技术领域
本发明涉及一种通信电缆,尤其是铁路行业使用的数字信号电缆。
背景技术
现有铁路数字信号电缆由于用材和结构方面存在的不足,使电缆在铁路行业中使用时其抗拉强度、抗弯曲性能难以适应使用要求,易受损坏导致通信故障。
发明内容
为了克服现有铁路数字信号电缆的不足,本发明提供一种钢带纵包铁路数字信号电缆,具有较高的抗拉强度和较好的抗弯曲性能,能够适应在铁路行业中的使用要求。
本发明提供的钢带纵包铁路数字信号电缆,包括含有导线组的缆芯及其外护套,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有内衬层和采用轧纹钢带纵包结构的钢带铠装层。
本发明的有益效果是:抗拉强度和抗弯曲性能好,钢带用量少,生产速度快,制造成本低。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,制作本发明时,首先将由导线5组成的数个导线组6绞合制成缆芯2,然后在缆芯2外包覆由聚乙烯制成的内衬层3,再用经轧纹后的镀锌钢带在内衬层3外纵向包覆钢带铠装层1,最后采用电缆护套料包覆外护套4,即制成本发明。

1、一种钢带纵包铁路数字信号电缆,包括含有导线组的缆芯及其外护套,其特征在于在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有内衬层和采用轧纹钢带纵包结构的钢带铠装层。
