Abstract

光学传感器装置
技术领域
本发明涉及具有光导体结构(photoconductor)的光学传感器装置,具有第一和第二局部元件和用于将光学传感器装置与窗板(pane)、特别是机动车挡风玻璃的相对的对应表面耦合的耦合表面,将光线束耦合至第一局部元件中的光学发射器,接收从第二局部元件发出的光线束的光学接收器,和发射器及接收器位于其上的印刷电路板。
背景技术
EP 0 833 764 B1公开了这样的传感器。在该公知装置中,印刷电路板垂直于机动车的挡风玻璃设置。从发射器平行于挡风玻璃平面地发出的光束经辐射导体的输入部件耦合到挡风玻璃。为此,光束在经另外两个偏转表面通过平行于挡风玻璃设置的耦合表面离开输入部件并进入挡风玻璃之前,首先在第一偏转表面被偏转90度至平行于印刷电路板的方向。在挡风玻璃中多次反射之后,光束从挡风玻璃出射并经与输入部件对称形成的输出部件而被引导至印刷电路板上的接收器上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种光学传感器装置,其具有更简单且更紧凑的结构,该光学传感器装置可以更低的成本制造。
按照本发明,提供了开始所提到的那类传感器装置,其中印刷电路板平行于耦合表面设置,且设计光导体结构,使得发射器的中央光线束垂直于耦合表面地进入第一局部元件并垂直于耦合表面地从第二局部元件出射。按照本发明的具有发射器和接收器的印刷电路板的设置不仅在垂直于挡风玻璃的方向上节省了结构空间,而且使得以更少的偏转表面实现的结构成为可能。与EP 0 833 764 B1所公开的结构相比,按照本发明的结构仅需要两个偏转表面,而EP 0 833 764 B1中从发射器发出的光束在进入挡风玻璃之前被偏转3次。这也同样适用于将光束在离开挡风玻璃之后引导至接收器。
按照本发明的传感器装置的有利和高效的特点将从权利要求中显然看出。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了传感器装置的光学元件的展开的二维示图,即图1不是传统的截面图。选择展开的示图是因为传感器装置的基本结构和光线路径可以比截面示图更好地看到。此外,实际三维形式的传感器装置对本发明不重要。
传感器装置具有分别为红外发射二极管和红外接收二极管的光学发射器10和光学接收器12,它们被设置在印刷电路板14(图1中未示出)上。光导体结构基本由两个相同构造的局部元件16,18构成,局部元件16,18形成由透明塑料材料所构成的对称的连续光导体。光导体结构以耦合表面20被耦合至窗板22的相对对应表面。平行于承载有发射器10和接收器12的印刷电路板14地设置接触表面20,使得印刷电路板14也在平行于窗板22的平面中延伸。在第一局部元件16的面对发射器10的端部上形成非球面透镜24,即所述透镜面对发射器10。第二非球面透镜26在第二局部元件18上形成且面对接收器12。
从发射器10发出的光束通过第一非球面透镜24进入光导体结构的第一局部元件16。在此将讨论该光束中在垂至于耦合表面20的方向上进入第一局部元件16的中央光线28。在全反射的情况下,中央光线28在第一偏转表面30被偏转90度,其中第一偏转表面30相对于中央光线28倾斜45度角,因此所述光线平行于耦合表面20取向。在面对第一偏转表面30并相对于耦合表面20倾斜某个锐角α的第二偏转表面32进一步全反射后,中央光线28从第一局部元件16出射穿过耦合表面20并以特定入射角β进入窗板22。
中央光线28在与耦合表面20相对的窗板22的内表面上经过一个全反射,并以对应于入射角β的出射角γ从窗板22出射并穿过耦合表面20进入光导体结构的第二局部元件18。由于光导体结构的对称构造,第二局部元件18中的光线路径与第一局部元件16中的光线路径对称,即中央光线28在第三偏转表面34上第一全反射后平行于耦合表面20取向,并在第四偏转表面36上第二全反射后垂直于耦合表面20取向。中央光线28因此通过第二非球面透镜26垂至于耦合表面20地从第二局部元件18出射并入射到设置在印刷电路板14上的接收器12上。
在图1中还示出了光束的两个***光线38,40的光线路径。第一非球面透镜24确保光束的所有光线平行于中央光线28进入第一局部元件16。在光导体结构中和在窗板22中,所有光线经历相同的5个全反射(两个在第一局部元件16中,一个在窗板22中,还有两个在第二局部元件18中),与中央光线28相同。第二局部元件8上的第二非球面透镜26将从光导体结构出射的光线聚束在一起,使得所有光线被引导到接收器12。
在图2a和2b中示出了将传感器装置耦合至窗板22的两个不同方式。按照图2a的方式,在传感器装置和窗板22之间提供弹性垫42,而在图2b的方式中,固定到传感器装置外壳44的结构耦合器46被粘到窗板22上。
图3示出图2a的传感器装置的各个部件。印刷电路板14和两组上述光学元件被安置在外壳44中,其中外壳44由面向弹性垫42和窗板22的壳体部件48及盖子50组成。相应地,两个发射器20和两个接收器12被设置在印刷电路板14上。
光学传感器装置特别适于但不排他地适于作为可以被设置在机动车挡风玻璃上的雨水传感器。

Claims (7)

1.一种光学传感器装置,包括:
光导体结构,具有第一和第二局部元件(16,18)和用于将所述光学传感器装置耦合至窗板(22)、特别是机动车挡风玻璃的相对对应表面的耦合表面(20),
光学发射器(10),用于将光线束耦合至所述第一局部元件(16)中,
光学接收器(12),用于接收从所述第二局部元件(18)出射的光线束,以及
印刷电路板(14),其中所述发射器(10)和接收器(12)被设置在所述印刷电路板(14)上,
其特征在于,所述印刷电路板(14)平行于所述耦合表面(20)地设置,且设计所述光导体结构,使得所述发射器(10)的中央光线(28)垂直于所述耦合表面(20)地进入所述第一局部元件(16),并垂直于所述耦合表面(20)地从所述第二局部元件(18)出射。
2.如权利要求1所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述发射器(10)的中央光线(28)在所述光导体结构的第一局部元件(16)中第一全反射后平行于所述耦合表面(20)取向。
3.如权利要求2所述的传感器装置,其特征在于所述所述发射器(10)的中央光线(28)在光导体结构的第二局部元件(18)中第一次全反射后平行于所述耦合表面(20)取向,并在第二次全反射后垂直于所述耦合表面(2)取向。
4.如前述任一权利要求所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,在所述第一局部元件(16)上,与所述发射器(10)相对地形成有第一非球面透镜(24)。
5.如权利要求1所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,在所述第二局部元件(18)上,与所述接收器(12)相对地形成有第二非球面透镜(26)。
6.如权利要求1所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述两个局部元件(16,18)形成由透明塑料材料构成的连续光导体。
7.如权利要求1所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述发射器(10)的中央光线(28)在窗板(22)上经历单个全反射。
