本发明公开了一种上装式C型球阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀盖及上阀杆和下阀杆,所述的阀体包括进水口、出水口和控制口,所述的阀盖固定设置在所述的控制口处,所述的阀芯为C形且与所述的上阀杆一体形成,所述的上阀杆穿过所述的阀盖并与驱动装置连接,所述的阀体与控制口相对的底部形成有安装孔,尾部与阀体固定连接的下阀杆从底部穿入至阀体内部并与C形阀芯可旋转配合,所述的阀座设置在阀体进水口侧并在球阀闭合时与所述的阀芯密封接触。本发明上装式C型偏心耐磨球阀的C形阀芯采用双偏心、球杆一体、单座、全通径设计,C形阀芯在开启瞬间脱离阀座,全开时流道内无死腔,无物料滞留区,介质在阀腔内全部处于流动状态,防止介质结垢。

上装式C型球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及控制流体的阀门技术领域,特别是涉及一种上装式C型球阀。
背景技术
当球阀应用在在化工行业的黑水、灰水、渣水处理装置时,因为灰水和黑水中存在灰份,以及高浓度钙镁离子等,在流体温度、流速等发生变化时,容易发生灰份沉积和钙镁析盐结构,而且冲刷磨损严重。同时因为金属硬密封球阀全开时中腔存在死腔,而装置每次运行周期都超过一个月以上,阀门一直处于常开状态,进入到阀门中腔的介质将滞留在中腔死腔内,在球面上结垢严重,开关困难、卡涩、泄露问题严重,甚至无法动作,起不到保护泵的作用,基本上运行一个周期就要拆换下来清洗内部,两个周期就要更换阀门。如何解决该位置上结垢及冲刷问题,以及在线清洗,一直是煤气化及阀门行业的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种可有效缓解结垢及冲刷问题并能实现在线清洗的上装式C型球阀。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种上装式C型球阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀盖及上阀杆和下阀杆,所述的阀体包括进水口、出水口和控制口,所述的阀盖固定设置在所述的控制口处,所述的阀芯为C形且与所述的上阀杆一体形成,所述的上阀杆穿过所述的阀盖并与驱动装置连接,所述的阀体与控制口相对的底部形成有安装孔,尾部与阀体固定连接的下阀杆从底部穿入至阀体内部并与C形阀芯可旋转配合,所述的阀座设置在阀体进水口侧并在球阀闭合时与所述的阀芯密封接触。
所述的阀座与阀体固定连接且在阀座和阀体间设置有弹簧压套,在所述弹簧压套的两侧设有密封件。
所述的C形阀芯为双偏心结构。
所述的C形阀芯上部和阀盖相接触部位以及下阀杆与C形阀芯相接触部位分别设置有耐磨层。
C形阀芯表面全部喷焊Ni260AL层,其厚度不小于0.7mm,同时所述的C形阀芯内侧流道面和唇口处堆焊有硬质合金。
所述阀座采用不锈钢锻件制造,其与C形阀芯相接处的密封面上喷焊有不小于2mm的Ni260A层,所述的阀座内通道堆焊硬质合金。
所述的阀体中部向外鼓起以与开启态的C形阀芯的保持间距。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明上装式C型偏心耐磨球阀的C形阀芯采用双偏心、球杆一体、单座、全通径设计,C形阀芯在开启瞬间脱离阀座,全开时流道内无死腔,无物料滞留区,介质在阀腔内全部处于流动状态,防止介质结垢。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1-4所示,一种上装式C型球阀包括阀体1、阀座2、阀芯3、阀盖4及上阀杆5和下阀杆6,所述的阀体1包括形成在两侧进水口和出水口以及设置与流速方向相垂直方向的控制口,所述的阀盖4固定设置在所述的控制口处,所述的阀芯为C形且与所述的上阀杆一体形成,所述的上阀杆穿过所述的阀盖与驱动装置连接并与阀盖间保持密封接触,所述的阀体与控制口相对另一侧,即底部形成有安装孔,尾部与阀体通过螺栓固定连接的下阀杆6从底部穿入至阀体内部并与C形阀芯可旋转配合,所述的阀座设置在阀体进水口侧并在球阀闭合时与所述的阀芯密封接触。
本发明将上装式和C形球阀相结合,上装式结构有效缓解了阀芯受力,其仅承受流体压力而不受管道应力干扰,相比于侧装式稳定性得到很大提高,同时上装式球阀的球芯通过阀盖安装在阀体上,当阀内出现故障需要修理时,不必从管线上拆卸阀门,只须拆掉阀盖,将阀盖以及阀芯阀杆组合件一起从阀体上取下来,可在线修理阀芯和阀座,这种维修节省了时间,降低生产中的损失。具体来说,C形阀芯为一个球壳体切成截面呈C的形状,即为一个球面板状,其顶部与阀杆固定连接或一体形成,其底部形成有与下阀杆相旋转配合的通孔,同时C形的单板式结构为全通径设计,在开启状态时无死腔,降低流阻,耐冲刷,无物料滞留区,介质在阀腔内全部处于流动状态,有效防止介质结垢,C形阀芯及阀座在开关过程中具有自清洁功能。优选地,所述的阀体中部向外鼓起以与开启态的C形阀芯的保持间距,间距的设计以满足实际工况为宜。
其中,所述的阀座与阀体固定连接但在径向有预定的移动量,同时在阀座和阀体间设置有弹簧压套8,在所述弹簧压套的两侧设有密封件。采用弹簧加载和可移动设计,密封可靠,提高了阀座为C形阀芯密封效果和持久性,同时在所述弹簧压套的两侧设置有密封件,能防止杂质和脏物进入弹簧腔,有效的防止弹簧失效。
所述的C形阀芯为双偏心单阀座结构,采用双偏心结构使C形阀芯对阀座有凸轮楔紧效应,同时采用阀芯和上阀杆一体结构,保证同轴度,其中,所述的阀盖与上阀杆配合的通孔为底部直径变大的阶梯孔,下端采用的止口式设计与阀芯的上部相配合可起到上部径向定位的效果,同时,所述的下阀杆上端部为直径变小的阶梯轴式结构,直径小的部分匹配***C形阀芯的下部配合孔,其断面能对阀芯提供旋转轴的同时还可提供一个支撑,利用阀盖和下阀杆承受球体径向力设计使阀门能够长期可靠的工作。同时阀杆和C形阀芯接触部位,以及C形阀芯和阀盖接触部位均冶金熔融喷焊耐磨层,如Ni260AL,HRC60以上,在阀芯与阀盖接触部位和下阀杆与阀芯接触部位均堆焊硬质合金,确保在长期使用过程中不会磨损和松动,使阀门能够长期可靠的工作。
具体来说,C形阀芯采用不锈钢制造,C形阀芯面全部喷焊耐磨层,如Ni260AL,HRC60-62,加工后厚度不小于0.7mm,阀芯基材与表面材料冶金熔化结合,C形阀芯内流道面和唇口处堆焊硬质合金,确保阀芯具有高耐冲刷性和高耐磨损性。阀座采用不锈钢锻件制造,密封面喷焊耐磨层,如Ni260A,HRC58-60,加工后厚度≥2mm,阀座基材与表面材料冶金熔化结合,同时阀座内通道堆焊硬质合金,确保阀座具有高耐冲刷性和高耐磨损性,各处的耐磨结构设计极大提升了产品整体品质。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明上装式C型偏心耐磨球阀采用阀盖和下阀杆支撑C形阀芯的设计,介质压力由阀盖和下阀杆承受,本发明上装式C型偏心耐磨球阀在C形阀芯与阀盖接触部位均堆焊硬质合金,同时在下阀杆与C形阀芯接触部位均堆焊硬质合金,确保在长期使用过程中不会磨损和松动,使阀门能够长期可靠的工作。本发明上装式C型偏心耐磨球阀的C形阀芯上装入阀体,用阀盖将C形阀芯从上面套入,起到支撑作用,安装拆卸简单便利。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种上装式C型球阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀盖及上阀杆和下阀杆,所述的阀体包括进水口、出水口和控制口,所述的阀盖固定设置在所述的控制口处,所述的阀芯为C形且与所述的上阀杆一体形成,所述的上阀杆穿过所述的阀盖并与驱动装置连接,所述的阀体与控制口相对的底部形成有安装孔,尾部与阀体固定连接的下阀杆从底部穿入至阀体内部并与C形阀芯可旋转配合,所述的阀座设置在阀体进水口侧并在球阀闭合时与所述的阀芯密封接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的上装式C型球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀座与阀体固定连接且在阀座和阀体间设置有弹簧压套,在所述弹簧压套的两侧设有密封件。
3.如权利要求1所述的上装式C型球阀,其特征在于:所述的C形阀芯为双偏心结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的上装式C型球阀,其特征在于:所述的C形阀芯上部和阀盖相接触部位以及下阀杆与C形阀芯相接触部位分别设置有耐磨层。
5.如权利要求1所述的上装式C型球阀,其特征在于:C形阀芯表面全部喷焊Ni260AL层,其厚度不小于0.7mm,同时所述的C形阀芯内侧流道面和唇口处堆焊有硬质合金。
6.如权利要求1所述的上装式C型球阀,其特征在于:所述阀座采用不锈钢锻件制造,其与C形阀芯相接处的密封面上喷焊有不小于2mm的Ni260A层,所述的阀座内通道堆焊硬质合金。
7.如权利要求1所述的上装式C型球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体中部向外鼓起以与开启态的C形阀芯的保持间距。
