Abstract

A number of identical racks (8) are mounted on transverse horizontal pivots for movement around a closed path which is defined by a double rail (1,2) at each side of the frame. Each rail has a dual profile with a wider part for guiding the spacing links (3) which hold the racks (8) at constant sepn., and a narrower part which guides a steering link (5) fixed to the pivot. The steering link (5) prevents overturning of the rack (8) at the highest point of its travel. The chain is driven by a pulley (4) with notches in which successive pivots engage. Direct drive is provided by a motor (7) having a variable speed ratio. ADVANTAGE - Cupboard wall space is utilised to the full extent of its depth and height.

   DESCRIPTION



   L'invention a pour objet un meuble de rangement comprenant des casiers (8) pouvant être déplacés le long d'une trajectoire fermée, constituée par un double   rail (1,    2).



   L'intérêt d'un tel système est l'utilisation complète, en profondeur et en hauteur, d'un emplacement destiné à un placard.



   La fig.   I    est une vue schématique, en perspective, du meuble à casiers comportant un double rail de chaque côté (1, 2).



   La fig. 2 est une vue de profil où on voit l'axe porteur (9), la biellette de direction (5) pour garder la même orientation aux casiers (8), les biellettes-entretoises (3) servant à l'écartement des casiers et, comme indiqué dans la revendication 1, elles forment une chaîne sans fin.



   La fig. 3 est une vue de profil du rail. L'engagement (A) fait suivre la direction voulue au roulement à billes (Rp), fig. 2, fixé à l'axe (9). L'engagement (B) sert à guider la biellette de direction (5) pour que les casiers ne se renversent pas.



   La fig. 4 est une vue de face du double rail. Le rail (2), comme on l'explique sur la fig. 3, fait suivre la direction voulue aux casiers, le roulement (Rp) venant s'engager à l'intérieur du rail. Celui-ci, fixé à l'axe (9) des casiers, supporte le poids. Le rail (1) sert simplement à guider la biellette de direction (5). Les positions (h) et (b) indiquent la disposition des roulements (Rp) et (Rd) quand le casier se trouve sur le haut ou en bas de l'armoire.

 

   La fig. 5 est une vue de face des biellettes-entretoises (3) et du côté du casier (8). Les biellettes-entretoises servent à donner l'écartement des casiers. Elles tournent librement sur l'axe   (9) à    chaque tournant du rail (2).



   La fig. 6 est une vue de face de la poulie d'entraînement: elle comprend plusieurs encoches destinées à faire monter ou descendre les casiers par le logement de l'axe (9), fig. 2. Pour faire un entraînement direct, cette poulie est reliée à un moteur (7) avec des rapports de vitesse. 



  
 



   DESCRIPTION



   The invention relates to a storage unit comprising lockers (8) which can be moved along a closed path, constituted by a double rail (1, 2).



   The advantage of such a system is the complete use, in depth and in height, of a space intended for a cupboard.



   Fig. I is a schematic perspective view of the rack cabinet comprising a double rail on each side (1, 2).



   Fig. 2 is a side view where we see the carrying axis (9), the steering link (5) to keep the same orientation with the lockers (8), the link-spacers (3) used for spacing the lockers and , as claimed in claim 1, they form an endless chain.



   Fig. 3 is a side view of the rail. The engagement (A) follows the desired direction to the ball bearing (Rp), fig. 2, fixed to the axis (9). The engagement (B) is used to guide the tie rod (5) so that the lockers do not overturn.



   Fig. 4 is a front view of the double rail. The rail (2), as explained in fig. 3, follows the desired direction to the lockers, the bearing (Rp) coming to engage inside the rail. This, fixed to the axis (9) of the lockers, supports the weight. The rail (1) simply serves to guide the steering rod (5). Positions (h) and (b) indicate the arrangement of the bearings (Rp) and (Rd) when the rack is on the top or bottom of the cabinet.

 

   Fig. 5 is a front view of the spacer rods (3) and of the side of the crate (8). The spacer rods are used to give the spacing of the lockers. They rotate freely on the axis (9) at each turn of the rail (2).



   Fig. 6 is a front view of the drive pulley: it comprises several notches intended to raise or lower the racks by the housing of the axis (9), fig. 2. To make a direct drive, this pulley is connected to a motor (7) with gear ratios.

REVENDICATIONS 1. Meuble de rangement comprenant des casiers (8) aptes à être déplacés le long d'une trajectoire fermée, constituée par un double rail (1, 2), I'intervalle entre les casiers étant assuré par une bielletteentretoise, l'ensemble de ces biellettes-entretoises formant une chaîne sans fin, I'articulation entre deux biellettes-entretoises étant assurée par un axe fixé à une extrémité du casier et apte à glisser dans une partie du double rail.
