Abstract

垃圾固化处理制备砌筑材料新工艺,包括以下步骤:将生活垃圾分拣,剔除所含塑料、金属后,破碎成最大尺寸小于5mm的碎块;将建筑垃圾粉碎成最大尺寸小于3mm的颗粒;将生石灰粉、硫铝酸盐水泥、生石膏粉、硫铝酸钙粉混合,构成凝固剂;将生活垃圾、建筑垃圾与凝固剂混合构成混合基料;将混合基料充填至预定的模具内压制成型,在常温、常压下36~72小时后脱模,自然养护28~30大,即得所需砌筑材料。本发明将生活垃圾和建筑垃圾稍加处理后,与理想的凝固剂混合加工出砌筑材料,较大程度的简化了垃圾预处理的步骤,降低了垃圾处理的成本。该工艺投入少、成本低、收效好。

Description

垃圾固化处理制备砌筑材料新工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理利用技术,具体地说是一种将垃圾固化处理制备砌筑材料的工艺方法。
背景技术
目前,对生活垃圾的处理方式通常采用分类回收、填埋、焚烧等方法,这些方法收效少、污染大、耗资多,而目前对建筑垃圾的处理则通常采用填埋、作地基基础等手段。中国专利公开了一种“垃圾处理利用固化工艺”该工艺可将生活垃圾固化处理成砌筑材料,使生活垃圾得到很好的处理利用,但该工艺存在的不足是:1、仅能够处理生活垃圾,无法处理建筑垃圾;2、生活垃圾预处理的工序较麻烦,预处理生活垃圾需要对其进行干燥或焚烧后再粉碎,处理的过程较长、成本较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种垃圾固化处理制备砌筑材料新工艺,该工艺可将生活垃圾及建筑垃圾共同处理利用,且处理工艺简单、收效好。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的垃圾固化处理制备砌筑材料新工艺包括以下步骤:
a、将生活垃圾分拣,剔除所含塑料、金属后,破碎成最大尺寸小于5mm的碎块;
b、将建筑垃圾粉碎成最大尺寸小于3mm的颗粒;
c、将生石灰粉、硫铝酸盐水泥、生石膏粉、硫铝酸钙粉混合,构成凝固剂,凝固剂各组分的重量份为:
生石灰粉10~20、硫铝酸盐水泥10~15、生石膏粉2~5、硫铝酸钙粉2.5~5;
d、将生活垃圾、建筑垃圾与凝固剂混合构成混合基料,混合基料各组分的重量份为:
生活垃圾4~5、建筑垃圾2~4、凝固剂3~4;
e、将混合基料充填至预定的模具内压制成型,在常温、常压下36~72小时后脱模,自然养护28~30天,即得所需砌筑材料。
由上述方案可见,凝固剂与生活垃圾、建筑垃圾混合被压制成型后,经中和、烧结、凝固及石化过程最终形成硬质材料,凝固剂中所含的石膏可起到加快凝固的作用,凝固剂中所含的石灰一则能提高凝固的速度、二则能对垃圾中的有害物起到充分的杀生、分解、脱水、封闭作用。
本发明将生活垃圾和建筑垃圾稍加处理后,与理想的凝固剂混合加工出砌筑材料,较大程度的简化了垃圾预处理的步骤,降低了垃圾处理的成本。该工艺投入少、成本低、收效好。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图进一步说明本发明。
参见附图,本发明的一具体实施例的工艺步骤如下:
a、将生活垃圾分拣,剔除所含塑料、金属后,破碎成最大尺寸小于5mm的碎块,所述的塑料主要是指塑料袋、废旧塑料制品等;
b、将建筑垃圾中尺寸较大的块状体粉碎成最大尺寸小于3mm的颗粒;
c、将生石灰粉、硫铝酸盐水泥、生石膏粉、硫铝酸钙粉混合,构成凝固剂,凝固剂各组分的重量份为:
生石灰粉15、硫铝酸盐水泥12.5、生石膏粉3、硫铝酸钙粉3.5,
生石灰粉、生石膏粉、硫铝酸钙粉的粒度均为70~90目,一般以80目为佳;
d、将生活垃圾、建筑垃圾与凝固剂混合构成混合基料,混合基料各组分的重量份为:
生活垃圾4.5  建筑垃圾3  凝固剂3.5
e、将混合基料充填至预定的模具内压制成型,在常温、常压下48小时后脱模,自然养护28天,即得所需砌筑材料。
由本发明提供的工艺获得的砌筑材料有着较广泛的用途,如用于铺建公路、建一般场地基础、造轻体墙板、造排水管道、造地砖等。

Claims (2)

1.垃圾固化处理制备砌筑材料新工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、将生活垃圾分拣,剔除所含塑料、金属后,破碎成最大尺寸小于5mm的碎块;
b、将建筑垃圾粉碎成最大尺寸小于3mm的颗粒;
c、将生石灰粉、硫铝酸盐水泥、生石膏粉、硫铝酸钙粉混合,构成凝固剂,凝固剂各组分的重量份为:
生石灰粉10~20、硫铝酸盐水泥10~15、生石膏粉2~5、硫铝酸钙粉2.5~5;
d、将生活垃圾、建筑垃圾与凝固剂混合构成混合基料,混合基料各组分的重量份为:
生活垃圾4~5、建筑垃圾2~4、凝固剂3~4;
e、将混合基料充填至预定的模具内压制成型,在常温、常压下36~72小时后脱模,自然养护28~30天,即得所需砌筑材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾固化处理制备砌筑材料新工艺,其特征在于:生石灰粉、生石膏粉、硫铝酸钙粉的粒度均为70~90目。
