧固定驱动电机支架(12)，驱动电机支架(12)上固定驱动电机(14)，驱动电机(14)通过驱动链条(13)连接驱动轴(17)；浮动支架(9)内两侧设有多个辊轴(15)，驱动轴(17)两端通过传动链条(16)连接辊轴(15)；
所述升降支架(8)底部两侧设有升降导轮座(3)，升降导轮座(3)上通过升降导轮轴(5)安装升降导轮(4)，升降导轮(4)滑动安装在垂直设置的升降导轨(2)中。
