Abstract

resumo “método para soldar trilho superior e suporte adaptador em raia de assento para assento de veículo” a presente invenção refere-se a um método para soldar o trilho superior de uma raia de assento para assento de veículo e um suporte adaptador para sustentar uma armação de assento, o método compreendendo: entrar em contato de superfície a superfície com a superfície inferior de uma peça de superfície de acoplamento planar que constitui a peça de extremidade inferior do suporte de adaptador e se estende na direção longitudinal até um comprimento predeterminado sobre a superfície superior de uma peça de superfície horizontal planar que constitui a peça de extremidade superior do trilho superior e se estende na direção longitudinal; e juntar a peça de superfície de acoplamento e a peça de superfície horizontal pela soldagem da superfície inferior da peça de superfície horizontal onde a peça de superfície horizontal se superpõe à peça de superfície de acoplamento. portanto, a resistência de soldagem entre o trilho superior da raia de assento e o suporte adaptador pode ser reforçada e as horas de trabalho necessárias ao trabalho de soldagem podem ser diminuídas acentuadamente em comparação com a técnica convencional, na qual a soldagem era efetuada ao longo de uma borda da peça da superfície de acoplamento.
