本发明涉及自动扶梯梯级主轮与梯级链条的连接结构。
背景技术
在自动扶梯上,现有的梯级主轮装在梯级链条的链板之间,梯级链条带着梯级主轮移动,实现梯级的运转,这样梯级链条的链板不能太厚,通常为5mm,导致梯级链条的拉伸载荷小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供将梯级主轮设置在梯级链条外侧并对链板进行加厚的梯级主轮与梯级链条的连接结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:自动扶梯梯级主轮与梯级链条的连接结构,所述梯级主轮设置在所述梯级链条的外侧,所述梯级链条的链板加厚至7mm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:梯级主轮设置在梯级链条的外侧,这样梯级主轮就不会占用梯级链条的内部空间,梯级链条的链板可以进行加厚,加厚至7mm,这样可以提高梯级链条的拉伸载荷,拉伸载荷可以在350000N以上。

参见图1所示,自动扶梯梯级主轮与梯级链条的连接结构,梯级主轮1设置在梯级链条2的外侧,这样梯级主轮1就不会占用梯级链条2的内部空间,梯级链条2的链板3可以进行加厚,加厚至7mm,这样可以提高梯级链条的拉伸载荷,拉伸载荷可以在350000N以上。
