Abstract

本发明公开了一种止咳化痰萝卜汁及其制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份包括蜂蜜3-8份、白萝卜汁10-20份、白梨汁3-8份、黄精汁1-3份、百合汁1-3份和精蛋白0.05-0.1份;将白萝卜、白梨洗净去皮切成块后加水并加热煮沸15-30min;黄精洗净,加水加热至50-60℃并于此温度下煎熬2-5h;将干百合花洗净后加水加热至60-65℃并于此温度下煎熬20-30min;将制得的白萝卜汁、白梨汁、黄精汁和百合汁混合均匀,加入蜂蜜和精蛋白,罐装并灭菌后即可。本发明所述的白萝卜具有顺气化痰、止咳平喘的作用,白梨、黄精既可以改善和中和萝卜汁的异味,也具有清肺、生津、治疗咽干的功效,长期饮用本发明的萝卜汁,可以有效的治疗咳嗽、哮喘、支气管炎、咽炎等症状。

本发明涉及一种止咳化痰萝卜汁,还涉及一种止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,属于食品保健养生领域。
背景技术
萝卜是老百姓餐桌上最常见的一道蔬菜美食,含有丰富的维生素A、维生素C、淀粉酶、氧化镁和微量元素,此外还含有特殊的糖化酶素,可以分解其他食物中的致癌物亚硝胺,从而起到抗癌的作用。萝卜具有良好的顺气化痰、止咳平喘的作用,民间惯用萝卜治疗咳嗽、哮喘等呼吸道病变。但是,萝卜通常作为蔬菜加以食用,加之其体积较大,平常食用不方便,而生食之后的气味也让人趋之若鹜。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种止咳化痰萝卜汁及其制备方法,制备的萝卜汁没有萝卜的异味,可以随时随地的饮用,简单、方便、快捷,并可以达到顺气化痰、止咳平喘的作用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种止咳化痰萝卜汁,按重量份包括:蜂蜜3-8份、白萝卜汁10-20份、白梨汁3-8份、黄精汁1-3份、百合汁1-3份和精蛋白0.05-0.1份。
一种止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,将白萝卜、白梨洗净去皮切成块后,分别加水,加热煮沸15-30min,冷却至室温后,过滤去除沉淀物留取汁液;黄精洗净,放入水中,加热至50-60℃并于此温度下煎熬2-5h,冷却至室温后去除沉淀物留取汁液;将干百合花浸泡于40-50℃的水中浸泡20-30min,将百合花捞出放入干净的水中,加热至60-65℃并于此温度下煎熬20-30min,冷却至室温后将百合花捞出留取汁液;将制得的白萝卜汁、白梨汁、黄精汁和百合汁混合均匀,加入计量份的蜂蜜和精蛋白,罐装并灭菌后即可。
    优选的,所述的白萝卜汁的制备方法为,白萝卜洗净去皮切成块后,每份白萝卜加入3-4份的水后,加热煮沸25-30min,冷却至室温后,过滤去除白萝卜留取其汁液即为白萝卜汁。
    优选的,所述的白梨汁的制备方法为,白梨洗净去皮切成块后,每份梨加入3-4份的水后,加热煮沸15-20min,冷却至室温后,过滤去除白梨留取其汁液即为白梨汁。
优选的,所述的黄精汁制备过程中,黄精与水的重量比为:1:30-40。
优选的,所述的百合汁制备过程中,百合与第二次浸泡所用水的重量比为:1:25-30。
     本发明所述的白萝卜具有顺气化痰、止咳平喘的作用,白梨、黄精既可以改善和中和萝卜汁的异味,也具有清肺、生津、治疗咽干的功效,长期饮用本发明的萝卜汁,可以有效的治疗咳嗽、哮喘、支气管炎、咽炎等症状。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,将白萝卜、白梨洗净去皮切成块后,分别加水,每份白萝卜加入3-4份的水后加热煮沸25-30min,每份梨加入3-4份的水后,加热煮沸15-20min冷却至室温后,过滤去除沉淀物留取汁液即为白萝卜汁和白梨汁;黄精洗净,放入水中,黄精与水的重量比为:1:30-40,加热至50-60℃并于此温度下煎熬2-5h,冷却至室温后去除沉淀物留取汁液即为黄精汁;将干百合花浸泡于40-50℃的水中浸泡20-30min后将百合花捞出放入干净的水中浸泡,百合与第二次浸泡所用水的重量比为:1:25-30,加热至60-65℃并于此温度下煎熬20-30min,冷却至室温后将百合花捞出留取汁液即为百合花汁;将10份白萝卜汁、3份白梨汁、1份黄精汁和1份百合汁混合均匀,加入3份的蜂蜜和0.05份精蛋白,罐装并灭菌后即可。

一种止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,将白萝卜、白梨洗净去皮切成块后,分别加水,每份白萝卜加入3-4份的水后加热煮沸25-30min,每份梨加入3-4份的水后,加热煮沸15-20min冷却至室温后,过滤去除沉淀物留取汁液即为白萝卜汁和白梨汁;黄精洗净,放入水中,黄精与水的重量比为:1:30-40,加热至50-60℃并于此温度下煎熬2-5h,冷却至室温后去除沉淀物留取汁液即为黄精汁;将干百合花浸泡于40-50℃的水中浸泡20-30min后将百合花捞出放入干净的水中浸泡,百合与第二次浸泡所用水的重量比为:1:25-30,加热至60-65℃并于此温度下煎熬20-30min,冷却至室温后将百合花捞出留取汁液即为百合花汁;将15份白萝卜汁、5份白梨汁、2份黄精汁和1份百合汁混合均匀,加入5份的蜂蜜和0.05份精蛋白,罐装并灭菌后即可。

一种止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,将白萝卜、白梨洗净去皮切成块后,分别加水,每份白萝卜加入3-4份的水后加热煮沸25-30min,每份梨加入3-4份的水后,加热煮沸15-20min冷却至室温后,过滤去除沉淀物留取汁液即为白萝卜汁和白梨汁;黄精洗净,放入水中,黄精与水的重量比为:1:30-40,加热至50-60℃并于此温度下煎熬2-5h,冷却至室温后去除沉淀物留取汁液即为黄精汁;将干百合花浸泡于40-50℃的水中浸泡20-30min后将百合花捞出放入干净的水中浸泡,百合与第二次浸泡所用水的重量比为:1:25-30,加热至60-65℃并于此温度下煎熬20-30min,冷却至室温后将百合花捞出留取汁液即为百合花汁;将18份白萝卜汁、6份白梨汁、2份黄精汁和3份百合汁混合均匀,加入7份的蜂蜜和0.05份精蛋白,罐装并灭菌后即可。

1.一种止咳化痰萝卜汁,其特征在于:按重量份包括:蜂蜜3-8份、白萝卜汁10-20份、白梨汁3-8份、黄精汁1-3份、百合汁1-3份和精蛋白0.05-0.1份。
2.一种止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,其特征在于:将白萝卜、白梨洗净去皮切成块后,分别加水,加热煮沸15-30min,冷却至室温后,过滤去除沉淀物留取汁液;黄精洗净,放入水中,加热至50-60℃并于此温度下煎熬2-5h,冷却至室温后去除沉淀物留取汁液;将干百合花浸泡于40-50℃的水中浸泡20-30min,将百合花捞出放入干净的水中,加热至60-65℃并于此温度下煎熬20-30min,冷却至室温后将百合花捞出留取汁液;将制得的白萝卜汁、白梨汁、黄精汁和百合汁混合均匀,加入计量份的蜂蜜和精蛋白,罐装并灭菌后即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的白萝卜汁的制备方法为,白萝卜洗净去皮切成块后,每份白萝卜加入3-4份的水后,加热煮沸25-30min,冷却至室温后,过滤去除白萝卜留取其汁液即为白萝卜汁。
4.根据权利要求2所述的止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的白梨汁的制备方法为,白梨洗净去皮切成块后,每份梨加入3-4份的水后,加热煮沸15-20min,冷却至室温后,过滤去除白梨留取其汁液即为白梨汁。
5.根据权利要求2所述的止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的黄精汁制备过程中,黄精与水的重量比为:1:30-40。
6.根据权利要求2所述的止咳化痰萝卜汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的百合汁制备过程中,百合与第二次浸泡所用水的重量比为:1:25-30。
