本发明公开了一种柔软舒适免烫面料，包括：面料层、织物层，所述的面料层外表面覆盖有一层织物层，所述的织物层为府绸，所述的面料层为啥味呢，所述的府绸由棉、涤、毛、锦混纺纱织成的平纹细密织物，所述的啥味呢是由精梳毛纱制成的中厚型混色斜纹毛织物，上述材料制成的面料，具有能够在长时间穿着或者洗完不熨烫，都没有皱褶，而且衣服的舒适度和柔软性比较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，特别是涉及一种柔软舒适免烫面料。
背景技术
衣服泛指身上穿的各种衣裳服装，衣服的本意是防寒保暖，护身的介质；而在现代社会衣服已经逐渐演化为人体的装饰物品，更多的时候象征了一个人的生活水准和社会地位；同时在衣服基本功能不变的基础上，人们越来越多的注重衣物对身体的保健作用，不断的研发衣服的新材料，利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中，增加了衣服的功能性。
现有的生产衣服的面料一般由一种材质制成，特点也比较单一，造成面料的柔软性和舒适等特点不可兼得，这将大大降低了穿着衣服的舒适度，同时面料的丝线机构比较简单，长期间穿着或者洗完不熨烫，衣服会有褶皱，会影响衣服的穿着效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种柔软舒适免烫面料，能够在长时间穿着或者洗完不熨烫，都没有皱褶，而且衣服的舒适度和柔软性比较好。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种柔软舒适免烫面料，包括：面料层、织物层，所述的面料层外表面覆盖有一层织物层，所述的织物层为府绸，所述的面料层为啥味呢，所述的府绸由棉、涤、毛、锦混纺纱织成的平纹细密织物，所述的啥味呢是由精梳毛纱制成的中厚型混色斜纹毛织物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的啥味呢分毛面啥味呢、沅面啥味呢及混纺啥味呢。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的啥味呢纹路倾角约45°。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述的府绸的经密与纬密之比一般为1.8～2.2：1。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明柔软舒适免烫面料，包括：面料层、织物层，所述的面料层外表面覆盖有一层织物层，所述的织物层为府绸，所述的面料层为啥味呢，所述的府绸由棉、涤、毛、锦混纺纱织成的平纹细密织物，所述的啥味呢是由精梳毛纱制成的中厚型混色斜纹毛织物，上述材料制成的面料，具有能够在长时间穿着或者洗完不熨烫，都没有皱褶，而且衣服的舒适度和柔软性比较好。

优选的，所述的府绸由棉、涤、毛、锦混纺纱织成的平纹细密织物，府绸质地细密、轻薄、布面柔软、滑爽、挺括，表面织纹清晰颗粒饱满，光泽莹润，有好的质感。
优选的，所述的啥味呢是由精梳毛纱制成的中厚型混色斜纹毛织物，啥味呢织品经轻微缩绒整理后，呢面有短小毛绒，且毛脚平整，手感软糯，有身骨、有弹性，光泽自然，斜纹隐约可见。
优选的，所述的啥味呢分毛面啥味呢、沅面啥味呢及混纺啥味呢，毛面啥味呢沅泽自然柔和，底纹隐约可见，手感不板不糙，糯而不烂，有身骨，光面啥味呢面无茸毛，纹路清晰，光洁平整无极光，手感滑而挺括。混纺啥味呢，挺括抗皱，易洗免烫，有较好服装保形性。
优选的，所述的啥味呢纹路倾角约45°。
优选的，所述的府绸的经密与纬密之比一般为1.8～2.2：1，由于经密明显大于纬密，织物表面形成了由经纱凸起部分构成的菱形粒纹。
本发明柔软舒适免烫面料，解决了技术方案里的缺陷，包括：面料层、织物层，所述的面料层外表面覆盖有一层织物层，所述的织物层为府绸，所述的面料层为啥味呢，所述的府绸由棉、涤、毛、锦混纺纱织成的平纹细密织物，所述的啥味呢是由精梳毛纱制成的中厚型混色斜纹毛织物，上述材料制成的面料，具有能够在长时间穿着或者洗完不熨烫，都没有皱褶，而且衣服的舒适度和柔软性比较好。

1.一种柔软舒适免烫面料，其特征在于，包括：面料层、织物层，所述的面料层外表面覆盖有一层织物层，所述的织物层为府绸，所述的面料层为啥味呢，所述的府绸由棉、涤、毛、锦混纺纱织成的平纹细密织物，所述的啥味呢是由精梳毛纱制成的中厚型混色斜纹毛织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔软舒适免烫面料，其特征在于，所述的啥味呢分毛面啥味呢、沅面啥味呢及混纺啥味呢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔软舒适免烫面料，其特征在于，所述的啥味呢纹路倾角约45°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔软舒适免烫面料，其特征在于，所述的府绸的经密与纬密之比一般为1.8～2.2：1。
