Door direction with a membrane forming a movable partition wall for conveying a 1V medium respectively. for moving an organ. The invention relates to a device BEZW with a movable partition wall forming a membrane for conveying a medium. for moving an organ. The subject matter of the invention can, for example, be designed as a diaphragm pump for refrigeration machines.
The advantages of diaphragm pumps over piston pumps, especially for refrigeration machines, are known. If the piston is replaced by a diaphragm, the working space must no longer be lubricated with 01, so that 01 is prevented from being carried along by the refrigerant. The disadvantage of the known diaphragm pumps is their short service life BEZW. the need to replace the membrane after a relatively short period of operation.
However, this is particularly undesirable for refrigeration machines, in particular for household refrigeration machines, since here the replacement of the membrane is associated with a longer operating failure of the refrigeration machine. In order to increase the service life of the membrane in the device according to the invention, the membrane consists of several superimposed steel sheets, the thickness of which can be between 0.08 and 0.2 mm, for example. The membrane can, for example, be shaped in such a way that it is almost exclusively subject to tension when it moves.
For this purpose, the membrane can be given a shape such that the radii of curvature of the individual membrane parts do not change in their direction and only insignificantly in their size when the membrane is bent.
According to a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, in which the membrane delimits a working space together with a fixed limiter, the circular membrane clamped at its periphery has the shape of a body of revolution with an S-shaped generator.
The fixed delimitation of the working area is in this case also designed as a rotary body with an S-shaped generator, the radii of curvature of the fixed boundary near the center being smaller and larger at the beginning than the corresponding radii of curvature of the membrane. Appropriately in this case, the firm delimitation of the work area is formed by a bowl-like cover.
During the normal movement of the membrane, it is stretched not only in its radial directions, but also in the circumferential direction. From the expansions in the circumferential direction you can relieve the membrane in a designed as a diaphragm pump Ausfüh approximately form when the membrane is folded in the end position corresponding to the largest work space and only in the end position corresponding to the smallest work space forms a Rotationskör by. In this embodiment, radially extending grooves are expediently attached to accommodate the folds in the membrane in the support body and, if appropriate, also in the cross head.
It is in the circumferential direction as well as in the radial direction, the expansion of the membrane mitigated by a very slight bend, which the material can easily withstand.
By training the execution form in the manner indicated above, a significant extension of the life of the same can BEZW. the membrane can be achieved, so that such pumps there too. Can be used where a change from the membrane causes difficulties.
The device could also be used with gas cylinders to control the pressure reducing valves.
An embodiment of the invention designed as a diaphragm pump and a variant are described below.
Fig. 1 shows the overall structure of the pump in section. 2 and 3 show the design of the support body and the cross-head end with a folded membrane and radial ribs in the support body, FIG. 3 being a section along line III-III in FIG.
The diaphragm pump consists of a pot-like housing 1, which receives the drive parts of the pump. The housing is partially filled with 01 and closed oil-tight at the bearings on the drive shaft.
The upper end of the housing and at the same time the working space of the pump forms a cover 2. The cover 2 is firmly screwed to the housing part 1 with the inclusion of an annular support body 3 attached to the stationary housing 1 and the mem brane 4. The shape of the cover 2 and the Support body 3 is adapted to membrane 4. In Fig. 1 is. the latter in the lower end position. The membrane 4, which consists of a larger number, for example up to ten, very thin steel sheets lying one below the other, has the shape of a body of rotation with an S-shaped generator.
The membrane is approximately spherical in the middle part and this part is adjoined by a rim of such a shape that the radial section of the membrane has a wave shape, the expansion of the membrane in the axial direction being 1/10 to 1 / = the free 3 membrane diameter .
The metal sheets are perforated in the middle and firmly connected by a screw 5 to a cross head 23, that is to say to an axially movable member. The mounting surface of the cross head is also adapted to the shape of the membrane. The cross head is mounted in a guide that is rigidly connected to the support body 3.
The membrane has two curvatures with oppositely directed and different large radii of curvature corresponding to the S-shaped generatrix. The cover 2 is designed in a similar way, but the radii of curvature of the surface parts in the vicinity of the center are smaller and the radii of curvature of the surface parts on the outer circumference are larger than the corresponding radii of curvature of the membrane 4; Lid 2 and membrane 4 have the shape of a simple bowl.
In Fig. 1 of the drawing, the mem brane takes its lower end position. The working space is formed by a rotational body that is delimited by the membrane and the surface of the cover 2. This surface opposite the membrane has such a shape that the membrane rests completely on the inner surface of the cover 2 after the upward movement has been completed, that is to say in the outer end position. A change in shape of the membrane, which could give rise to bending loads, is practically avoided. The membrane is practically only subjected to tension.
The surface of part 23 facing the membrane and part 3 are designed so that they completely support the membrane in the lower end position.
The equipment of the working area is completed by the suction valve 7 and the pressure valve 6 of known execution.
The drive shaft is denoted by 14. The two ball bearings 19, 20 are used to support them. The bearing openings are closed by disks 17, 18. At the point of passage, a pressure ring 15a in conjunction with a seal 30 prevents oil from occurring. The shaft is designed as an eccentric shaft. The eccentric 1.1 is supported along its length via a ball bearing 21, with a pressure ring 15a holding the bearing on the shaft. To attach the Exzen age 11 is a disc 12, which is fastened with screws ben 13 on the eccentric.
The connecting rod 9 inserted in the eccentric 12 is connected to it by a screw 10. The connecting rod 9 is rotatably mounted on the cross head 23. For this purpose, the head 8 of the connecting rod is spherical. A pressure ring 22 is used to fasten the head in the cross head.
All bearings are lubricated with the 01 located in the lower part of the housing. The oil extractor designated 16 is used for this. In Fig. 2 it is shown how the individual parts of the membrane designated 40 must stretch in the circumferential direction.
If you wear the same distances on the inside of the cover 22 and on the membrane and draw vertical lines from these points of the same distance up to the membrane 40 in its position on the support body 41, it is shown that a corresponding division of the membrane into equal distances He gives points that are not exactly perpendicular under the partial points on the cover. -The individual diameters of the membrane must then expand by the difference c, b or a when working, i.e. the membrane must expand in the circumferential direction.
To make this easier for her, the membrane 40 is folded in the corresponding end position corresponding to the largest working space, and radial ribs 42 are placed in the support body 41, which form radially extending grooves between them that are so deep that the membrane can apply to the support body. This is indicated in the left half of FIG. 3 by drawing in the dashed wave lines corresponding diameter differences c, b and a of FIG.
Likewise, the support body 41 can be shortened and the end of the crosshead 23 touching the membrane can be corrugated for the purpose of regulating the folds during the working stroke, that is to say can have radially extending grooves.
Diaphragms of the specified type can also be used with advantage for air pumps for inflating the hoses of motor vehicles. The particular advantage of using diaphragm pumps is that no oil gets into the hoses. It is known that even small amounts of oil can destroy the hoses.
Another area of application for the device according to the invention are the pressure reducing valves, as they are used on oxygen and gas bottles, for example for the operation of welding equipment. Up to now it has been customary to use rubber membranes, but their service life is short.
