本发明是用于换热器中的一种组合式百叶窗形破口翅片,它是对普通平板翅片的改进,它具有基片,基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:在基片上,围绕管孔周边冲制有若干扇形破口,而在横向上两两管孔之间冲制有一个桥形破口,并在桥形破口的两边各冲制有一个台形破口;本发明可以有效破坏翅片在使用中因流体沿表面流动时产生的“附面层”,加强流体的扰动,同时能有效地防止流体中固体粉尘沉积,广泛用于石油化工、船舶、冶金、舰艇、电力等行业高性能要求的油换热器、气体换热器,特别是对于流体的流场Reynold′s数为5000-6000条件下,具有最佳的传热效果。

Description

组合式百叶窗形破口翅片 
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,是用于换热器中的组合式百叶窗形破口翅片。 
(二)背景技术:
应用翅片是提高换热器效率简捷而有效的手段之一。普通的翅片是在一平板基片上冲制若干管孔,称之为平板翅片。实验表明,平板翅片在使用中,因流体沿平壁表面流动时,紧靠壁面存在一层“附面层”,该“附面层”的热阻很大,温度梯度就很大,影响传热效率。为了解决“附面层”所带来的问题,人门开始研究采取扰流措施,以减少“附面层”的厚度,甚至破坏“附面层”的形成。最近已设计出波纹翅片,及各种桥形破口翅片,对解决“附面层”问题产生了积极的效果。但实验表明,翅片表面的形状对于不同的Reynold′s数流体的流场其传热效果有着极大的影响,每一种形状的翅片对某一区间的Reynold′s数流体的流场有最佳值。 
(三)发明内容:
本发明的目的就是要解决现有平板翅片热阻大,温度梯度大,影响传热效率的问题,提供一种特别适合于流体的流场Reynold′s数为5000-6000条件下的,具有优异传热效率的双层扇形与桥形破口组合形翅片。 
本发明的具体方案是:针对平板翅片进行改进,它具有基片,基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:在基片上,围绕管孔周边冲制有若干扇形破口,而在横向上两两管孔之间冲制有一个桥形破口,并在桥形破口的两边各冲制有一个台形破口。 
本发明中,在基片上,围绕管孔周边冲制有四个均布的扇形破口。 
本发明结构简单,其扇形破口、桥形破口、台形破口在基片上的组合(形成百叶窗破口)应用,能有效破坏翅片在使用中因流体沿表面流动时产生的“附面层”,加强流体的扰动,同时能有效地防止流体中固体粉尘沉积,广泛用于石油化工、船舶、冶金、舰艇、电力等行业高性能要求的油换热器、气体换热器。本发明特别适合于流体的流场Reynold′s数为5000-6000条件下,具有优异的传热效率,在该条件下,本发明翅片比平板翅片传热效率提高20-30%,比普通桥形破口翅片传热效率提高15%以上。

(五)具体实施方式:
参见图1、图2、图3,本发明采用铜片1作基片(其长宽按换热器的布置空间需要确定),在铜片1上冲制若干管孔2(根据换热管的布置确定管孔的位置及数量),特别是在铜片1上围绕管孔2周边冲制有四个扇形破口3(参见图4),在横向上两两管孔之间冲制有一个桥形破口4(参见图5),并在桥形破口4的两边各冲制有一个台形破口5(参见图6),即制成本发明翅片。

1.组合式百叶窗形破口翅片,具有基片,基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:在基片上,围绕管孔周边冲制有若干扇形破口,而在横向上两两管孔之间冲制有一个桥形破口,并在桥形破口的两边各冲制有一个台形破口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式百叶窗形破口翅片,其特征是:在基片上,围绕管孔周边冲制有四个均布的扇形破口。
