a invenção refere-se a um plugue (1) para fechar uma abertura (2) de um invólucro (3), referido plugue (1) compreendendo um disco sólido (10), com um eixo central (xx?), assim como um membro de retenção (11) que assegura a fixação axial do plugue (1) na abertura (2), referido plugue compreendendo um suporte de compensação de desempenho (12), que é distinto do disco (10) e que é montado de maneira móvel sobre um suporte guia (13) suportado pelo disco (10), referido suporte guia (13) sendo disposto de tal maneira a reter de maneira axial referido suporte (12) e para guiar o movimento relativo de referido suporte (12) em relação ao disco (10) em uma direção denominada direção de compensação de desempenho (zz?) transversal ao eixo central (xx?), um membro resistente tipo mola (16), disposto entre o suporte guia (13) e o suporte (12), e um membro de orientação (17), disposto de forma a orientar o plugue (1) e, consequentemente, a direção de compensação de desempenho (zz?) definida pelo suporte guia (13), em azimute em torno do eixo central (xx?), de acordo com uma orientação predeterminada em relação ao invólucro (3).
