Abstract

本发明揭露了一种触控式显示器,至少包括:一触控面板模块,其中该触控面板模块包括一触控面板以及控制该触控面板的一触控面板控制器;一显示器面板模块,其中该显示器面板模块包括一显示面板以及用以驱动该显示面板的一显示面板驱动组件,该触控面板与该显示面板贴合;以及一软性电路板,耦接该显示面板,其中该触控面板控制器以及该显示面板驱动组件布设于该软性电路板上。

触控式显示器
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种电子纸显示器,且特别是有关于一种具有触控面板模块的电子纸显示器。
背景技术
常见的触控面板模块包括电阻式和电容式。其中电阻式包含一片标准的玻璃面板,上面覆盖一传导和一电阻金属层,两层间用间隔器区隔开来,当使用者接触屏幕时,传导层和电阻金属层会接触在一起,触控面板控制器通过电场的改变检测触控位置。而电容式采用的是一电容传感器,当手指接触到屏幕造成传感器的电容场改变时,这时面板每个角落中的电路就会计算出电场的改变程度,触控面板控制器借此检测出触控位置。
而所谓具触控功能的显示器,即是将一触控面板模块与一显示器面板模块贴合,借此来提供触控功能。图1所示为一传统的具触控功能显示器10。显示器10包括一触控面板模块100贴和在面板模块200上方。触控面板模块100包括一软性电路板(Flexible printed circuit,FPC)101、一触控面板控制器102形成在软性电路板101上以及一触控面板103。而面板模块200则包括一软性电路板201、一面板驱动组件202形成在软性电路板201上以及一显示器面板203。
在此结构下,触控显示器10需使用两个软性电路板101及201来分别放置触控面板控制器102和面板驱动组件202,如此的架构不利成本下降。
发明内容
本发明的一目的即是在提供一种触控显示显示器结构,通过将触控面板控制器和面板驱动组件形成在同一软性电路板上,来降低生产成本。
本发明的一方面在提供一种触控式显示器,至少包括:一触控面板模块,其中该触控面板模块包括一触控面板以及控制该触控面板的一触控面板控制器;一显示器面板模块,其中该显示器面板模块包括一显示面板以及用以驱动该显示面板的一显示面板驱动组件,该触控面板与该显示面板贴合;以及一软性电路板,耦接该显示面板,其中该触控面板控制器以及该显示面板驱动组件布设于该软性电路板上。
在一实施例中,显示面板为一电子纸面板,而该电子纸面板为一电泳式电子纸面板、微机电显示器面板、胆固醇液晶显示器面板或电湿润显示器面板。
在一实施例中,触控面板模块为一电阻式触控面板模块中、电容式触控面板模块或多点触控式面板模块。
在一实施例中,触控面板模块为4线式电阻式触控面板模块、5线式电阻式触控面板模块、6线式电阻式触控面板模块或8线式电阻式触控面板模块。
在一实施例中,该触控面板与该显示面板间是以一导电性粘着物进行贴合。该粘着物为一导电胶,该导电胶材料为一ACF材料异方性导电膜或一含银、金、铜导电金属的材料。
综合上述所言,本发明通过将触控面板模块和显示器面板模块以导电胶方式贴和,并将触控面板模块的控制器和显示器面板模块的驱动组件整合在同一个软性电路板上,来降低生产成本,具有相当优良的成本效益。

具体实施方式
由于传统的触控显示器架构需使用两个软性电路板来分别放置触控面板模块的控制器和显示器面板模块的驱动组件,如此的架构不利于成本控制。因此本发明通过将触控面板模块和显示器面板模块以导电胶方式贴和,借此触控面板模块的控制器和显示器面板模块的驱动组件整合在同一个软性电路板上,来降低生产成本。以下将以电阻式触控面板模块贴合在电子纸面板模块上为例来说明本发明的应用,然本发明并不限于仅能应用在电子纸面板模块以及电阻式触控面板模块中。在其它的实施例中,亦可使用在液晶面板模块、电容式触控面板模块或多点触控式面板模块中。而电容式触控面板可为投射电容式触控面板模块或表面电容式触控面板模块。
图2所示为一电阻式触控面板模块的概略图标。电阻式触控面板模块210包括触控面板220和触控面板控制器230。触控面板220是由一氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃基板212、一氧化铟锡导电薄膜211以及间隙物213共同组成。其中,间隙物213将氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃基板212和氧化铟锡导电薄膜211隔开,避免无触摸时造成短路而产生误动作。当以手指、笔或其它介质对面板触压,便可使上下层接触造成短路并产生压降,触控面板控制器230即可通过此压降检测出按压坐标。其中电阻式触控面板模块为4线式电阻式触控面板模块、5线式电阻式触控面板模块、6线式电阻式触控面板模块或8线式电阻式触控面板模块。
图3所示为根据本发明一实施例将此电阻式触控面板模块与电子纸面板模块组立时的上视图。图4所示为从图3的AA’线视入的侧视图。请同时参阅图3与图4。
本发明具触控功能的电子纸显示器300包括一触控面板模块210、电子纸面板模块304和一软性电路板307。其中软性电路板307耦接电子纸面板305。触控面板模块210包括一触控面板控制器230形成在软性电路板307上以及一触控面板220。而电子纸面板模块304则包括一面板驱动组件306形成在软性电路板307上以及一电子纸面板305。其中电子纸面板305,例如为一电泳式电子纸面板,由两片基板310和311中间填充一电子墨水(图中未显示出)所组成。根据本发明,触控面板控制器303和面板驱动组件306是共同设置在软性电路板307上,与已知结构相较,可少一片软性电路板,因此生产成本可下降。值得注意的是,在其它的实施例中,电子纸面板305亦可为一微机电显示器面板、胆固醇液晶显示器面板或电湿润显示器面板。
此外,在一实施例中,触控面板220和电子纸面板305间可利用一具导电性质的粘着物410进行贴合,例如导电胶,而导电胶材料为ACF材料异方性导电膜或一含银、金、铜等导电金属材料。通过具导电性质的粘着物410,可将触控面板220和触控面板控制器230间的线路引导布设于电子纸面板305的基板311上,而与电子纸面板305和电子纸面板驱动组件306间的线路同时布设,增加电路布设的方便性。请再次参阅图3所示的上视图,粘着物410的布设位置可在触控面板220的四角落,依此架构,若触控面板模块210为4线式电阻式触控面板模块,则其布设在触控面板220XY方向上的四条检测线路,可分别与四角落的粘着物410耦接,借以透过粘着物410的引导于基板311上布设后续的走线,进而与形成在软性电路板307上的触控面板控制器230耦接。
综合上述所言,本发明通过将触控面板模块和显示器面板模块以导电胶方式贴和,并将触控面板模块的控制器和显示器面板模块的驱动组件整合在同一个软性电路板上,来降低生产成本,具有相当优良的成本效益。
虽然本发明已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种触控式显示器,其特征在于,至少包括:
一触控面板模块,其中该触控面板模块包括一触控面板以及控制该触控面板的一触控面板控制器;
一显示器面板模块,其中该显示器面板模块包括一显示面板以及用以驱动该显示面板的一显示面板驱动组件,该触控面板与该显示面板贴合;以及
一软性电路板,耦接该显示面板,其中该触控面板控制器以及该显示面板驱动组件布设于该软性电路板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触控式显示器,其特征在于,该显示面板为一电子纸面板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的触控式显示器,其特征在于,该电子纸面板为一电泳式电子纸面板、微机电显示器面板、胆固醇液晶显示器面板或电湿润显示器面板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的触控式显示器,其特征在于,该触控面板模块为一电阻式触控面板模块中、电容式触控面板模块或多点触控式面板模块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的触控式显示器,其特征在于,该触控面板模块为4线式电阻式触控面板模块、5线式电阻式触控面板模块、6线式电阻式触控面板模块或8线式电阻式触控面板模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的触控式显示器,其特征在于,该触控面板与该显示面板间是以一导电性粘着物进行贴合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的触控式显示器,其特征在于,该粘着物为一导电胶,该导电胶材料为一ACF材料异方性导电膜或一含银、金、铜导电金属的材料。
8.根据权利要求6所述的触控式显示器,其特征在于,该粘着物配置在触控面板的四角落。
