Abstract

THE SYSTEM INCLUDES A HOPPER TO RECEIVE SUSPENSION AND STERILE MEDIA THAT HAVE A HYDROPHOBO COATING TO ATTRACT THE MINERAL PARTICLES. THE HOPPER PROVIDES A MIXTURE OF STERILE MEDIUM AND SUSPENSION IN A VESSEL WILLING TO MAKE THE MIXTURE TO INCREASE CONTACT BETWEEN SUSPENSION AND STERILE ENVIRONMENT TO ALLOW THE MINERAL PARTICLES TO ADHER TO THE STERILE MEDIUM. LOADED MEDIA OF MINERALS ARE TRANSPORTED TO A RINSE STATION WHERE WATER JETS ARE USED TO WASH THE GANGA MATERIALS OF THE LOADED MEDIA. THE MEDIA LOADED BY RINSEED MINERALS MIXED WITH A TENSOACTIVE AGENT SO THAT THE MINERAL PARTICLES ARE RELEASED FROM THE LOADED MINERAL MEDIA. THEN WATER AND AIR HIGH PRESSURE JETS ARE USED TO ELIMINATE THE SURFACTANT REMAINING FROM RELEASED MEDIA.
