Abstract

"TORNEIRA DE AUTO-FECHAMENTO". Uma torneira de auto-fechamento (10) inclui um corpo vazado (12) com um bico (14). O corpo vazado contém uma submontagem de encanamento integral (45) que possui uma válvula solenóide (30) suprida por um tubo de entrada (40) e conectada a um tubo de bico (42) que se estende através do bico até uma abertura de saída em uma extremidade remota do bico. Uma montagem atuadora (18) acoplada ao alojamento inclui um circuito temporizador (29) que controla a válvula solenóide para enviar água para a torneira por um período predefinido de tempo. Um comutador (32) dispara o circuito temporizador pela ativação por um mecanismo operável pelo usuário sobre a torneira.
