Abstract
一种用于手术台的患者支承面的输送车,包括底盘、两个设置于底盘上的支架(58)和提升装置(48),支架在其上端分别具有一个用于与患者支承面上的互补的接口相连接的接口(60),提升装置用于调整支架上端的所述接口相对于底盘的高度。支架由一回转框架(34)支撑,其围绕水平转动轴线(42)可转动地支承在底盘上并且能借助行于程装置调节,支架分别通过一具有平行于转动轴线的活节轴线(64)的活节(62)与回转框架相连接,支架分别在活节的垂直距离上借助一具有平行于转动轴线的滚子轴线(69)的滚子(68)在固定于底盘上的导轨(70)中引导,使得通过活节轴线和滚子轴线垂直于活节轴线和滚子轴线延伸的线在调整回转框架时保持垂直。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于手术台的患者支承面的输送车。
背景技术
在这样的输送车已知的实施形式中,支架被设计成可伸缩的,以便通过将支架推到一起或相互拉开使对接口的高度调整成为可能。对于患者强大的偏心支撑而产生高的倾覆力矩导致在这种类型的高度引导中产生高的摩擦。为了克服所述摩擦必须相应地设置强劲的驱动装置来调整高度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种前述类型的输送车,在所述输送车上可实现低摩擦地调整高度。
依据本发明,该目的将通过如下方式实现,即提供一种用于手术台的患者支承面的输送车,包括一个底盘、两个设置于底盘上的支架和一个提升装置,所述支架在其上端分别具有一个用于与患者支承面上的互补的接口相连接的接口,所述提升装置用于调整支架上端的所述接口相对于底盘的高度,所述支架由一个回转框架支撑,该回转框架围绕一水平的转动轴线可转动地支承在底盘上并且可借助提升装置调整,所述支架分别通过一个具有平行于转动轴线的活节轴线的活节与所述回转框架相连接,并且支架分别在与活节的垂直距离上借助一具有平行于转动轴线的滚子轴线的滚子在底盘上被引导,使得通过活节轴线和滚子轴线、与所述活节轴线和滚子轴线垂直延伸的线在调整滚子框架时保持垂直。
在高度调整时涉及到的部件全部设置在旋转活节或回转活节上,这些活节能够非常低摩擦地工作。因此功率损耗更少,并且相应地提升驱动装置能够简单经济地构成,因为该提升驱动装置不必吸收侧面导向力。
回转框架优选包括两个铰接在底盘上的梁,所述梁分别由一个支架支撑并通过一横支杆相互连接,所述提升装置作用于所述横支杆上。
提升装置可以包括液压的提升单元或提升装置设计成机电式的。
所述滚子优选由一滚子轴承构成,该滚子轴承与相应的支架连接并在底盘上引导。例如导轨可以由一在固定于底盘上的部件中的长孔构成,所述滚子轴承在所述长孔中运动。从一个通过活节中点的、围绕回转框架的转动轴线画出的圆出发,分别在垂直平行线上划出与活节轴线和滚子轴线的间距对应的线段,通过这种方式得到导轨的轨迹。导轨通过将远离所述圆的线段末端相连接的线给出。

具体实施方式
图1-3中示出的输送车包括一总体上用标记10标示的底盘,其具有底盘框架12,该底盘框架12包括两个纵梁14,所述纵梁通过两个横梁16相互连接。在纵梁14的端部分别设置导向轮18。在纵梁14的中间区域通过一个突出部分20(图3)分别固定一个垂直定向的板22。在所述板的下面的边缘上固定一导轨24,其在接近相应纵梁14的前端处与该纵梁经由臂26连接并朝向输送车的前端向外弯曲。导轨24应当便于输送车驶向手术台的支柱,在手术台上有患者支承面。另外,一个三角形的轮架28围绕一轴30可转动地支承在板22的下端部上,支撑轮32可旋转地支承在所述轮架28上。轮架28的转动能够抬起支撑轮32或将其降低到地面上。
底盘10支撑一总体上用标号34标示的回转框架,其包括两个纵梁36,所述纵梁36在其一端通过一横支杆38(图3)相互连接并分别在其另外的端部上围绕一转动轴线42可转动地铰接在一由相应纵梁14支撑的支承座40上。除横支杆38外,两纵梁36靠近横支杆38还通过弓形件44相互连接,一液压的提升缸48的活塞杆46作用在该弓形件44的纵向中点上,所述液压的提升缸48本身在两个臂50之间围绕一转动轴线52可转动地支承,所述两个臂50与横梁16之一刚性连接。所述液压的提升缸48能够通过设置在底盘10两侧的踏板54操纵,以便在图1示出的最深位置和图2示出的最高位之间沿双箭头B的方向调整回转框架34。
每个纵梁36在一中部区域支撑一支承座56,一支架58在一活节62中围绕一活节轴线64可转动地支承在该支承座56上,支架58包括一接口60,为了联接,该接口用于与一在手术台的一未示出的患者支承面上的互补的接口联接。另外,所述支架58包括一与接口60刚性连接的剑形物66,其在下端支撑一具有滚子轴线69的滚子轴承68。所述滚子轴承68在一由在板22内的弯曲的长孔构成的导轨70内导向。所述剑形物66的导向保证支架58在回转框架34围绕转动轴线42转动的情况下始终保持在由点划线72示出的垂直位置上。导轨70的形状可以简单地以如下方式确定,即从围绕转动轴线42所画出的并通过活节轴线64延伸的圆出发,在平行垂直线上分别划出在活节轴线64和滚子轴线69之间的距离。通过这些线段的底点的连接线对应于导轨70的轨迹。
Claims (9)
1.用于手术台的患者支承面的输送车,包括一个底盘(10)、两个设置于底盘上的支架(58)和一个提升装置(48),所述支架在其上端分别具有一个用于与患者支承面上的互补的接口相连接的接口(60),所述提升装置(48)用于调整支架上端的所述接口(60)相对于底盘(10)的高度,其特征在于,所述支架(58)由一回转框架(34)支撑,该回转框架(34)围绕一水平转动轴线(42)可转动地支承在所述底盘(10)上并且能够借助于提升装置(48)调节,所述支架(58)分别通过一具有平行于转动轴线(42)的活节轴线(64)的活节(62)与回转框架(34)相连接,并且所述支架(58)分别在活节(62)的垂直距离上借助一具有平行于所述转动轴线的滚子轴线(69)的滚子(68)在一固定于底盘上的导轨(70)中引导,使得通过活节轴线(64)和滚子轴线(68)、垂直于活节轴线(64)和滚子轴线(68)延伸的线(70)在调整所述回转框架(34)时保持垂直。
2.按照权利要求1所述的输送车,其特征在于,回转框架(34)包括两个铰接在底盘(10)上的梁(36),所述梁(36)分别支撑一个支架(58)并且通过弓形件(44)相互连接,所述提升装置(48)作用在所述弓形件(44)上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的输送车,其特征在于,所述提升装置(48)包括至少一个液压的提升单元。
4.按照权利要求2所述的输送车,其特征在于,所述提升装置(48)包括至少一个液压的提升单元。
5.按照权利要求1所述的输送车,其特征在于,所述提升装置具有至少一个机电的提升单元。
6.按照权利要求2所述的输送车,其特征在于,所述提升装置具有至少一个机电的提升单元。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的输送车,其特征在于,在相应支架(58)上的滚子由一滚子轴承(68)构成。
8.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的输送车,其特征在于,所述导轨(70)由一在固定于底盘上的部件(22)中的长孔构成。
9.按照权利要求7所述的输送车,其特征在于,所述导轨(70)由一在固定于底盘上的部件(22)中的长孔构成。
