Abstract

"SISTEMA DE SENSOR DE POSIçãO E ASSENTO DE VEìCULO DESLIZANTE FORNECIDO COM O SISTEMA DE SENSOR DE POSIçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de sensor de posição (20, 30 ou 40) que é fornecido em um assento de veículo deslizante para detectar a posição de assento em zonas e facilitar o controle da operação de um dispositivo de restrição de passageiro de veículo de acordo com uma posição do assento do veículo em relação ao dito dispositivo de restrição de passageiro de veículo. O assento de veículo inclui um par de mecanismos de trilho deslizante substancialmente paralelos (10) que compreende elementos de trilho superior (12) e elementos de trilho inferior (14) montados em um piso de um veículo, os elementos de trilho superior (12) sendo fixados às partes inferiores do assento do veículo e suportados nos elementos de trilho inferior (14) de forma a serem móveis ao longo dos elementos de trilho inferior (14), tal que o assento do veículo possa ser movido ao longo dos elementos de trilho inferior (14). Os elementos de trilho superior (12) e os elementos de trilho inferior (14) são combinados um com o outro, para dessa forma definirem espaços internos. O sistema de sensor de posição (20, 30 ou 40) é montado dentro de pelo menos um dos espaços internos.
