本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种馒头,尤其涉及一种黑色面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
   面粉是一种由小麦磨成的面粉,可制成馒头、面包等多种食品。目前,市场上供应的面粉种类繁多,但营养单一,不具有食疗保健功能,已不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黑色面粉及其制备方法,本发明具有营养健康、风味独特的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种黑色面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
黑麦1000-1200、黑麦胚芽20-25、乌骨鸡骨泥8-10、黑松子3-4、黑芝麻2.5-3、扁豆花4-5、金银花1.5-3、人参0.8-2,桂花2.5-4、螺旋藻粉0.5-1、芝麻梗2-3、石榴籽1-2、荷叶2-3、苹果叶3-4、桉叶1-2、咸鸭蛋蛋黄15-18、葡萄酒3-4。
    所述的黑色面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
   (1)在咸鸭蛋蛋黄上浇上葡萄酒,放入蒸笼中大火蒸制4-5分钟,然后取出碾成泥;
   (2)将金银花、人参,桂花、芝麻梗、石榴籽、荷叶、苹果叶、桉叶加4-5倍的水煎煮40-50分钟,经过滤除渣,得到提取液;
   (3)将黑松子、黑芝麻混合炒熟后出料,与扁豆花混合,加适量水研磨匀质,再加入步骤(1)、(2)所得物料与螺旋藻粉、乌骨鸡骨泥,小火加热并不停搅拌,熬成浸膏状,经冷冻干燥后磨粉备用;
   (4)将黑麦、黑麦胚芽清洗,加水湿润32-38小时,使含水量达到15-16%,经烘干、灭菌、磨粉后与步骤(3)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的黑色面粉营养丰富,含有黑色素以及多种维生素、氨基酸及矿物元素,尤其是黑芝麻中含有多种人体必需氨基酸、芝麻素等,具有滋润皮肤、预防贫血、加速人体代谢;与此同时,本发明中添加了多种中草药,具有清热解毒、大补元气、养颜护肤的功效,长期食用本发明可提高生理机能、延缓衰老。
具体实施方式
    一种黑色面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
黑麦1200、黑麦胚芽25、乌骨鸡骨泥10、黑松子4、黑芝麻2.5、扁豆花5、金银花1.5、人参0.8,桂花2.5、螺旋藻粉1、芝麻梗2、石榴籽2、荷叶3、苹果叶4、桉叶2、咸鸭蛋蛋黄18、葡萄酒4。
    所述的黑色面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
   (1)在咸鸭蛋蛋黄上浇上葡萄酒,放入蒸笼中大火蒸制4-5分钟,然后取出碾成泥;
   (2)将金银花、人参,桂花、芝麻梗、石榴籽、荷叶、苹果叶、桉叶加4-5倍的水煎煮40-50分钟,经过滤除渣,得到提取液;

所述的黑色面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
