Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA CONGELAR UM MATERIAL QUE E UM TECIDO ORGâNICO UM óRGãO OU UMA ESTRUTURA MULTICELULAR SIMPLES E PARA TESTAR SE UMA AMOSTRA DE TECIDO ORGâNICO SOFREU DANO ATRIBUìVEL A TER SIDO PREVIAMENTE CONGELADA E DESCONGELADA E APARELHO PARA CONGELAR TECIDO ORGâNICO CELULAR". Tecido orgânico, órgãos e estruturas multicelulares simples são congeladas com mínimo dano celular pelo assegurar que (a) o plató de temperatura térmica latente esteja a uma temperatura mais baixa que aquela para congelar tecido orgânico homogeneizado; e (b) o material congelado pode ser descongelado e recongelado sob condições idênticas para obter substancialmente o mesmo plató de calor latente.
