Description

  

  Zum Löten von Zink und Zinklegierungen geeignetes korrosionsfestes Lot.    Profile, Pressteile, 'Walz- und     Decolletage-          material,    Gussstücke aus Zinklegierungen  konnten bisher nicht einwandfrei sauber und  oxydfrei mit der Brennerflamme oder dem  Lötkolben gelötet werden.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  nun ein zum oxydfreien Löten von Zink und       Zinklegierungen    geeignetes korrosionsfestes  Lot. Dieses korrosionsfeste Lot besteht aus  einer Zink und Cadmium enthaltenden Le  gierung.  



  Die Schmelztemperatur des Lotes     kann     durch das Mengenverhältnis zwischen Zink  und Cadmium beeinflusst werden und kann  somit dem     Werkstoff        weitgehend    angepasst  werden. Ausserdem kann durch     einen    Zusatz  von F bis 3 % Antimon die Lötung noch ver  bessert werden.  



  Nachstehend sind einige Ausführungsbei  spiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes angege  ben.  



  <I>Beispiel 1:</I>  Lot, aus einer Legierung von     83%    Cad  mium und 17 % Zink (Eutektikum) bestehand.         Fieses    Lot. ist leichtflüssig, glatt bindend und  besitzt eine Schmelztemperatur von zirka  266 .         Beispiel   <I>2:</I>    Lot, das aus einer Legierung besteht, wel  che Zink und Zink-Cadmium-Eutektikum  enthält und     eine    Schmelztemperatur von z.     73.     283  aufweist. Dieses Lot ist strengflüssig  und glatt bindend.    <I>Beispiel 3:</I>    Lot, welches aus einer Legierung     besteht,     die sich aus 37 % Zink,<B>61%</B> Cadmium und  <B>)</B>% Antimon zusammensetzt. Dieses Lot ist  feinkörnig, gibt eine saubere, glatte Bindung.

  The present invention now relates to a corrosion-resistant solder suitable for oxide-free soldering of zinc and zinc alloys. This corrosion-resistant solder consists of an alloy containing zinc and cadmium.



  The melting temperature of the solder can be influenced by the quantitative ratio between zinc and cadmium and can thus be largely adapted to the material. In addition, the soldering can be improved by adding F to 3% antimony.

  <I> Example 1: </I> Solder, consisting of an alloy of 83% cadmium and 17% zinc (eutectic). Nasty plumb bob. is light-bodied, binds smoothly and has a melting temperature of around 266. This plumb bob is very fluid and binding. <I> Example 3: </I> Solder which consists of an alloy composed of 37% zinc, <B> 61% </B> cadmium and <B>) </B>% antimony. This solder is fine-grained, gives a clean, smooth bond.

PATENTANSPRÜCH: Zum oxydfreien Löten von Zink und Zinklegierungen .geeignetes korrosionsfestes Lot, dadurch gekennzeichnet, -dass es aus einer Zink und Cadmium enthaltenden Legierung hestx,ht. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Lot nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass es aus 83/'0 Cadmium und 17 % Zink besteht. \?. Lot nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass es mindestens <B>60%</B> Cad mium und wenigstens 17 % Zink enthält. 3. PATENT CLAIM: Corrosion-resistant solder suitable for oxide-free soldering of zinc and zinc alloys, characterized in that it is made from an alloy containing zinc and cadmium, hestx, ht.
