Abstract

Patente de invenção: "PIGMENTOS ORGANICAMENTEPóS-TRATADOS PARA SISTEMAS DE ESMALTAGEM". Pormeio de um pós-tratamento orgânico "duplo" - uma substânciaorgânica (1) é aplicada às partículas não-tratadas ou às partículasinorgânicas já pós-tratadas como "agente auxiliar de moagem" euma substância orgânica (11) após a moagem como agente auxiliarde dispersão e de umectação"- podem ser produzidos pigmentosde dióxido de titânio de elevado valor, que são particularmenteapropriados para vernizes de dispersão de alto brilho diluíveis comágua. Um ajuste das substâncias orgânicas (II) na matriz pelaalteração do valor HLB não influencia mais o grau de moagem,porém influencia de modo positivo o grau de dispersão na matriz ecom isto leva a uma dispersão melhorada e a um brilho maiselevado.
