der im Gegensatz zu Fig. 1 von einer ausser halb des Maschinengehäuses befindlich,#n 1--,raftmaschine angetrieben wird; Fig. 4 zeigt einen Verdiehter, dessen Antriebsmotor die Schwin-,unven. des Ver- l# e_I dichtergehäuses nicht mitmacht;

Verdict without a stuffing box. Compressors without a stuffing box, in which the compression is effected by the centrifugal force of a linear displacer moving in a compressor housing with masses running along the face. are known.
Known forms of execution of this kind have the disadvantage that the gear could not be turned off, the machine worked unsteadily, intermittently and with a loud noise.
The aim of the invention is to compensate for the speed of the compressor by means of an appropriate design and it is arranged that the arrangement, or the distribution of the rotating masses, is provided in this way. is that the centers of impact of the disruptive inertial forces coincide close to or at a common point.
The D machine housing is advantageously suspended in such a way that the joint center of impact remains as unmoved as possible in all of the machine housing.
? n 9 The subject matter of the invention is shown all three on the drawing ## individually.
FIG. 1 shows a compressor with a drive motor arranged in the machine housing, the displacer of which performs the compression as a result of the centrifugal force of the machine housing which vibrates in translation; FIG. 2 is a cross section along the line in III-II of FIG. 1; in FIG. 3, a compressor is shown.
which, in contrast to FIG. 1, is driven by a # n 1 - raft machine located outside the machine housing; Fig. 4 shows a twisted, the drive motor of the Schwin, unven. des Verl # e_I sealer housing does not participate;
FIG. 5 shows a separate suspension type and a translationally oscillating housing, while FIG. 6 shows the floor plan of FIG. 5 > when the upper cone plate is lifted up (represents.
If an external force acts on a mass body at any point of attack, the body will rotate around a certain point, which is known as the center of impact, and see its position, the three main moments of inertia of the mass body as known , determine. If this body is hung in the center of the impact so that it can rotate in all directions, a physical pendulum is created in which the effect of this external force on the point of suspension does not exert any reaction forces.
The absolute magnitude of this external force, which is referred to below as the "disruptive force", has no influence on the position of the center of the impact, but only on the absolute magnitude of the speed of the movement caused by it.
For special body shapes that have an axis of symmetry. and of whose main moments of inertia two are consequently large, perturbation forces from different directions can have a common center of impact, provided that these forces lie in a plane perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the body and the straight extension of which is the point of intersection from the axis of symmetry of K body with the vertical plane.
The center of impact for these forces is then in the axis of symmetry, which becomes the center of gravity of the body when it is suspended in the center of the impact. Likewise, the impact is the center of systems of parallel forces, the resultant of which lies in the same plane of forces perpendicular to the axis of symmetry, containing the individual forces, and whose straight extension of the individually parallel forces as well as their resultant intersects the axis of symmetry of the body , coinciding with the impact center of the individual forces in the force plane.
Small deviations from these forces have only an insignificant influence on the position of the individual joint centers, so that a point in the middle position of the individual joint centers represents a practically calm and joint-free suspension point. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the motor 2 and, attached to it, the compressor housing 3 are arranged in a machine housing 1 .
The machine housing 1 is in -1 cardanic on the fixed supports 5 . On the two fixed hangers 6 by means of elastically flexible bands 7 are the two carriers 9 </ B rigidly connected to the cardan ring 8 > hung.
In the picture plane, Tig. 1) vertical direction going through point 4 is the machine housing 1 in a corresponding manner by elastic bands 7a (Fig. 2), which on the one hand with the carriers ga of the ring 8 and, on the other hand, are connected to the supports 6a of the housing 1 , suspended from the ring 8 , so that again the bending axis of the elastic Bands 7a goes through point 4.
The stationary pole ring 10 of the motor 2 is rigidly connected to the housing 1 , while the 'shaft 11 with the rotor 19, < / B> is stored in the bearings 13 and 14 located in the machine housing 1 . The rotating masses 15 and 16 are on the motor shaft 11 , which are also referred to in the following as l "perturbation masses" in order to < The housing 3 of the compressor contains in a cylindrical bore 18 the displacer 24, which is in the cylindrical bore 18 leaves a sickle-shaped work area free,
and is provided with flywheels A and B.
The working method of the denser is as follows: By means of the wedged on the shaft 11 eccentrically rotating disturbance masses 15, 16 , a rotating couple of forces 21, 22 acts on the machine housing 1. As a result of these rotating forces, the machine, housing with its optic axis 26 which forms the angle a with the o-em common line of gravity 25 of the whole system, perform a translatory pendulum movement around point 4,
that the common line of gravity 25 remains immobile. As a result of this translatory pendulum movement of the machine housing 1. , the displacer 24 leads in the cylindrical bore 18 when the machine is unloaded against the malfunction mask 15 </ B > Rotation around the housing axis 26 misaligned by about 180 ', whereby the direction of rotation of the mass bodies 15, M 24, </ U> A and B and the pendulum movement, 'of the maseliine housing is always the same.
The compressor 3 sucks the medium to be compressed through the line 19 into the suction chamber, which is pressed onto the displacer 24 by means of the spring 28 Slide Yi is separated from the pressure chamber.
The collected agent is conveyed via the return valve 29 into the pressure line 20 and from there to the point of consumption. As soon as there is a pressure difference between the suction and pressure sides, which is the case, for example, - when an agent to be # -erdehendes is supplied through the line 19 . the displacer 24 has to perform work so that it lags behind the centrifugal weight 15 at an angle greater than 180 ' by an amount corresponding to this work.
The three rotating masses 15, 16, A and B, which thereby influence the pendulum, are arranged in such a way that, on the one hand, the center of impact of the displacement masses 24, --1 and B continuously rotating centrifugal force 23 and, on the other hand, the same impact center of the two through #the centrifugal weights 15 and 16 </ B > before (, called Polii - # reiiileii centrifugal forces 21 and 22 coincide in a common point,
which is selected as suspension point 4 of the tn machine. In this arrangement, the rotating disturbance forces') 1, -22 and 23 of the disturbing masses 15. 16, 94, A and B on the solid base 5 do not exert any reaction forces al-is-, whereby a calm , low and interference-free gear of the machine is achieved.
The one in Fio ,. 3 shown compressor is also designed as a rotating machine with sickle f'örnii, o., Em work area. Tii a machine housing 30 , the housing 31 of the compressor is arranged in such a way that the eccentrically rotating mass 33 rotate in the same plane 34 can,
like the displacer 35. The shaft 36 carrying the mass 3.3 is fixed in relation to the machine housing 30 Bearings 37 and 38 and provided with a belt pulley 39 , which is wedged obliquely onto the shaft 36 , the art that it lies horizontally with its belt means in every rotational position of the shaft.
The housing 30 has a spherical end L # .. g-piece, 40, which is mounted in a spherical pan -11 of the fixed support 4.2 in such a way that the Housing can probably perform a translatory pendulum motion, but at a rotation around the center of gravity of the housing, which prevents pins 43.
The belt pulley 39 is set in relation to the ball socket 41 in such a way that the center line of the belt lies in the horizontal plane laid by the ball center 44 and thus the belt pull 45 on the machine housing 30 </ B> cannot exercise a moment.
The entire arrangement is again held in such a way that the flow force 46 of the eccentric, rotating mass 33 and the centrifugal force 47 of the displacer 35 have a common center of impact, which with coincides with the center point 44 of the ball 40, so that the interference forces 46 and 17 cannot exert any reaction on the ball socket 41 of the fixed support 42.
The mode of operation corresponds to the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The machine housing 30 is set in a translatory pendulum movement by the eccentrically rotating mass body 33 .
Liter of the effect of the centrifugal force 47, the displacer 35 in the cylindrical displacer space 48 is set with its center line in a rotating movement about the axis of this cylinder space, so that the suction line 49 to be compressed Medium in the see! - förinigen working space is compressed and conveyed further through the pressure line 50 .
The machine housing 5, 5 of the compressor shown in FIG. 4 is suspended from the cardan joint 56, the latter with a fixed frame through the carrier 57 58 is connected. The motor 59 is built into the machine housing 55 in such a way that the stator 60 and the bearings 61 and < B> 62 of the rotor 63 keyed onto the shaft 64 are firmly connected to the machine housing. The arm 65 and the flyweight 66 -were set in rotating motion by the shaft 64.
The compressor housing 67 is with. the pin 68 at one end in a lurking 69 of the arm 65 and with the other end 70 in one with the masonry housing 55 firmly connected cardan universal joint 71 mounted.
The arm 65 during its rotation with the shaft 64 forces the compressor housing 67 to perform a conical pendulum motion in such a way that all points of the housing d # 7 form flat circles.
In the compressor housing 67 a displacer 72 is in turn provided, which moves by the effect of centrifugal force, forms a flat working area into which the line 73 </ B> the agent to be compressed is sucked on. Funding to the consumer point is provided by line 74.
In their implementation, the two lines 73 and 74 are firmly connected to the machine housing 55 , but then go in helical turns 75 or. 76 over, so that as a result of this elastic connection the connections 77 respectively. ig on the compressor housing 67 can follow the circular movements of the latter.
Assuming that unchangeable forces are constantly being exerted on the displacer 72 , all centrifugal forces of the oscillating system as well as the rotating system could be compensated by the flyweight 66 .
Due to the compression, however, forces from the compression means that change during one revolution are constantly exerted on the displacer 72 and the housing 67 , so </ B> (let these masses be decelerated and accelerated in their motion.
The reaction of the inertial forces resulting from these delays and accelerations acts on the housing 67 and on the arm 65 in such a way that the latter no longer initiates can rotate at an unchangeable angular velocity and also exert reactions on the * bearings 61 and 62 . However, these reactions have a disruptive effect on the housing 55 Influence and set the housing in pendulum movements.
The entire machine housing is suspended in the center of the joint of the durüll shaft 64 on the Masel line housing 55 , exerting disruptive forces, so that these are suspended on the fixed frame 58 can no longer exert a disruptive reaction.
The impacts exerted on the machine housing 55 by the variable forces of the medium to be compressed are not transmitted to the fixed frame, as in previous designs, but rather through the mass of the machine housing suspended in the center of the impact recorded and balanced. It goes without saying that the motor driving the arm 65 mounted in the machine housing could also be arranged on a firm base outside the machine housing.
where the arm 65 is driven by the motor attacking the suspension point 56 of the machine housing. becomes.
In place of the previously described Cardan suspension with flexible connecting means on the one hand or pins and bearings on the other hand and the spherical suspension, other suspensions can also be used, for example that by the Fij-. 5 and 6 shown conical wedge suspension. The swinging Verdieliter t5 tD Z-, is suspended from the pin SO to which the conical disc 81 is attached,
which can roll with its conical surface 82 on the conical t, surface 83 of the washer 84. During this movement, the position of the cone tips 85 of the two conical surfaces 82 and 83 remains unchanged.
The opening angle of the ke-el is the supplement of the angle between the common center of gravity of the machine housing with the disturbing sen and the line of sight of the machine op-c housing. This creates line contact between the two knees.
In order to prevent a "rotation of the pin 80 around the center of gravity of the entire machine, Fig. 5 and 6 go through the stationary point 85 of the pin 80 a fixed or elastically flexible slift 8 (# can be provided, which with its two eggs in acceptance (Verl 87 the fixed base 88 .

These tubes are wound between the oscillating housing and the fastening to fixed parts - "advantageously in this way, for example in the form of spirals, cylindrical or tapered screws. Instead of the drive by means of ribbed disks provided for suspension other drives, for example bevel gears or 1.Zardangelenke are also provided.
The invention offers the great advantage over compressors without a stuffing box according to the old Ilauart that it allows machines to run smoothly with very simple mechanical means, which up to now could only be partially achieved by cumbersome means subject to many conditions.
