本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分中所述的家用器具。 
背景技术
一般类型的家用器具是公知的。因此,必须探测家用器具的门锁位置,以确保家用器具的安全操作。例如,在洗碗机中,如果门不再关闭,再循环泵停止。这被设计成避免由于水的喷出而造成灼伤。 
公知的是,门锁位置可通过使用簧片开关探测。簧片开关包括设置在受保护的封闭件中的可磁化的开关触头,所述开关触头通过外部永磁体移动到关闭或打开位置。永磁体设置在门锁的可移动的闭合部件上。如果门锁现被打开,簧片开关移动出永磁体的作用范围。根据电路,这打开或关闭簧片开关,且电路的变化能够被监视电路探测。 
这些类型的簧片开关的不足在于,由于短路或中断产生的故障将会被解释和认为是正常状态,从而不能被识别。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有自诊断能力的家用器具。 
本发明基于这样一种家用器具,特别是带水运行的家用器具,例如家用洗碗机,其具有至少一个门,借此,该门可打开或关闭家用器具的处理区域。而且,门位置探测装置被提供用于探测打开或关闭的门位置。 
本发明的上述目的通过所述门位置探测装置实现,对于打开或关闭的门位置,所述门位置探测装置提供与门位置对应的信号,尤其是偏离零的信号。从而,对于门的每个位置,均可获得信号,该信号的存在表明门位置探测装置是可操作的。 
优选地,在这种情况下,对于打开和关闭的门位置,门位置探测装置提供彼此相反的信号。这使得可通过对两个信号中的一个信号求反以及随 后的监测偏差进行特别简单的信号处理来检查操作性能。

在这种情况下,门位置探测装置可包括光垒(Lichtschranke),对于该光垒,例如不同的门位置被分配不同的颜色,使得可基于颜色探测当前的门位置。此外,除了可见光以外,也可使用UV或IR辐射。 
在另一可选的实施例中,门位置探测装置被实施成用于电容探测,不同的门位置被分配不同的电容值。 
然而,在另一可选的实施例中,门位置探测装置被实施成用于感应探测。类似地,不同的门位置被分配给不同的电感。 
优选地,在这种情况下,门位置探测装置具有至少一个永磁体和磁开关,使得装置具有简单的结构布局。 
还优选地,磁开关是霍尔传感器。这可利用以下事实:对于霍尔传感器的已知输入信号,该输入信号的反信号出现在其输出端处。因此,对于已知的输入信号,可推导期望的输出信号。如果该期望的输出信号没有到来,或是要监测的门锁打开,或是存在普通电路故障。这使得能够以简单的方式集成附加的安全功能。 
在这种情况下,优选地,门能够借助于闭合装置卡锁在至少一个门位置处,例如卡锁在门封闭家用器具的处理区域的门位置处。为此,在例如家用器具的情况下,可使用所谓的速开式锁,借助该锁,仅需要施加最小的力打开门而不需要钥匙等。在这种情况下,闭合装置确保门在家用器具的操作过程中还保持关闭,且不会被处理区域中获得的内部压力压开,该内部压力例如通过处理区域的空气的加热而产生。 
在这种情况下,优选地,门位置探测装置为门锁位置探测装置。因此,锁的门锁碰撞件的位置而不是门的位置被探测。这允许采用特别紧凑的布局,其中,永磁体以及霍尔传感器集成在门锁位置探测装置中。而且,永磁体以及霍尔传感器可设置在门上或家用器具的壳体上, 
还优选地,霍尔传感器能够通过移动门、尤其是通过关闭它而被处于永磁体的作用范围内。 
在一个优选的实施例中,监测电路产生被供给霍尔传感器的确定的信号,且检查霍尔传感器的输出信号的似真性。 
为此,监测电路优选包括比较电路,该比较电路将霍尔传感器的输出信号与霍尔传感器的给定信号进行比较,使得如果偏离霍尔传感器的取反的输入信号,则可推出装置不正确地操作。 
在这种情况下,优选地,如果霍尔传感器的输出信号偏离给定信号,产生信号。该信号可在家用器具的控制器中被进一步处理,且可触发不同的安全措施,例如,如果门未关闭,关断泵例如再循环泵或加热装置。这可包括光学和/或声警告信号。 
在本发明的优选实施例中,在霍尔传感器的输入端存在的确定的信号是例如具有固定的时钟频率的脉冲信号。这使得可通过简单地对该脉冲信号取反以尤其简单的方式校准霍尔传感器的输出端的反信号。 
在这种情况下,优选地,所述确定的信号是方波信号。而且,优选地,家用器具是洗碗机。 
最后,用于家用器具的门锁位置探测装置也属于本发明。

图1示出了洗碗机10的一部分的示意图。洗碗机10具有壳体12,该壳体12能够由门14封闭。门14铰接在壳体12上,使得它能够沿双向箭头16所示的方向相应地打开或关闭。洗碗机10的布局和操作方法通常是公知的,因此,在本说明书中对这些没有进行任何更详细地讨论。

而且,设有门闭合探测装置64,其包括至少一个永磁体34和充当磁开关36的霍尔传感器。在这种情况下,永磁体34设置在门14上,而霍尔传感器36加装到壳体12上的固定位置处。 
当闭合装置18打开时,门锁碰撞件20产生运动。永磁体34设置在门锁碰撞件20上,永磁体的作用范围在关闭门14时在霍尔传感器36的探测范围内。霍尔传感器36连接到监测电路38。在这种情况下,经由连接线62,霍尔传感器36的输入端40连接到监测电路的输出端42,霍尔传感器36的输出端44连接到监测电路38的输入端46。监测电路38的开关输出端48连接到用于洗碗机10的再循环泵电机54的电供给电路52的开关元件50。 
图1中示出的电路配置示出了以下功能: 
当洗碗机10按照常规使用时,门14被关闭。这意味着,门锁碰撞件20咬配在卡锁件22中,使得永磁体34相对于霍尔传感器36处于确定的位置。如果致动装置24在洗碗机10的操作过程中此时意外地被致动,永磁体34的位置相对于霍尔传感器36变化。霍尔传感器36的霍尔电压的相关变化由监测电路38探测,且向再循环泵电机54产生关断信号。这通过使电路断开器50动作进行。 
监测电路38同时包含霍尔传感器36的自监控。为此,在监测电路38的输出端42处具有确定的信号,霍尔传感器经由其输入端40被供给该确定的信号。经由监测电路38的输入端46供给的该输入信号的反信号此时在输出端44处。监测电路38可使用比较电路56,以将监测电路38处的实际输入信号与期望的给定输入信号进行比较。如果信号不同,则或是霍尔传感器36存在故障,或是在监测电路38与霍尔传感器36之间的连接线62中存在中断或短路。 
将参看图2解释比较电路56。一方面,比较电路56产生出现在监测电路38的输出端42处的输出信号58,另一方面,它接收存在于监测电路38的输入端46处的输入信号60。输出信号58经由电阻器R1和R2的分压器供给到输出端42,从而出现在霍尔传感器36的输入端40处。该输出信号58经由输入晶体管T1供给到霍尔传感器36的感测芯片55,所述输入晶体管T1的集电极连接到输入端40。 
反输入信号此时出现在霍尔传感器36的输出端44处,所述反输入信号经由监测电路38的输入端46作为信号供给到比较电路56。 
在所示的示例中,监测电路38的输出信号58是具有预定时钟频率的方波信号。如果***正确地操作,该信号60此时是信号58的刚好相反的信号。这意味着,当信号58具有电位LOW时,信号60具有电位HIGH,当信号58具有电位HIGH,信号60具有电位LOW。 
信号60此时可根据信号58经由比较电路56被评价,以确定该实际信号60是否与期望的给定信号对应。如果该比较结果表明在期望信号与实际信号60之间存在偏差,则经由比较电路56在监测电路38的输出端48处产生用于中断电供给电路52(图1)的警告信号。

Claims (12)

1.一种家用器具(10),至少具有门(14)和被实施成用于感应探测的、用于探测打开或关闭的门位置的门位置探测装置(64),其中,所述门位置探测装置具有至少一个永磁体(34)和霍尔传感器(36),并且对于门的打开和关闭位置,门位置探测装置提供与门位置相应的信号,其特征在于,
-门位置探测装置连接到监测电路(38),所述监测电路至少被实施为检查门位置探测装置的操作性能,
-监测电路(38)包括比较电路(56),所述比较电路将霍尔传感器(36)的输出信号与霍尔传感器(36)的给定信号进行比较并且如果霍尔传感器(36)的输出信号偏离给定信号,所述比较电路产生信号,及
-家用器具(10)的控制器进一步处理该信号并且根据该信号触发关断泵或加热装置形式的安全措施。
