Fig. 4 einen vergrösserten Detailausschnitt aus Fig. 3 und
Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach der Linie V-V in Fig. 4.

6. Vehicle body according to claim 1, characterized in that a tarpaulin is used as the cover (17).
The invention relates to a vehicle body, in particular for agricultural vehicles, such as loading, harvesting or chopping wagons pulled or self-propelled type, consisting of a fixed side wall on the vehicle, a fixed front wall and a fixable above it in at least two pivot positions, the construction of at least two transverse to the direction of travel
Ironing is formed, which are connected by means of slats or ropes with each other in the manner of a parallelogram, as well as a rear cargo space limitation, consisting of a cover made of flexible material stretched in the region of the pivotable body part by means of a tensioning device, and a horizontal axis running at least one transverse to the direction of travel hinged door.
Wagons with superstructures of the type mentioned at the outset are loaded with both hay and green fodder. The
Loading is carried out by collecting and conveying units, which are arranged on the front or rear of the cargo area. Because of the different specific weights of hay and green fodder, these vehicle bodies have a height-adjustable body part above the fixed boundary walls. This body part consists of at least two brackets running transversely to the direction of travel, as well as slats, ropes or the like connecting these to one another. When the body part is swung up, the trolley is used to introduce hay, in the lowered position it is generally used to introduce green fodder.
The rear boundary of the cargo space, which is different in size due to the adjustable body part, is achieved by the door which can be pivoted about at least one horizontal axis running transversely to the direction of travel. This door is pivoted upwards to unload the transported goods and is closed and locked again after the unloading process.
Due to the different positions of the upper structure for hay and green fodder, it is necessary to adapt the upper area of the door to the different heights of the structure. Various solutions have been introduced for this in practice.
For example, there are versions of towed loading wagons with front loading units in which the door opening lever is designed as a U-shaped bracket and the two legs of which are pivotally mounted on the fixed side walls of the body at the height of the upper edge. The door is hinged on the middle part of the bracket and, when closed, hangs downwards at an angle. In the middle part of the aforementioned bracket, ropes are attached, which are connected to the rear bracket of the adjustable structural part. The disadvantage of this design is that the ropes stretched between the two brackets hang loosely downwards when the door is opened by pivoting the bracket connected to the door, and can easily become entangled and knotted.
The same disadvantage also exists if the upper structural part is lowered; even with the door closed, the ropes hang loosely in the cargo hold.
Multi-part doors are known in self-propelled loading wagons with rear mounting, which are pivoted upwards when opened.
One of these versions consists of a lower door part articulated on the side walls, on which a middle part and above an upper part are connected to one another by means of hinges with horizontal axes up to the level of the fixed side walls. The upper part is articulated on the rear bracket of the adjustable body part. The disadvantage of this design is that when the door is opened, it swivels backwards and the middle and upper part protrude above the upper limit of the loading space. Due to this disadvantage, it is not possible to open the door when introducing green fodder into low entrances or stables.
In another version, the door is made in two parts, the lower part reaching up to the level of the fixed side walls. The upper part is articulated on the rear bracket of the adjustable body part and carried out through a horizontal slot in the lower part. When adjusting the upper body part or opening the door, the upper part slides in the slot of the lower part. The disadvantages of this design are the strong noise development due to the loose metal parts lying on top of each other when driving empty, and the rapid rust formation on the parts that scrub each other and thereby destroy the paint.
Another disadvantage of both designs is the outflow of the cargo, which is disturbed by protruding parts of the door during unloading.
In another known loading wagon with metering device, an automatically tensionable tarpaulin serving as a rear cover in the area of the pivotable loading wagon body is provided. This tarp is at the bottom of one
Bracket of the fixed loading wagon body attached, but is not connected to a pivoting door that adjoins at the bottom. The rear bracket of the swiveling loading wagon body carries its own clamping bracket that can be swiveled about a horizontal axis, which is connected to the top of the tarpaulin and approximately in the center in a clamping device. The tensioning device consists of a rope deflected over rollers and pre-tensioned by a tension spring, which keeps the tarpaulin attached to the tensioning bracket constantly tensioned. When the loader wagon body is pivoted, the tensioning bracket is moved by the tensioning device until the tarpaulin is tensioned.
This rear cargo space limitation by means of a fixedly arranged in the area of the swiveling structure, automatically tensionable tarpaulin and a door that can be pivoted independently of it underneath, because of the limited door opening at the height of the fixed structure, can only be used for loading wagons with special unloading devices such as e.g. B. dosing devices.
It is therefore an object of the invention to eliminate the disadvantages of the known designs and to provide that the rear loading space limitation designed as a door can be opened entirely.
This is achieved in the vehicle body of the type mentioned according to the invention in that the cover is connected at the top to the body part and at the bottom to the door and can be tensioned automatically by the tensioning device, adapted to the respective pivoting position of both the body part and the door. In this way, the tarpaulin is connected to the door as a cover in the region of the pivotable structural part, and it can therefore be pivoted up with the door.
According to a further feature of the invention, the tensioning device consists of a spring-loaded, horizontally arranged roller, which is wrapped in the cover. The roller is expediently designed as a tube which is rotatably mounted on a shaft by means of bearings, springs, preferably tension springs, acting on both ends of the shaft, which are supported at the bottom on the door frame.
The cover connecting the upper adjustable structural part to the door frame, in connection with the tensioning device, has the essential advantage that it remains tensioned in any position of the structural part or the door. It is irrelevant for the function whether the tensioning device is designed as in the preferred embodiment described above or whether the spring loading of the roller is directed upwards or forwards.
For loading wagons with rear mounting, it is particularly advantageous due to the delivery pressure acting on the tarpaulin from the delivery unit via the load if, according to a further feature of the invention, the tensioning device with the door closed relentlessly limits the tension of the cover by a stop.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the cover is held at the top of the ropes of the pivotable structural part which delimit the cargo space at the top and is fastened at the bottom to a cross member of the door frame.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, in which a preferred exemplary embodiment is shown. Show it:
1 is a side view of a vehicle body according to the invention, the lowered position of the adjustable body part and the door in the open position being indicated by dashed lines,
2 is a view of the door according to the direction of arrow A in Fig. 1,
3 is a partial view of the rear area of FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale,
Fig. 4 is an enlarged detail of Fig. 3 and
5 shows a section along the line V-V in Fig. 4th
The vehicle body shown in Fig. 1 consists of a left and right side wall 1, as well as a front wall 2, which are firmly connected to the vehicle frame 3. Above this is an adjustable structural part 7 formed from a front and rear bracket 4, 5 and slats 6 connecting them. The brackets 4, 5 are articulated in parallelogram fashion on the side walls 1 and can be held in place in at least two positions by means of a support 8. For easier adjustment of the structural part 7, a tension spring 9, which is connected to the side wall 1, engages on the front bracket 4.
When loading dry food, the structure 7 is used in the swiveled-up position. For green fodder, the structural part 7 is lowered in accordance with the position indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 1. The loading space 10 is delimited at the top by means of several cables 11 stretched in the longitudinal direction and at the rear by a door 12. The door 12 consists of a door frame 13 with an upper, 14, middle, 15, and lower cross member 16 and a tarpaulin 17 stretched between the mounting part 7 and the door frame 13 as a cover. The side supports 18 of the door frame 13 are bent forward and stiffened with a strut 19 and are mounted on both sides at the top of the side walls 1 so as to be pivotable about a horizontal axis 20. The tarpaulin 17 is fastened at the top to the rear bracket 5, preferably by means of the ropes 11, and is stretched over the upper cross member 14 of the door frame 13 by means of a tensioning device 21.
The tensioning device 21 consists of a horizontally arranged roller 22 which is wrapped in the tarpaulin 17, the lower end of the tarpaulin 17, as shown in a preferred embodiment in FIG. 4, being fastened to the upper cross member 14 of the door frame 13. The roller 22 is preferably formed from a tube which is rotatably mounted on the shaft 24 by means of bearings 23. Tension springs 25, which are supported at the bottom of the door frame 13, act on both ends of the shaft 24. As a result, the tarpaulin 17 is kept in tension.
When the door 12 is closed and locked by means of a hook 26, the roller 22 of the tensioning device 21 bears against a stop 27, so that the tension of the tarpaulin 17 is adamantly limited.
Between the top 14 and the middle cross member
15 of the door frame 13, a tarpaulin 28 is stretched, which, as in the lower part of the door 12, could be replaced by a welded sheet 29.
When the door 12 is opened, the tarpaulin 17 is held in tension by the tension springs 25 of the tensioning device 21.
It is thereby achieved that, on the one hand, no parts of the door hinder the outflow of the cargo during unloading and, on the other hand, the door does not protrude beyond the upper limit of the structural part 7. Likewise, when the structural part 7 is lowered into the lower position (FIG. 1), there is no manipulation on the door
12 necessary because the tarpaulin 17 remains tensioned by the arrangement of the rear bracket 5 even when the body part 7 is lowered. Another advantage of the invention is that the opening of the door is made easier as a result of the spring-loaded tensioning device.
Within the scope of the invention, various modifications are possible in the exemplary embodiment described, such as, for. B. the arrangement of the clamping device in the upper region of the tarpaulin, the pulling direction of the springs being directed upwards or forwards.
As a tensioning device, instead of a spring-loaded deflection roller, as shown in the exemplary embodiment described, a spring-loaded winding roller can also be provided, on the jacket of which the cover is opened or closed.
can be developed, in the manner of a roller blind. Instead of a tarpaulin, another flexible element, e.g. B. at most intertwined straps made of fabrics, plastics or thin metal foils, strips or bands u. Like. Be used.
