Abstract

Sector para filtros rotativos en vacío y similares se trata de un perfeccionamiento de componentes filtrantes pertenecientes al campo de la mecánica y al cual fue dada una original disposicion constructiva dado que está constituida por un sector filtrante (1) dotados con dos elementos enrejados (2) realizados preferentemente en material polimétrico altamente resistente a la abrasion de los productos minerales finamente dispersos en el líquido filtrado, que pasa a través del elemento pelicular permeable bifoliar (3), que recubre los dos elementos enrejados (2) los cuales están dotados de orificios cilíndricos rebajados (4) distribuidos a lo largo de su extension, par de elementos en forma de reja (2) unidos a través de pernos auto-trabadores (5) que decepciona internamente a través de su extremidad frontal a un contra perno trabador (11) además de que cada elemento enrejado (2) formado por un elemento perimetral (16) posee un reborde ancho (21) y en el estrechamiento interior en forma de embudo de los elementos enrejados (2) insercion (26) preferentemente elastoméricas o poliméricas de alta resistencia a la abrasion de los minerales finamente dispersos en el elemento filtrado.
