本发明涉及充电用电缆收容装置。
背景技术
近年来,出于对环境的保护,利用充入电池的电力作为驱动轮的动力的车辆受到注目。特别是,像***式混合动力车辆、电动汽车等这样搭载有驱动用的电池的车辆正在崭露头角。在这样的车辆设置有能够与设置于外部充电设备的充电连接器连接的充电用的接入口。
如上所述,由于对车辆的注目日益高涨,因而具备充电连接器的充电用电缆收容装置的开发也得到不断进展。
日本特开平8-33121号公报(专利文献1)所记载的电动汽车用充电装置具备:与电源电缆连接的操作箱;经由该操作箱与电源电缆连接的充电用电缆;充电连接器,其与充电用电缆的前端连接,且能够与汽车侧连接器联结;以及收容充电用电缆的充电用电缆收容装置。
该充电用电缆收容装置是将充电用电缆卷绕收容的卷筒型收容装置,在充电时从充电用电缆收容装置拉出充电用电缆。
在日本登录实用新型第3120547号公报(专利文献2)所记载的支架(stand)型电源分接头(tap)中,在可伸缩的电极(pole)的上端设置有电源分接头,在电极的下端设置有延长线。
在日本特开平11-122714号公报(专利文献3)所记载的电动汽车的充电装置中,在下端被固定于载置面的电极的侧壁设置有载置充电连接器的连接器收纳部,与充电连接器联结的电缆收纳于沿着电极的外周面设置的电缆收纳筐的内部。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
伴随着上述那样的车辆的普及,充电用电缆收容装置的开发成为了当务之急。若考虑用户的易用性,则优选充电用电缆收容装置为移动式。另外,从用户的易用性出发,应该将充电连接器设置在充电用电缆收容装置的预定高度位置,但希望充电用电缆收容装置为即使在拉出电缆时也难以倒下的构造。这样的问题并不限于车辆,对于需要充电的被充电装置来说是共同的问题。
因此,本发明是为了解决上述问题而完成的,其目的在于,提供一种具备用户容易使用的构造的充电用电缆收容装置。
用于解决问题的手段
基于本发明的充电用电缆收容装置,被设置成能够移动,在向被充电装置供给电力时使用,所述充电用电缆收容装置具备:充电连接器,其安装在设置于所述被充电装置侧的接入口;框体,其具有内部空间,在上下方向上延伸;充电用电缆,其收容在所述框体的所述内部空间,一端从设置于所述框体的开口部向外部拉出,在所述一端连接有所述充电连接器,从另一端供给电力;以及电缆卷筒,其在所述框体的所述内部空间被收容在比所述开口部靠下方的位置,卷绕有所述充电用电缆的另一端侧。

在其他实施方式中,还具备电缆输送装置,其在所述框体的所述内部空间被设置在比所述电缆卷筒靠上方侧的位置,进行所述充电用电缆的送出或卷取。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对基于本发明的实施方式的充电用电缆收容装置进行说明。此外,在以下说明的各实施方式中,在言及个数、量等的情况下,除非有特别记载,本发明的范围未必限定于该个数、量等。另外,对同一部件、相当的部件标注相同的参照标号,有时不反复进行重复的说明。另外,从一开始就预定对各实施方式的结构进行适当组合来使用。
(充电用电缆收容装置100)
参照图1~图5,对本实施方式的充电用电缆收容装置100的构造进行说明。此外,图1是表示充电用电缆收容装置100的外观结构的立体图,图2是充电用电缆收容装置100的主视图,图3是充电用电缆收容装置100的左侧视图,图4是表示充电用电缆收容装置100的使用状态的图,图5是图4中的V-V线向视剖视图。
该充电用电缆收容装置100是如***式混合动力车辆、电动汽车等那样使用家庭用电源对作为被充电装置的电池进行充电的装置。该充电用电缆收容装置100并没有被固定于载置面,而具有能够移动至易于用户利用的位置的结构。
充电用电缆收容装置100具备:充电连接器150,其以能够从设置于车辆的接入口400装卸的方式安装在该接入口400(参照图6);框体101,其具有内部空间101A,在上下方向上延伸;充电用电缆160,其收容在该框体101的内部空间101A,一端从设置于框体101的开口部120H向外部拉出,在该一端在外部连接有充电连接器150,从另一端供给电力;以及电缆卷筒210,其在框体101的内部空间101A被收容在比开口部120H靠下方的位置,卷绕有充电用电缆160的另一端侧。
电缆卷筒210可以使用具备棘轮机构和卷取弹簧机构的旋转卷筒。在充电用电缆160向电缆卷筒210卷取时,使用卷取弹簧机构,旋转卷筒旋转,由此将充电用电缆160卷取于旋转卷筒的滚筒部。
另一方面,在拉出充电用电缆160时,利用棘轮机构来拉出,并且,在拉出暂时停止了的状态下,可以选择通过棘轮机构使旋转卷筒停止回卷的状态。另外,可以通过解除由棘轮机构实现的停止状态,从而能够进一步拉出充电用电缆160或者卷取充电用电缆160。
在本实施方式的充电用电缆收容装置100中,在框体101的顶部设置有载置充电连接器150的载置区域130。该载置区域130具有接受充电连接器150的凹部形状。
从易于操作充电连接器150的观点来看,将框体101的高度(L1)设定为大约600mm~大约1000mm,在本实施方式中设定为大约700mm。
在从开口部120H拉出的充电用电缆160安装有用于防止充电用电缆160过卷取的挡止球161。
从框体101的下端部拉出一端与插头170联结的外部电缆180,能够通过将插头170与家庭用的电源插座200联结来接受外部电力的供给。外部电缆180的另一端经由滑环181(参照图6)与卷绕于电缆卷筒210的充电用电缆160电连接。
框体101具有设置有开口部120H的上部区域120和设置有电缆卷筒210的下部区域110。在本实施方式中,在框体101的整体长度L1为大约700mm的情况下,上部区域120的长度L3为大约450mm左右,下部区域110的长度L2为大约250mm左右。
本实施方式的框体101中,下部区域110的外形设置成与上部区域120的外形相比向外侧突出。具体而言,框体101整体上具有圆筒形状,下部区域110的外径(直径φD1)设置为大约300mm~大约400mm左右,上部区域120的外径(直径φD2)设置为大约100mm~200mm左右。
这样,通过将下部区域110的外形设置成与上部区域120的外形相比向外侧突出,能够使载置有充电用电缆收容装置100的状态稳定。此外,下部区域110的外形和上部区域120的外形并不限于圆形,也可以是矩形。另外,还可以对圆形与矩形进行适当组合。
在本实施方式的框体101在下部区域110的下端部例如设置有将从开口部120H侵入到内部空间101A的异物(枯叶、垃圾等)储存并向外部排出的异物排出区域111。作为该异物排出区域111,使用托盘,并且该托盘设置成能够从外部拉出。由此,通过定期拉出托盘,能够容易地进行内部空间101A内的清扫。
优选在本实施方式的框体101的内部空间101A中,在比配置于下部区域110的电缆卷筒210靠上方侧的位置,在开口部120H的附近区域(图5中由虚线围住的区域)设置有进行充电用电缆160的送出或卷取的电缆输送装置140。
电缆输送装置140未必是必须的结构,但为了使用户容易地实现充电用电缆160的拉出操作和充电用电缆160的卷取操作,可以设置电缆输送装置140。该电缆输送装置140的详细内容在后面叙述。
另外,在本实施方式的框体101的内部空间101A中,在开口部120H与电缆卷筒210之间设置有使从电缆卷筒210拉出的充电用电缆160产生拉伸力的电缆走线用辊300。在本实施方式中,电缆走线用辊300的旋转中心位于距离电缆卷筒210的上表面L5(大约300mm)的位置。
通过使从电缆卷筒210拉出的充电用电缆160产生拉伸力,能够防止在从电缆卷筒210拉出充电用电缆160时以及在将充电用电缆160卷绕于电缆卷筒210时因充电用电缆160的松弛而产生充电用电缆160向电缆卷筒210的卷绕不良。
电缆走线用辊300未必为必须的结构,但从顺利地进行充电用电缆160的拉出和卷取、并防止充电用电缆160向电缆卷筒210的卷绕不良的观点来看,优选预先设置有电缆走线用辊300。
(充电用电缆收容装置100的使用状态下的电力供给路径)
在此,参照图6和图7,对充电用电缆收容装置100的使用状态下的电力供给路径和充电用电缆收容装置100的电力供给路径进行说明。如图6所示,通过在家庭用的电源插座200安装插头170,从外部电缆180经由滑环181向卷绕于电缆卷筒210的充电用电缆160供给电力。通过在充电用电缆160的前端设置的充电连接器150与在车辆设置的接入口400连接,向车辆侧的作为被充电装置的电池供给电力。
在上述电力供给路径上,在充电用电缆收容装置100的内部,充电用电缆160被从电缆卷筒210拉出,并经由电缆走线用辊300、电缆输送装置140和开口部120H。电力从如上所述在充电用电缆160的前端设置的充电连接器150经由在车辆设置的接入口400向车辆侧的作为被充电装置的电池供给。
(电缆输送装置140)
接着,参照图8和图9,对本实施方式所采用的电缆输送装置140的结构进行说明。此外,图8是电缆输送装置140的主视图(从开口部120H侧观察而得到的图),图9是图8中的IX线向视图。该电缆输送装置140也具有使从电缆卷筒210拉出的充电用电缆160向开口部120H侧改变路径的作用。
电缆输送装置140具有驱动电缆进给滑轮141、电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142、第一引导滑轮146以及第二引导滑轮147。驱动电缆进给滑轮141在上述各滑轮之中最大,使充电用电缆160从电缆卷筒210向开口部120H侧改变路径。电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142、第一引导滑轮146以及第二引导滑轮147配置成与驱动电缆进给滑轮141一起夹着充电用电缆160。
另外,在电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142设置有用于对电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142向驱动电缆进给滑轮141施力的施力引导件143和夹紧张力保持弹簧144。夹紧张力保持弹簧144的另一端固定于框体101的上部区域120。
由此,充电用电缆160被牢固地夹在驱动电缆进给滑轮141与电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142之间,从而防止驱动电缆进给滑轮141与电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142之间的充电用电缆160的打滑。此外,驱动电缆进给滑轮141、电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142以及第一引导滑轮146的各旋转轴固定于未图示的固定部。
驱动电缆进给滑轮141由驱动马达145进行旋转控制,将旋转方向控制为充电用电缆160的送出方向或卷取方向。此外,驱动马达145的驱动控制由设置在充电连接器150的拉出开关155或卷取开关156来执行。
(电缆走线用辊300)
接着,参照图10和图11,对电缆走线用辊300的构造进行说明。该电缆走线用辊300具有从两侧夹着充电用电缆160的一对辊301、302。辊301具有旋转轴301a和中空的橡胶辊主体301b。同样地,辊302具有旋转轴302a和中空的橡胶辊主体302b。旋转轴301a、302a以能够旋转的方式固定于基板303。
橡胶辊主体301a、302b具有橡胶制的中空形状,其内部保持有预定的气压。通过由橡胶辊主体301a、302b夹着充电用电缆160,充电用电缆160的整个表面被橡胶辊主体301a、302b的表面覆盖。另外,橡胶辊主体301a、302b的表面彼此之间也一边接触一边旋转。
由此,充电用电缆160一边在与橡胶辊主体301a、302b之间产生大摩擦力一边被向拉出方向或卷取方向输送。其结果,使从电缆卷筒210拉出的充电用电缆160产生拉伸力,并且在从电缆卷筒210拉出充电用电缆160时,以及在将充电用电缆160卷取于电缆卷筒210时,能够防止因充电用电缆160的松弛而导致充电用电缆160向电缆卷筒210的卷绕不良。
此外,在本实施方式中,对在电缆走线用辊300中采用了使用了中空的橡胶辊的辊301、302的情况进行了说明,但例如也可以使用如图8和图9所示的滑轮。
另外,对在电缆输送装置140中使用驱动电缆进给滑轮141、电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142、第一引导滑轮146以及第二引导滑轮147的情况进行了说明,但也可以代替各滑轮而采用如图10和图11所示的使用了中空的橡胶辊的辊。
(拉出电缆时的动作/卷取电缆时的动作)
接着,参照图12和图13,对使用了具有上述结构的充电用电缆收容装置100的情况下的、拉出电缆时的动作和卷取电缆时的动作进行说明。此外,图12是表示充电用电缆收容装置100的拉出电缆时的动作的框图,图13是表示充电用电缆收容装置100的卷取电缆时的动作的框图。
(拉出电缆时的动作)
参照图12,拉出电缆时的动作首先是用户取得充电连接器150(S110)。接着,按下设置在充电连接器150的拉出开关155(S120)。电缆输送装置140驱动,充电用电缆160开始被拉出(S130)。在拉出充电用电缆160时,电缆输送装置140以比内置于电缆卷筒210的卷取弹簧更强的扭矩拉出充电用电缆160。
由电缆输送装置140拉动框体101内部的充电用电缆160,电缆卷筒210旋转而拉出充电用电缆160(S140)。若拉出所希望的长度的充电用电缆160,则断开拉出开关155(S150),使电缆输送装置140停止(S160)。
在电缆输送装置140停止了的状态下,充电用电缆160成为被驱动电缆进给滑轮141和电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142夹着而牢固地保持的状态(S170)。由此,充电用电缆160不会移动。
用户将充电连接器150安装于车辆侧的接入口400(S180)。由此,成为开始向车辆供给电力的状态。
(卷取电缆时的动作)
参照图13,关于卷取电缆时的动作,用户将充电连接器150从车辆侧的接入口400卸下(S210)。接着,按下设置在充电连接器150的卷取开关156(S220)。电缆输送装置140驱动,充电用电缆160开始卷取(S230)。
通过设置在电缆卷筒210的卷取弹簧,电缆卷筒210旋转而卷取充电用电缆160(S240)。在卷取充电用电缆160时,由内置于电缆卷筒210的卷取弹簧对充电用电缆160施加一样的张力,并且由电缆输送装置140控制卷取速度。
若充电用电缆160被卷取至设置在充电用电缆160的挡止球161不抵接于开口部120H的程度,则断开卷取开关156(S250)。由此,使电缆输送装置140的驱动停止(S260)。在该状态下,充电用电缆160也成为被驱动电缆进给滑轮141和电缆夹紧张力附加滑轮142夹着而牢固地保持的状态(S270)。由此,充电用电缆160不会移动。
以上,根据本实施方式的充电用电缆收容装置100,在框体101的下部区域110配置有电缆卷筒210。电缆卷筒210为重物,因此,充电用电缆收容装置100的重心位于下方,即使在拉出充电用电缆160时也能够使充电用电缆收容装置100维持为稳定状态。
另外,通过将大型的电缆卷筒210配置在框体101的下部区域110,给充电用电缆收容装置100带来稳定感,并且不会占据多余的空间。
另外,由于从框体101的上部区域120拉出充电用电缆160,所以用户能够保持站立的状态而对充电连接器150进行处理,能够实现用户对充电连接器150的操作性的提高。
另外,在框体101的内部,充电用电缆160从电缆卷筒210向开口部120H走线,因此,能够在电缆卷筒210与电缆走线用辊300的旋转中心之间确保充分的电缆走线距离L5。由此,能够将充电用电缆160的缠绕防止于未然。
这样,根据本实施方式的充电用电缆收容装置100,能够提供一种具备用户容易使用的构造的充电用电缆收容装置。
此外,充电用电缆160也能够手动拉出,在该情况下,拉出时的力会施加在框体101的上部,但通过采用本发明的结构,能够减少充电用电缆收容装置100倒下的可能性。
应该认为本次公开的实施方式和实施例在所有方面都是举例说明的内容而不是限制性内容。本发明的范围并不通过上述说明来限定,而是通过权利要求的范围来限定,与权利要求等同的含义以及权利要求范围内的所有变更也包含在本发明中。

Claims (7)

1.一种充电用电缆收容装置,被设置为能够移动,在向被充电装置供给电力时使用,所述充电用电缆收容装置具备:
充电连接器(150),其安装在设置于所述被充电装置侧的接入口;
框体(101),其具有内部空间(101A),在上下方向上延伸;
充电用电缆(160),其收容在所述框体(101)的所述内部空间(101A),一端从设置于所述框体(101)的开口部(120H)向外部拉出,在所述一端连接有所述充电连接器(150),从另一端供给电力;以及
电缆卷筒(210),其在所述框体(101)的所述内部空间(101A)被收容在比所述开口部(120H)靠下方的位置,卷绕有所述充电用电缆(160)的另一端侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电用电缆收容装置,其中,
所述框体(101)具有:
设置有所述开口部(120H)的上部区域(120);和
设置有所述电缆卷筒(210)的下部区域(110),
所述下部区域(110)的外形设置成与所述上部区域(120)的外形相比向外侧突出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充电用电缆收容装置,其中,
所述框体(101)具有圆筒形状,
所述下部区域(110)的外径(φD1)设置成比所述上部区域(120)的外径(φD2)大。
4.根据权利要求1所述的充电用电缆收容装置,其中,
还具备电缆输送装置(140),所述电缆输送装置(140)在所述框体(101)的所述内部空间(101A)被设置在比所述电缆卷筒(210)靠上方侧的位置,进行所述充电用电缆(160)的送出或卷取。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充电用电缆收容装置,其中,
在所述开口部(120H)与所述电缆卷筒(210)之间设置有使从所述电缆卷筒(210)拉出的所述充电用电缆(160)产生拉伸力的电缆走线用辊(200)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的充电用电缆收容装置,其中,
在所述框体(101)的顶部设置有载置所述充电连接器(150)的载置区域(130)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的充电用电缆收容装置,其中,
在所述框体(101)的下端部设置有将侵入到所述内部空间(101A)的异物储存并向外部排出的异物排出区域(111)。
