Abstract

La présente invention est capable d'une conversion photoélectrique appropriée et d'une émission de données vidéo HDR, conformément à un contenu d'image. Des données vidéo d'entrée présentant une gamme de niveaux de 0% à 100%*N (N étant un nombre supérieur à 1) peuvent faire l'objet d'une conversion photoélectrique et des données vidéo d'émission peuvent être obtenues. Un conteneur comprenant un flux vidéo obtenu en codant les données vidéo d'émission est émis. Des informations concernant les caractéristiques de conversion photoélectrique pour chaque unité prescrite de données vidéo d'émission sont insérées dans la couche de flux vidéo et/ou dans la couche de conteneur. L'unité prescrite est, par exemple, constituée d'unités de scène ou d'unités de programme.
