Abstract

Esta divulgación se refiere a una ropa interior absorbente (1) compuesta por una capa de tela (2) que demarca una abertura para la cintura (5), dos aberturas para las piernas (6a y 6b) y un área correspondiente a la entrepierna (7) entre las aberturas para las piernas, formando parte también de dicha ropa interior absorbente (1) una almohadilla absorbente (10) que cubre al menos parcialmente dicha área de la entrepierna (7) y que está adherida firmemente a la capa de tela (2). La almohadilla absorbente (10) está compuesta por al menos una capa absorbente (11) y una capa en contacto con la piel (15). Al menos una capa seleccionada de dicha capa absorbente (11), de dicha capa en contacto con la piel (15) o de una opcionalmente incluida capa de transporte de humedad (16), compuesta por fibras de origen natural que contienen un ácido policarboxílico. El ácido policarboxílico tiene al menos un grupo carboxilo con enlace convalente a las fibras de origen natural y al menos un grupo carboxilo libre.
