Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA CHAVEAMENTO ENTRE MODOS DE AQUECIMENTO E RESFRIAMENTO". Um dispositivo (104) de aquecimento, ventilação e condicionamento de ar (HVAC) o qual inclui ambos os modos de operação de aquecimento e de resfriamento fornece uma interface (110) fácil de utilizar para selecionar os parâmetros de operação do dispositivo (104). A interface (110) permite a introdução de uma temperatura de ponto de ajuste na qual o dispositivo de HVAC (104) condiciona a temperatura ambiente de um espaço (102). Um algoritmo de chaveamento de modo (200) utiliza a temperatura de ponto de ajuste, a temperatura detectada do espaço condicionado, e os valores limite pré-armazenado que dependem das capacidades de operação do dispositivo, para determinar quando mudar o dispositivo entre os modos de aquecimento e de resfriamento. Também, dentro de cada um dos respectivos modos, um algoritmo de aquecimento (300) ou de resfriamento (400) controla o acoplamento e o desacoplamento dos elementos de aquecimento e de resfriamento do dispositivo (104) para manter a temperatura do espaço condicionado (102) dentro de uma zona de conforto desejada.
