本发明提供了一模双腔的滑块脱模结构,其使得模具的整体体积小,降低了模具的制作成本。其包括A板、B板、前模仁、后模仁、后模镶件,每组对应的所述前模仁、后模仁、后模镶件组合形成型腔,所述A板、B板之间设置有两组平行布置的所述型腔,两个所述型腔的中间位置分别设置有两块内侧滑块,两个所述型腔的外侧分别设置有对应的外侧滑块,两块所述内侧滑块的中间位置设置有间隔块,所述间隔块紧固连接上部的所述A板,两块所述的外侧滑块内分别设置有斜导柱结构,所述前模仁的上部嵌装于所述A板的定位槽内,其特征在于:顶针的底部顶装于底板,所述顶针的下部凸块位于所述面针板、底针板的组合结构组合形成的垂直导向槽内。

技术领域
本发明涉及产品模具的结构技术领域,具体为一种一模双腔的滑块脱模结构。
背景技术                                                         
对于一模双腔的模具,其型腔的每个两侧均设置有滑块,现有的模具结构每个滑块对应有一个斜导柱结构,其使得整个模具的体积大,且模具的制作成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种一模双腔的滑块脱模结构,其使得模具的整体体积小,降低了模具的制作成本。
一种一模双腔的滑块脱模结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括A板、B板、前模仁、后模仁、后模镶件,每组对应的所述前模仁、后模仁、后模镶件组合形成型腔,所述A板、B板之间设置有两组平行布置的所述型腔,两个所述型腔的中间位置分别设置有两块内侧滑块,两个所述型腔的的外侧分别设置有对应的外侧滑块,两块所述内侧滑块的中间位置设置有间隔块,所述间隔块紧固连接上部的所述A板,两块所述的外侧滑块内分别设置有斜导柱结构,所述前模仁的上部嵌装于所述A板的定位槽内,其特征在于:顶针的底部顶装于底板,所述顶针的下部凸块位于所述面针板、底针板的组合结构组合形成的垂直导向槽内,合模状态下的所述下部凸块的上端面贴合所述垂直导向槽的上端面、所述下部凸块的下端面和所述垂直导向槽的下端面留有间距H,所述顶针的上部贯穿所述后模仁后顶装于对应的所述型腔,每块所述内侧滑块的中部设置有竖直向的顶出孔,内侧滑块顶针的底部紧固连接所述面针板、底针板的组合结构,所述底针板的下部紧固连接有顶辊,所述内侧滑块顶针的上端部为向自下而上向中心收口的斜面,所述内侧滑块顶针的内侧斜面的上边界贴合所述内侧滑块的顶出孔的内侧下端边界。
采用本发明的结构后,开模时A板上升,带动斜导柱、前模仁、间隔块上升,外侧滑块在斜导柱带动下和型腔完成脱模,之后顶辊动作,面针板、底针板的组合结构上升,进而带动内侧滑块顶针上升,由于内侧滑块顶针的上端部为向自下而上向中心收口的斜面,内侧滑块顶针的内侧斜面的上边界贴合滑块的顶出孔的内侧下端边界,当内侧滑块顶针上升时,内侧滑块顶针的内侧斜面上升,其带动内侧滑块向两个型腔的中间位置的中心处移动,使得内侧滑块和型腔完成脱模,由于顶针的下部凸块的上端面贴合垂直导向槽的上端面、下部凸块的下端面和垂直导向槽的下端面留有间距H,当面针板、底针板的组合结构上升距离H后,顶针将产品从型腔中顶出,由于内侧滑块不需要斜导柱结构,其使得模具的整体体积小,降低了模具的制作成本。

见图1,其包括A板1、B板2、前模仁3、后模仁4、后模镶件5,每组对应的前模仁3、后模仁4、后模镶件5组合形成型腔6,A板1、B板2之间设置有两组平行布置的型腔6,两个型腔6的中间位置分别设置有两块内侧滑块7,两个型腔6的的外侧分别设置有对应的外侧滑块8,两块内侧滑块7的中间位置设置有间隔块9,间隔块9紧固连接上部的A板1,两块的外侧滑块8内分别设置有斜导柱结构10,前模仁3的上部嵌装于A板1的定位槽11内,顶针12的底部顶装于底板13,顶针12的下部凸块14位于面针板15、底针板16的组合结构组合形成的垂直导向槽17内,合模状态下的下部凸块14的上端面贴合垂直导向槽17的上端面、下部凸块14的下端面和垂直导向槽17的下端面留有间距H,顶针12的上部贯穿后模仁4后顶装于对应的型腔6,每块内侧滑块7的中部设置有竖直向的顶出孔18,内侧滑块顶针19的底部紧固连接面针板15、底针板16的组合结构,底针板16的下部紧固连接有顶辊20,内侧滑块顶针19的上端部为向自下而上向中心收口的斜面,内侧滑块顶针19的内侧斜面21的上边界贴合内侧滑块7的顶出孔18的内侧下端边界。

1.一种一模双腔的滑块脱模结构,其包括A板、B板、前模仁、后模仁、后模镶件,每组对应的所述前模仁、后模仁、后模镶件组合形成型腔,所述A板、B板之间设置有两组平行布置的所述型腔,两个所述型腔的中间位置分别设置有两块内侧滑块,两个所述型腔的的外侧分别设置有对应的外侧滑块,两块所述内侧滑块的中间位置设置有间隔块,所述间隔块紧固连接上部的所述A板,两块所述的外侧滑块内分别设置有斜导柱结构,所述前模仁的上部嵌装于所述A板的定位槽内,其特征在于:顶针的底部顶装于底板,所述顶针的下部凸块位于所述面针板、底针板的组合结构组合形成的垂直导向槽内,合模状态下的所述下部凸块的上端面贴合所述垂直导向槽的上端面、所述下部凸块的下端面和所述垂直导向槽的下端面留有间距H,所述顶针的上部贯穿所述后模仁后顶装于对应的所述型腔,每块所述内侧滑块的中部设置有竖直向的顶出孔,内侧滑块顶针的底部紧固连接所述面针板、底针板的组合结构,所述底针板的下部紧固连接有顶辊,所述内侧滑块顶针的上端部为向自下而上向中心收口的斜面,所述内侧滑块顶针的内侧斜面的上边界贴合所述内侧滑块的顶出孔的内侧下端边界。
